BISMILLAH
١٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، قَالَ [ص: ٣٢] : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ العَاصِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَقْبِضُ العِلْمَ انْتِزَاعًا يَنْتَزِعُهُ مِنَ العِبَادِ، وَلَكِنْ يَقْبِضُ العِلْمَ بِقَبْضِ العُلَمَاءِ، حَتَّى إِذَا لَمْ يُبْقِ عَالِمًا اتَّخَذَ النَّاسُ رُءُوسًا جُهَّالًا، فَسُئِلُوا فَأَفْتَوْا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ، فَضَلُّوا وَأَضَلُّوا»
Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said- "Allaah does not take knowledge by taking it away from ( the heart) of the people, but takes it away by the death of the religious learned men,till when none of the religious learned men remains,people will take ignorant person as their leaders who when consulted will give their verdict without knowledge. So they will go astray and will lead the people astray.
Allaah ke Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya- Allaah ilm ko is tarah nahi oothalega ke usko bando se cheen le.
Balke wo Ulama ko maut dekar Ilm ko oothayega.Yaha tak ke jab koi aalim baaqi nahi rahega,to log jaahilo ko mufti banalenge, unse sawalat kiye jayenge,aur wo beghair ilm ke jawab denge.Aur wo khud gumrah honge aur logo ko bhi gumrah karenge.
(Sahih Al Bukhari :100)
Allaah Ulama ko maut dekar Ilm ko oothayenge.Pata chala Allaah olama ke zariye Ilm e Deen ko mahfuz rakhta hai.
Ulama Allaah ki ek khaas neymat hain ,jinhone DEEN e ISLAM ko KAAFIR ,MUSHRIK ,MUNAFIQ , BID'ATI ,ZINDEEQ wagaira ke hamlo se mahfuz rakha aur awaam ko gumra hone se Allaah ke fazl se mahfuz rakhte hai.
Jab tak is zameen par Ulama maujood rahenge aur awaam unse ilm lete rahenge to IN SHAA ALLAAH wo hargiz gumrah nahi honge.
Sirf Quran aur Hadees par amal karna nijaat ka zariya nahi hai kyu ki jab Allaah Ulama ko uthalenge, to us waqt Quran aur Hadees to maujood hoga, lekin usko sahih tariqe se samajhne waale log maujood nahi honge, isliye jaahil log bina ilm ke fatwa denge, khud to gumrah honge aur logo ko bhi gumrah karenge.
Pata Chala QURAN aur HADEES par AMAL WAISE E KARNA HAI JAISE SALAF US SALEHIN NE KIYA , aur USKA SAHIH FAHAM WAHI HAI JO SALAF US SALEHIN NE SAMJHA , AUR YAHI AHLE HADEES KA MAZHAB HAI .
Baaz logo ko jab kisi kibaar olama ke aqwal pesh kiye jate hain aur unse kaha jata hai ke fala ayat ya fala hadees ka sahih matlab ye hoga jo olama ne bataya hai, naake jo aapne samjha hai.
To wo jawab mai kahte hain-
"Hum unke Muqallid nahi hain."
Mera unlogo se sawal hai-
"Agar Aap Ulama ke faham ko maannaTaqleed ka naam dete hain, to kya hum aap ke faham ko maankar bhi muqallid nahi banenge?
Agar faham lena taqleed hai,to mai is maamle me Olama ka muqallid banna pasand karunga, naake kisi jaahil ka muqallid banna,jise sahih se Hadees ki kitaabo ka naam tak nahi pata, usool aur fiqh to door ki baat hai.
NOTE-
Ahle Ilm se poochna aur Unke tahqiq jo kitab o sunnat ki roshni me ho uspar amal karna Taqleed nahi hai.
Taqleed to kahte hai-
قبول قول الغير بلا دليل
"Kisi dusre ke aqwal ko begair dalil qabool karna"
Ulama Ambiya ke waaris hai,Deen ka ilm unhi se lena chahiye aur isi me kamyabi hai.
Imam Ibn Sirin (rahimaullah) said-
This knowledge is (the foundation) of religion, so watch from whom you are learn your religion.
(SAHIH MUSLIM:Introductory to Hadees :26)
Is qaul se pata chala ke hume ilm sirf aur sirf sahih ul aqaid olama se lena chahiye, naake kisi ahlul biddah, ya majhool (unknown) ya jaahil shaks se warna hidayat ki jagah ghumrayi me mubtala hojayenge.
Allaah humay har tarah ki gumrayi se mahfuz rakhe.
