Shaadi k baad Shauhar ka naam apney naam k saath lagaana kaisa hai


Poora padhiye aur haqeeqat jaaniye
Jo Aurtein Apney Walid ka Naam hata kr shauhar ka naam adopt krtin hain shaadi k baad wo zara ghaur karen ki ye HARAAM hai.

G HAAN HARAAM HAI ! !

Misaal k taur pe, shaadi se pehley unka naam “Fatima maqsood Ali” shaadi hui Sajid Siddique, se, ab naam badal kr “Fatima Sajid Siddique” ya sirf “Fatima Sajid”.

Ye haraam hai. iski ijazat nahi ki koi apney baap (Walid) ka naam hata kar apney shauhar ka naam ya apney shauhar k khaandaan ka naam apney agey lagaye.

Ye kuffar ka tareeka hai hame iseko apnaney se bachna chahiye.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki hadith ki roshni me dekhye.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka irshad hai:

“Jisney apney naam ko apney walid k naam k alawa apney naam me kisi doosrey ka naam (jo uska baap nahi) joda us par Allah ki or farishton ki lanat hai .”
Sunan Ibn Maajah, Hadees: 2599

Hazrat Abu Dharr (Radiallahu Anhu) ne suna ki Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya :

“ Kisi aadmi ne apne walid k siwa apni shinakth kisi aur k saath milaee usne kufr kiya. Jisney us shaks se apney to joda jo uska baap nahi wo apna theekana Jahannam me bana ley.”
Sahih Bukhari, Hadees: 3508
Sahih Muslim, Hadees: 61

Hazrat Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqaas or Hazrat Abu Bakar (Radiallahu Anhuma) ne kaha ki Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne irshad farmaya ki:

“Jo ye kehta hai ki wo musalman hai or wo kisi k saath khud ko jordta (attach) hai jo uska baap nahi ye jaan kar ki wo uska haqiqi baap nahi, JANNAT uske liye Haraam hai”
Sahih Bukhari, Hadees: 4072
Sahih Muslim, Hadees: 63

In Sab se zyada aur kya warning ho sakti hai..??!!

Ye kuffar ka tareeka tha or aaj hamari behney bade shauq se isko apnaati hain.

Yaad rahey Baap ka rishta kisi bhi naye rishtey k aaney k baad khatam nahi hota or aulad ki shinakth or pehchan uske walid k naam se hi hogi, aur apne shauhar ka naam apne naam k saath lagana ye Kufr or haraam ka baais hai.

Shauhar or Biwi ka khoon ka rishta nahi hota or naam sirf khoon k rishtey se hi jorda ja sakta hai.

Agar kisi wajah se uska talaq hoga to us surat me wo kitney naamo ko change kareygi ?

Agar shauhar ka naam lagana sahi hota to Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki biwiyon ne bhi apna naam badla hota kyn ki unke shauhar to duniya k Afzal Tareen shaks they.

Hazrar Khadeeja (Radiallahu Anha) hamesha Khadeeja bin Khuwalid rahin.

Hazrat Ayesha (Radiallahu Anha) hamesha ta umr Aysha bint Abu Baker rahin.

yahan tak ki Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki wo biwiyan jinke baap kafir they apney unke naam ka lakab bhi kabhi tabdeel nahi kiya.

Jaise: Saffiya bint Huyayy (Radiallahu Anha)
( Huyayy Yahoodi tha or Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka jani dushman bhi tha)

Jannat mey Aurton ki sardar Hazrat Fatima (Radiallahu Anha) hamesha Fatima Bint Muhammad rahin unhoney Hszrat Ali (Radiallahu Anhu) k naam k saath apney naam ko kabhi nahi jorda.

Jis behan ne galti se aisa kiya hai wo Allah se sacchi tauba karey or apne walid ka naam wapas apne naam se jor dey.

Hame apney amalon ka hisab Allah ko deyna hai or ye sarsar Allah or uske Rasool ki nafarmani hai.

Allah hame samjhney or is par amal krney ki taufeeq dey.

Dusron Ko Apna Imam Muqarrar Kar Dena Rasool Ke Saath Shirk Nahin Hai??

Ghair E Nabi Ki Ita’at Jise Taqleed Kaha Jaata Hai Aur Taqleed Karne Wale Taqleed Ko Waajib 
Aur Fakhr Se  Apne Aapko Muqallid Kahte Hain, 
Halaanke Ye Taqleed Baaz Auqaat Insaan Ko Shirk Billah Tak Bhi Le Jaati Hai,
 Misaal Ke Taur Par Surah Baqarah Me  Allah Tala Ka Ye Irshad Hai

“Bacchon Wali Auratein Jo Raza’at Ki Muddat Muqammal Karna Chahti 
Hainwah Apne Bacchon Ko Kaamil 2 Baras Tak Dhoodh Pilaayen ”

(Surah Baqarah Ayat No 233)

“Hamne Wasiyat Ki Insaan Ko Apne Walidain Ke Bare Me Kyonki Uski Maa Ne Mashaqqat Par 
Mashaqqat Utha Kar Use Pet Me Rakha Aur Dhoodh Chhudaya 2 Baras, 
Chunanche Insaan Ko Chahiye Ke Shukr Kare Mera Aur Walidain Ka Mamnu Rahe ”

Elaawa Kisi Ki Bhi Jayez Nahin Hai, Kyunki Nabi E Kareem Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ka  Rasoollullah Hona Ba Zaate Daleel Hai,

Lekin Is Zaman Me Hairat Aur Afsos Us Waqt Hota Hai Jab Quran Aur Hadith Ki Itteba Ki Daawat Dene Walon Ko Firqah Ka Naam Diya Jaata Hai 
Aur Us Jamaat Ko Jo Khullam Khulla Tafarqa Ki Aur Apne Apne Kuwen Ka Paani Peene Ki Daawat De Rahi Hai Uski Taareef Me Zameen 
Aur Aasmaan Ki Qalaaben Milaaye Jaate Hain Aur Kaha Jaata Hai Ke

“Ye Jamaat Tafarqa Ki Baat Nahin Karti”

Tableeghi Jamaat Ke Araakeen Har Masjid Me Farz Namaz Ke Baad Ye Dawat Dete Nazar Aate Hain Ke

“Baqiyah Namaz Ke Baad Imaan Wa Yaqeen Aur Deen Ki Mahnat Ke Bare Me Baat Hogi,
 Tamam Hazraat Se Ghuzaarish Hai Ke Tashreef Rakhen, 
Inshaallah Bahut Faayeda Hoga”

Iske Baad Jab Baat Shuru Hoti Hai Toh Imaan Wa Yaqeen Ka Koi Zikr Nahin Hota Albatta Deen Ki Mahnat Ki Dawat Di Jaati Hai 
Jo Chand Ki Kalimaat Ke Baad Khurooj Par Aakar Thaher Jaati Hai Aur Har Shakhs Ko Ye Baawar Karaaya Jaata Hai Ke

“Deen Ke Liye Tableegh Par Nikalna Har Shakhs Par Farz Hai, Aur Yahi Deen Ki Mahnat Hai,
Lihaaza Har Shakhs Apna Naam Chille Yak
 Am Se Kam Sah Roza Ke Liye Zaroor Likhwaaye”

Fir Jo Log Apne Naam Likhwaate Hain Unhe Jamaaton Ki Soorat Me Nikaala Jaata Hai,

Mashoor Hai Ke Koi Jhoot Agar Baar Baar Bola Jaaye Toh Ek Waqt Wah Bhi Aata Hai 
Jab Khud Jhoot Bolne Waale Ko Bhi Apna Jhoot Sach Lagne Lagta Hai, 
Yahi Haal Tableeghi Jamaat Ka Bhi Hai,

Ye Log Maulana Iliyaas Ki Ijaad’kardah Khurooj Ki Bida’at Ko Deen Ki Mahnat Aur Ambiya Ka Kaam Apni 
Har Majlis Me Is Takraar Ke Sath Kahte Hain Ke Khud Inke Dil O Dimagh Me Bhi Ye Khurooj Ki Daawat Is Tarah Bas Jaati Hai Ke 
Phir Ye Log Deen Ka Kaam Karne Waale Ulema Ki Bhi Tahqeer Karne Me Nahin Chookte
 Jo Tahreer Wa Taqreer Ke Zariye Deen Ka Kaam Kar Rahe Hote Hain,

Allah Tala Ne Qur’an Qareem Me Aisi Khud’farebi Me Mubtela Afraad Ke Bare Me Farmaya:

“Jiske Liye Uska Bura Amal Muzayyan Kar Diya Gaya Ho Aur Wah Amal Uski Nazar Me Khap Gaya Ho, 
Toh Jaan Lo Ke Allah Jisko Chaahta Hai Gumraahi Me Pada Rahne Deta Hai Aur Jisko Chaahta Hai Hidaayat Deta Hai,
 Pas Aap Unke Haal Par Apne Dil Par Afsos Na Karen, Beshaq Allah Khoob Jaanta Hai Jo Jhoot Wah Ghadhte Hain”

(Surah Fatir Ayat No. 8)

Yani Unhone  Allah Aur Uske Deen Par Jo Jhoot Ghadhne Ka Silsila Qayem Kar Diya Hai
 Uske Ba’as Allah Ne Unke Liye Gumrahi Muqaddar Kar Di Hai, 
Hatta Ke Shaitaan Ne Unka Ye Bura Amal Unke Liye Muzayyan Kar Diya Hai, 
Aur Ab Wah Apne Jii Me Ye Khayaal Karte Hain Ke Wah Hidaayat Par Hai,
 In Afraad Ke Bare Me Allah Tala Ne Dusre Maqaam Par Farmaya:

“Kya Ham Tumko Bataayen Ke Aamaal Ke Aitbaar Se Zyadah Khasaare Me Kaun Hai ?? Wah Jiski Mahnat Duniya Me Hi Bhatakti 
Rah Gayi Aur Wah Ye Ghumaan Karta Rah Gaya Ke Wah Bahut Acche Aamaal Kar Raha Hai, Dar’haqeeqat 
Ye Wah Log Hain Jinhone Apne Rabb Ki Aayat Aur Mulaqaat Ka Kufr Liya, Pas Unke Tamam Amaal Gharat Ho Gaye, 
Qayamat Ke Din Ham Unke Aamaal Ke Liye Taraazu Qayam Nahin Karenge”

(Surah Kahf Ayat No 105-106)

Hz Abu Saeed Khudri (Ra) Se Riwayat Hai Ke  Nabi E Kareem Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya:

“Anqareeb Meri Ummat Me Ikhtelaaf Ke Ba’as Ek Giroh Paida Hoga Jo Nihaayat Acchi 
Aur Dil Moh Lene Waali Baatein Karega Lekin 
Aamaal Ke Aitbaar Se Khabees Hoga, Wah Giroh Qur’an Padega Magar Qur’an Unke Halaqob Se Neeche Nahin Utrega, 
Tum Unki Namazon Ke Muqaable Me Apni Namazon Ko Aur Unke Rozon Ke Muqaable Me Apne Rozon Ko Haqeer Samjhoge, 
Wah Log Deen Se Is Tarah Nikal Jaayenge Jaise Teer Kamaan Se Nikal Jaata Hai Fir Unko Lautaaya Nahin Ja Sakega,
 Wah Tamam Makhlooq Se Bad’tareen Log Honge, Pas Khush’khabri Hai Us Logon Ke Liye Jo Us Giroh Se Qitaal Karenge 
Aur Wah Log Tumko Allah Ki Kitaab Ki Taraf Bulaayenge Jabke Unke Paas Usme Se Kuch Bhi Nahin Hoga,
 Jo Unke Saath Qitaal Karega Wah Allah Ke Nazdeeq Maqbool Hoga”

Poocha Gaya Ke :”Aiy Allah Ke Rasool Unki Alaamat Aur Nishaani Kya Hogi??”

Aap Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya:

“Tahleeq Unki Alaamat Hogi”

Unke Khasaare Ka Ba’as Hon, Apne Haathon Ko Har Us Amal Se Roka Jaaye Jo Unke Liye Pareshani Ka Ba’as Ban Sakta Ho, Unki Khamiyon Ki Pardah Poshi Ki Jaaye, Unke Nafa O Nuqsaan Ka Khyaal Kiya Jaaye, Narmi Aur Khuloos Ke Saath Amr Bil Maroof Nahi Anil Munkar Kiya Jaaye, Badon Ki Izzat Ki Jaaye Aur Chhoton Par Rahem Kiya Jaaye, Unme Salaam Ko Aam Kiya Jaaye, Unki Jaan Maal O Izzat Ke Pamaal Karne Ko Apne Oopar Haraam Samjha Jaaye, Yani Is Taraz E Amal Ko Ghair Musalamon Ke Muqaable Me Musalmano Ke Saath Khaas Karna Deen Kahlaata Hai….

2-Jis Jamaat Ke Nazdeeq, Deen Ko Allah Se Khalis Karne Se Muraad Ye Ho Ke Dua Jaise Azeem Tareen Ibaadat Me Buzurgon Ka Waseela Akhtiyar Karna Jayez Ho, Kya Deen Ka Kaam Karne Ke Ahal Ho Sakti Hai ??? Allah Ki Aayat Se Amli Kufiyah Ye Hai Ke Allah Ki Kitab Ko Padhne Aur Samjhne Se Airaaz Kiya Jaaye Pas:

1- Jo Jamaat Apne Ijtemaat Aur Halqon Me Quraan Ki Bajaaye Deegar Kutub Ki Tilaawat Aur 
Nashr O Isha’at Karti Hai Aur Ye Aqeedah Rakhti Ho Ke Quran Ko Samjhne Ke Liye 15 Uloom Ki Zaroorat Hai, 
Isliye Quraan Ko Samjhne Ki Niyat Se Haath Bhi Mat Lagaao,

NAMAAZ E JUMU'AH HAR MUKALLAF PAR WAJIB HAI SIWAYE AURAT, GHULAM, MUSAFIR AUR MAREEZ KE (YANI IS SAB PAR JUM’AH FARZ NAHI HAI)


Hazrat Tariq Bin Shihab RadhiAllahu Anhu se marwi hai ki Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne farmaya: "Namaaz e Jumu'ah har Musalman par ba Jama'at ada karna haqq aur wajib hai magar char qism ke log is se mustashna hain: Ghulam, Aurat, Bachcha aur Mareez.”

[Saheeh: Saheeh Abu Dawud 942, Abu Dawud 1067, Darqutnee (2/3) Bayhaqi (3/172)]

Hazrat Ibn Umar RadhiAllahu Anhu se marwi hai ki Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne farmaya: "Musafir par Jumu'ah zaroori nahin hai."

[Za'eef: Bulugh ul-Maram 438, rawahu at-Tabrani' kama fee at-Talkhees (2/65) Hafiz Ibn Hajar Rahimahullah ne isey Za'eef kaha hai, Shaykh Muhammad Subhi Hasan Hallaq ne bhi isey Za'eef kaha hai. [At-Ta'leeq ala Subul as-Salam (3/196)] Shaykh Hazim Ali Qazi raqamtaraz  hain ke is ki Sanad Za'eef hai lekin ma'ani Saheeh hai. [At-Ta'leeq ala Subul as-Salam (2/658)]

Hazrat Jabir RadhiAllahu Anhu se marwi ek riwayat mein hai ki "Jo shaksh bhi Allah Taala aur yaum e aakhirat par eemaan rakhta hai us par Jumu'ah lazim hai magar char qism ke log is hukum mein shamil nahin: Aurat, Musafir, Ghulam aur Mareez.”

[Za'eef: Darqutnee (2/3), Bayhaqi (3/184) al-Kamil li ibn 'Adi (6/432) yeh Hadees is liye za'eef hai kyunki is ki sanad mein 2 rawi ibn Luhayy' aur Mu'az bin Muhammad Ansari za'eef hai. [Nayl ul-Awtaar (2/505)]


(Nawawi Rahimahullah) Aisi Khawateen jo  boodhi nahin hain un par bil ikhtelaaf Jumu'ah wajib nahin hai albatta jo boodhi hain Imaam Shafi'i Rahimahullah farmate hain ke un ke liye Jumu'ah mein hazir hona mustahab hai.

Ghulam bhi Farziat Jumu'ah se mustashna hai albatta Ahle Zahir Imaam Dawud Rahimahullah umoomi dalail ki wajah se is par bhi Jumu'ah ko wajib kehte hain.

Mareez par bhi Jumu'ah wajib nahin jabki Jumu'ah mein hazri ke liye mushaqqat uthani padhe.

(Abu Hanifah Rahimahullah) Mareez ki tarah Andhe par bhi Jumu'ah Farz nahi agarche Masjid le jane ke liye koi us ka rehnuma maujood ho.

(Shafi'i Rahimahullah) Agar koi rehnuma maujood ho to Andhe shaksh ke liye Jumu'ah chhodhne ka koi uzr nahin.

Bil ittifaq Nabaligh bachche par bhi Jumu'ah wajib nahin hai, aur Musafir par Jumu'ah wajib hai ya nahin is ke mutalliq chunki Ahadees Za'eef hai is liye Ulama ne is mein ikhtelaaf kiya hai lekin razeh baat yehi hai ki Musafir par Jumu'ah Farz nahin (Jabki woh halat e safar mein ho aur us par Safar ka lafz sadiq aata ho) isi liye Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne dauran Hajj Arafat mein Jumu'ah nahi padha balki Namaaz e Zuhr ada ki.

(Jamhoor) Musafir par Jumu'ah wajib nahin.

(Saudi Majlis Ifta') Musafir par baJamaat Namaaz Jumu'ah wajib nahi, agar woh halat e safar mein ho toh Qasr kare aur muqeem ho to Zuhr ki char Raka'at ada kare.

Yaad rahe ki in sab par Jumu'ah Farz to nahin lekin agar in mein se koi Jumu'ah padhle toh durust hai aur isi tarah Mareez ya Musafir shaksh Imaamat karaye toh yeh bhi jayez hai. Neej Minhaj us-Sunnah mein hai ki Ghulam, Bachche aur Musafir ke pichhe Jumu'ah Saheeh hai aur us mein yeh bhi hai ki aise Ma'zoor par Jumu'ah zaroori nahi hai jise Jamaat chhodhne ki rukhsat di gayi hai.
