{3} “In Auraton (Jo Kafir Shauharon Ko Chod Kar Aagayi) Ko In Kai Mehar Dekar Un Se Nikah Kar Lenay Me Tum Par Koi Gunah Nahe.”
(Al Qur’aan Surat Al-Mumtahina: 10)

{4} “Haq Mehar (Khawah Khazana Ho Is) Me Se Kuch Wapas Na Lo.”

Nikah Me Mehar Wajib Hai Aur Ye Aurat Ka Haq Hai.

Hazrat Umar (R.A) Ne Farmaya “Auraton Ka Mehar Bohut Zyada Qeemti Mat Karo Kyunki Ye Agar Duniya Me Izzat Aur Allah Kai Haan Taqwa Ka Baa’is Hota To Allah Kai Nabi (S.A.W) Is Kai Tum Me Sab Se Zyada Mustahaq Hotay.”

IBN QUDAMAH (RAHIMAHULLAH):
Behtar Ye Ki Mehar Bohut Zyada Qeemti Na Ho.

Sahi Baat Ye Hai Ki Hasb-e Tawfeeq Zyada Mehar Denay Me Bhi Koi Harj Nahe Jaisa Ki Qur’aan Me Hai:
“Haq Mehar (Khawah Khazana Ho Is) Me Se Kuch Wapas Na Lo.”
(Al Qur’aan Surat An-Nisa: 20)

Aur Hadees Me Hai Ki:
“Najashi Shah-e Habsha Ne Hazrat Umm-e Habiba (R.A) Ko Nabi (S.A.W) Ki Taraf Se Char Hazaar (4000) Dirham Mehar Diya Aur Aap (S.A.W) Ne Isay Qabool Bhi Farmaya.”

KYA MEHAR KI KOI HAD MU’AYYAN HAI?

Aurat Kai Mehar Kai Liya Koi Had Mu’ayyan (Fixed) Nahe, Lihaza Har Wo Cheez Jis Ka Mard Maalik Ho, Isay Aurat Ka Mehar Muqarrar Karna Ja’iz Hai Khawah Wo Kam Miqdaar Me Ho Ya Zyada Aur Hazrat Abu Hurairah (R.A.) Ki Jis Hadees Me Hai Ki Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Ne Farmaya:
“Sab Se Zyada Barqat Wala Nikah Wo Hai Jis Me Kharich Kam Ho.”
Is Maa’na Ki Eak Aur Riwayat Kai Alfaaz Yun Hain:
“Behtareen Nikah Wo Hai Jo (Mehar Kai Lihaaz Se) Aasaan Ho.”

MEHAR KO BOHUT ZYADA BADHA CHADHA KAR MUQARRAR KARNA:

Ye Mamla Israaf Kai Ilawa Aur Kuch Nahe. Mehar Me Ye Masnoon Hai Ki Wo Thoda Ho Kyunki Nabi-e Kareem (S.A.W) Ka Mehar Apni Biwiyon Kai Liye Paanch Sou (500) Dirham Tha.

Aur Jab Bhi Mehar Kam Hoga Nikah Me Barkat Aur Zaujain (Miya Biwi) Kai Darmiyan Mohabbat Zyada Hogi Aur Sab Se Zyada Barkat Wala Nikah Wo Hai Jis Me Kharich Kam Ho.
Aur Jab Mehar Zyada Hoga To Ye Bohut Se Mafasid (Evils) Ka Zariya Banega Masalan Is Se Jawan Ladkon Aur Ladkiyon Ki Shadi Mu’attal Ho Kar Reh Jayegi Kyunki Har Eak Me Zyada Mehar Ada Karnay Ki Taqat Nahe Hoti. Aur Agar Mehar Kam Honay Ki Wajah Se Sab Kai Liye Aasaan Hoga To Mafasid Khatam Ho Jayenge, Shadiyan Kasrat Se Hongi, Ummat Kai Afraad Me Kasrat Hogi Aur Is Tarah Afraad Aur Mu’ashray Me Bohut Zyada Barkat Ho Jayegi.
Lihaza Meri Apnay Bhaiyon Ko Ye Nasihat Hai Ki Mehar Ko Kam Se Kam Muqarrar Karen. Hadees Me Hai Ki Nabi-e Kareem (S.A.W) Ne Is Aurat Kai Liye ‘Ki Jis Ne Apnay Nafs Ko Aap (S.A.W) Kai Liye Hiba Kar Diya Tha Magar Aap (S.A.W) Ne Is Me Ragbat Ka Izhaar Nahe Kiya Tha’ Eak Sahabi Ko Kaha Ki Jao Talaash Karo Agar Eak Lohay Ki Anghuthi Hi Mil Jaye (Isay Bataur-e Mehar Denay Kai Liye) Lay Aao.

Kisi Maslahat Kai Tahat (Mukammal Ya) Mehar Kai Kuch Hissay Ki Aadaigi Me Takheer Bhi Ja’iz Hai Khawah Is Ki Miqdaar Kam Ho Ya Zyada Aur Koi Muddat Muta’ayyan Karna Bhi Ja’iz Hai Jis Kai Andar Andar Shauhar Biwi Ko Mehar Ada Karde Aur Agar Koi Muddat Muta’ayyan Na Ki Jaye To Talaaq Ya Shauhar Ki Wafaat Kai Waqt Aurat Kai Liye Mehar Ki Aadaigi Lazim Ho Jayegi.

SHAADI KE BAAD PEHLI RAAT KA ISLAMIC TARIKA



BISMILLAH

Hazrat Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne irshad Farmaya:

"Jab Koi Shaks Nikah Kare
Aur Pehli Raat Ko Apni Dulhan
Ke Paas Jaye To Narmi Ke Sath Uski Peshani Ke Thode Se Baal Apne Sidhe
Hath He Le Kar Yah Dua Padhe

"Allahumma in'ni as'a'luka min
khai'riha wakhai'ri ma fiha wakhairi
ma jabalta'ha alai wa a'udhu bika min
shar'riha washar'ri ma fiha wa sharri
ma jabalta'ha alai"

Tarzuma:

Aye ALLAH me tujse iski (apni biwi ki) bhalai aur khairo barkat mangta hu aur uski fitari aadato ki bhalai aur teri panah chahta hu iski burai aur fitari aadato ki burai se.

GAIR KITABIYA KAFIRA SE NIKAH

BISMILLAH IR-REHMAN IR-RAHIM
ALLAH TA'ALA KA FARMAN HAI
"Mushrik Aurto ke sath nikah na karo yaha tak ke woh Iman le aye"
(Surah-No.2)
Bina bare musalman kisi moujusi, saikular aur boot parast aurat ke sath nikah nhi kar sakta jabke musalman aurat ka ali ala talaq kafir ke sath nikah haram hai, Bara bar hai ke woh kafir ahle kitab se ho ya gair ahle kitab se, Isliye ke Allah ka farman hai,,
"Ye Aurte unke liye halal nhi aur na woh (kafir mard) unke liye halal hai"
(Surah-No. 60)
1 .Kafir miya biwi me se agr koi ek Islam qubul kar leta hai toh nikah batil ho jayega, Adat gujarne se pahele agr dusra bhi musalman ho Jaye toh dono pahele nikah par qayam rahenge aur agr Adat gujarne ke baad Islam qubul kare toh jamhoor ulama ke nazdik naya nikah jaruri hai.
2.Agr rukhsati se pahele mankuha (biwi) musalman ho Jaye toh uske liye Maher nhi hai, isliye ke judayee ka ba As Aurat hai (aur jab biwi judayee ka ba As bane toh use Maher nhi mila karta) aur agr khawind rukhsati se pahele Islam qubul kar le toh kafir aurat ke liye nasaf Maher hai, Haa rukhsati aur khaloot ke baad aurat agr Islam qubul karti hai toh woh Maher ki mustahaq hai aur kisi ek fariq ke murtad hone ki surat me bhi mand rja bala ahekam nafiq Honge..
3.Ek Sakhsh ki 4 se jyada biwiya hai aur woh musalman ho jata hai aur Aurte bhi uske sath Islam qubul kar leti hai ya musalman nhi hoti waise ahle kitab (yahood wo nasara) se ho (Jin ki Aurte se nikah krna jaij hai) toh unme 4 ka intakhab kar le aur baqi ko Juda kar de isliye ke Rasool slw ne ek Sakhsh ko jis ke paas Islam qubul karne ke waqt 10 biwiya thi farmya,,
"Inme se 4 intakhab kar le"

Isi tarah musalman hone wale Sakhsh ke nikah me agr 2 bahene hai toh un me se ek ko Juda kar de isliye ke 2 baheno ko ek Sakhsh ki nikah me jama karna halal nhi hai,
ALLAH TA'ALA KA IRSHAD HAI,,
"(Aur ye bhi tum par haram hai ke) tum 2 baheno ko ikattha karo"
(Surah-Nisa)
AFSOS KE AAJ KE KUCH LOG JO AHLE TAWHEED HONE KA DAWA KARTE HAI MGR MUSHRIK AURAT JO QABRO KO SAJDA KARTI HAI GAIRULLAH KO APNA HAJAT RAWA, MUSHKIL KUSA BANATI HAI UN AURATO SE YE LOG NIKAH KARNE KO BILKUL GALAT NHI SAMJHTE
AUR JAB DALIL MANGO TOH KAHETE HAI YE AURTE SAJDA TOH KARTI HAI GAIRULLAH SE MADAD TOH MNGTI HAI LKIN QALMA BHI PADHTI HAI ISLIYE HAM INSE NIKAH KAR SAKTE HAI,
LAGTA HAI YE NIKAH KE KHUSHI ME AAKR ALLAH KA YE FARMAN BHUL JATE HAI KE
"Inme se aksar log Iman lakr mushrik hai"

 Agar mard apni bivi ko 3 talaq ek waqt mein day day to talaq ho jati hai ya nahi?

yani waqfay waqfay ke saath hai ye nehi k akathhi 2 Talaaqain’ Ahed e Risaalat Hazra Abu Bakar r.a k dor e khlaafat ke ibtdai 2 saal mein 3 talaaqain ek Talaaq hi shumar hoti thien …(Muslim 1472)
Hazrat Abu Rakaana r.a ne apni Bivi ko ek hi majlis mein 3 Talaaqain day dien thien phir iss pr naadim o pshemaan huay Rsool s.a.w.w ne Abu Rakaana r.a se frmaya: Wo teenon (3) Talaaqain ek he hain ….

Ek Riwayat mein hai k Nabi kareem S.A.W.W ne Abu Rakaana r.a se keha k tum Umme Rakaana se Rujoo kar Lo unnhon ne arz kiya mein ne issay 3 Talaaqain day di hain to Aaap S.a.w.w ne farmaya Mujhe maloom hai tum iss se Rjoo kr Lo ……

JAHEZ- EK ISLAMI NAZARYA



BISMILLAH

Lafz “jahez” Arabi lafz h jiske m’aani h tayyari karna, jis tarah Surah Yousuf me hai “Wa lamma Jahazahum bi jihazihim” aur jb unho ne unke liye samaan tayyar rakha.
Goya “jahez” tayyari ko kehte h aur yeh shadi par jayiz hai lakin yeh jahez ladke ke zimmah hai kyunki shadi ki saari tayyari ussi ko karni hoti h, jis tarah Nabi saw ne Ali r.a. ki zirah bech kar us se Ali r.a. ke liye tayyari ki jis ko jahez kehte hai aur yeh shar’ii jahez h.
LEKIN jis ko barr e sageer me jahez kehte hai woh yeh hai ki Ladki apne ghar se woh samaan tayyar kar k lati hai jis ke liye ladke walo ki taraf se pehle hi list diya gaya hota h lakin iski sharyat me koi hasiyat nahi aur yeh ladke ki begairti ka saboot hai aur hinduwo se mushabihat hai kyunki Hindu isse hi Kanya-daan kehte h…
Qurani Aayat Aur Ahadees Se Wazeh Hota Hai Ki Shadi Ek Sadgi Ka Naam Hai Shadi Se Muashra Sudharta Hai Do Khandan Aabad Hote Hain, Nayi Nasl Ki Shuruat Hoti Hai. Aur Aisi Koi Aayat Nahi hai aur Na Hi Hadees Hai Jisme Hai Ke Ladki Ko Dahej Dena Chahiye Sare Dalail Yehi Kar Keh Rahe Hain Ki Ladke Ko Mahr Dena Chahiye Allah Ka Farman Bhi Allah Ke Rasul Sallellahualayhi Wasallam Ka Qaul Bhi Aur Sahaba Ikram Ki Jamat Bhi.
Allah SWT ka farman hai-
Mard Aurat per haakim hai,Isliye ke ALLAH SWT ne ek ko dusre per fazilat di hai,aur iss wajah se ke mardo ne apne maal kharch kiye hain.[Surah Nisa 34]
Aur ek jagah farmaya-Aur Aurton ko unke Maher raazi khushi dedO.[Surah Nisa 4]
Aur Farmaya-Aur jO kuch tum unhe de chuke ho Usme se kuch bhi wapas lena tumhare liye Halal nahi.[Tafseer Ibne Kaseer 1/474]
Sheikh Abdullah Bin Qaud kahte hain-Maher lena biwi ka haqq hai,isse muqarrar karna wajib aur zaruri hai,Biwi aur Iske ghar walO per kOi chiz dena wajib nahi Lekin agar wo khushi se dena chahe to unki marzi.
Inn ayaton se ye zahir hOta hai ke mard aurat ko Maher ada krega nake aurat Mard ko.
Ab ahem muazu ki taraf aate hain Islam me dahej ki kya haqeeqat hai kya Allah k Rasul sallellahu alayhiwasallam hamare Nabi hain rasul hain rehnuma hain qudwa hain ideal hain unki pairvi se hi jannat milsakti hai unki itaat se hi Allah razi hota hai to kya unhone dahej liya Allah ke Rasul sallellahu alayhiwasallam ne 11 shadian ki kisi ek se bhi apne dahej liye gaur Karen doston agar kisi k paas koi daleel hai to pesh Karen aur apke baad apke sahaba khulafaye rashideen ne bhi ek se zyada shadian ki kisi ne dahej liye nahi aap puri tareeq utha kar dekhen aur unhone apni betion ki bhi shadian ki ya kisi ko dahej diye Allah ke liye gaur Karen sochen apni islah Karen, muashre ki islah Karen.

Wo Ye Ke Allah Ke Rasul Sallellahualayhi Wasallam Ne Hazrat Fatima R.A Ko Jahez Diya, Ye Allah Ke Rasul Sallellahualayhi Wasallam Par Tohmat Hai Aur Isko Darr Na Chahiye Allah Se Uske Azaab Se Aur Loog Jo Is Wahem Me Mubtila Hain Unko Tahqeeq Karna Chahiye Andhi Taqleed Gumrahi Hai, Is Haqeeqat Par Nazar Dalte Hain… Hadees Is Tarah Se Hai:

AURAT KE LIYE QHAWIND AUR WALEDAIN MAISE KIS KI ITAAT ZYADA ZARURI HAI?



BISMILLAH

Shaikh ul Islam Ibn Taymiya rehmaullah se darje zail sawal kiya gaya,
“Ek aurat shadi shuda hai aur wo walidain ke hukum se nikal kar qhawind ke hukum me achuki hai, iske liye walidain ki ita’at karna zaruri hai ya apne qhawind ki ita’at karna?”
Shaikh ul Islam Ibn taymiya rehmaullah ka jawab tha, “Shadi ke baad Aurat ka qhawind, aurat ke walidain se biwi ka zyada Malik hai, aur is par apne qhawind ki ita’at zyada wajib hai. Allah subhanhu wa taala ka farman hai,
“Pas nek auratein farmabardaar hai, aur ghair haziry me hifazat karne wali hai,{is liye ke allah ne (inhe) mefuuz rakha}.
Aur Hadees me Nabi kareem SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam  ka farmaan hai, “Duniya behtreen maal wa mataa hai, aur duniya ki sab se behtreen maal wa mataa nek wa saleh aurat hai, jab tum ise dekho to wo tumhe kush kardee, aur jab use hukum doo to wo tumhary ita’at kare, aur jab tum usse ghayab(door safar par) ho to woo aap ke maal aur apni jaan ki hifazat karty hai” aur sahih Abi Hatim me Abu Hurairah r.a. anhu se marwi hai ke Rasool SallAllahu Alaihi wasallamne farmaya jab aurat apne upar panch namaze farz namaze ada karty ho aur ramzaan ul mubarak ke roze rakhty ho, aur apni sharm gaah ki hifazat kare,aur apne qhawind ki ita’at kare to wo jannat ke jis darwaze se chahe jannat me daqil hogy..
aur Sunan Tirmizi me Umme Salma r.z. se marwi hai ke Rasool SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam  ne farmaya,”Jo aurat is halat me faut hui ke uska qhawind uspar raazi tha to wo jannat me daqil hogy”. Ise Tirmizi ne riwayat kia hai aur ise hasan qarar diya hai.
Abu Huraira r.z. bayan karte hai ke Nabi SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya, “Agar mai kisi ko kisi dusre ke liye sajdah karne ka hukum deta to aurat ko hukum deta ke wo apne qhawind ko sajdah kare”.
Ise Tirmizi ne riwayat kia hai aur ise hasan qaraar diya hai aur Abu Dawood ne darje zail alfaz se riwayat kiya hai. To mai aurton ko hukum deta ke wo apne qhawind ko sajdah kare, kyunki Allah ne in par qhawind ke buhut zyada huquuq rakhe hai. Aur Musnad Ahmed me Anas r.z. anhu se marwi hai ke Nabi SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam  ne farmaya, Kisi bhi bashar(insan) ko kisi dusre bashr ke samne sajdah karna sahih nahi hai, aur agar kisi bashr ke samne sajdah karna sahih hota to mai aurat ko hukum deta ke apne qhawind ko sajdah kare kyunki qhawind ka biwi par azeem haq hai, is zaat ki qasam jis ke hath me mery jaan hai agar qawind ke qadm se is ke sar ek zaqhm ho aur us se peem aur khoon ras(nikal) raha ho aur biwi use aage badh kar chaat lee to bhi qawind ka haq adaa nahi kar sakty.
Shaikh ul Islam rahimaullah ne qhawind ki ita’at ki fazeelat wali ahadees bhi naqal ki hai is silsile me ahadees bhut zyada hai jin me se chand ek zail me bayan ki jaaty hai
Zaid bin Sabit bayan karte hai ke Quran majeed me qhawind ko sardaar ka laqab diya gaya hai, aur phir inhone darje zail Quraan bari taala tilawat kiya,
“AUR In Dono Ne Darwaze Ke Paas Apne Sardaar Ko Paya”. Aur Ibn Khattab r.z. kahte hai.
“Nikah ghulami hai, jise tum me se har ek ko dekhna chahiye ke ke wo apni laqt e jigar beti ko kiski ghulami me de raha hai” aur Tirmizi wagera me warid hai ke nabi SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: “Aurton ke sath behtar salook karo, kyunke ye aurten tumhare paas ghulam hai”.
Chunanche aurat apne qawind ke paas ghulam aur qaidi jaisy hai is liye aurat apne qawind ke ghar se qawind ki ijazat ke bagair bahar nahi nikal sakty,chahe aurat ka walid ya walida ya phir koi aur hukum bhi dee to ummat ka muttafiqa faisla hai ke qawind ki ijazat ke bagair ghar se bahar nahi nikal sakti.
Aur agar qhawind apni biwi ko kisi aur jagah muntaqil karna chahe aur upar wajib karde huqooq ki adayegy bhi kare aur biwi ke mutalliq Allah ki hudood ki bhi hifazat kare lekin aurat ka baap apni bety ko isme qhawind ki ita’at se roke to aurat ko apne qhawind ki ita’at karni chahiye baap ki nahi, kyunke is surat me iske walidain is par zulm kar rahe hai, inhe apni bachi ko is tarah ke qawind ki ita’at se rokne ka koi haq hasil nahi.
Is aurat ko bhi haq hasil nahi ke wo qawind ki nafarmai me apni maa ki ita’at kare, ke is se qhula le ya phir jhagde taaki qawind ise Talaq de dee, yani biwi ko haq hasil nahi ke wo nan wa nafqa aur libas wa meher ke mutalliq aisa mutaliba kare jiski bina par qawind ise talaq de dee, agar qawind muttaqi ho aur biwi ke muamilaat me Allah se darne wala ho to biwi ko talaq lene ke mutalliq apne walidain ki ita’at karna halal nahi hogy.
Sunan e Arba’a aur sahih Ibn e Abi Hatim me Saubaan r.z. se hadees marwi hai ke Rasool  SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:”Jis Aurat ne bhi apne qhawind se bagair kisi sabaq ke talaq ka mutakiba kia to is par jannat ki khushbu haram hai”. aur ek dusr hadees me hai “Qhula lene wali hi munafiqaat hai”.
Lekin  agar iske Walidain ise Allah ki ita’at ka hukum dete hai, masalan namz panchgana (5times) ki pabandi aur sachai ikhtiyar karne aur amanat wa diyanat karne ke sath sath fuzool kharchi se ijtinaab karne ka kahe to ye in ehkaam me shamil hai jo Allah aur iske Rasool SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam  ka hukum bhi hai, ya phir jis se Allah aur iske  Rasool SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ne manaa farmaya hai. Isliye ise bhi usme in ki ita’at karny chahiye chahe ise walidain ke alawa koi dusra bhi ye baate kahe to ise ye manna hogy to phir agar walidain kahe to kaise nahi maanegy?
Aur jab qhawind ise kisi aise kaam se rooke jiska hukum Allah aur iske Rasool ne diya ho ya phir use kisi aise kaam ko sar anjaam dene ka hukum de jis se Allah aur iske Rasool SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam  ne manaa kia ho to use isme apne qhawind ki ita’at nahi karny chahiye kyunki Nabi kareem SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam  ka farmaan hai
“Allah qhaliq ul mulk ki nafarmani me kisi maqhlooq ki ita’at nahi ki jaa sakty”. Balke agar koi Malik apne naukar aur ghulam ko Allah ki ma’asiyat ka hukum dee to ghulam ko is ma’asiyat me apne malik ki ita’at karni jaayez nahi to fir aurat ko kaise majbuur kia jaa sakta hai ke wo Allah aur iske Rasool SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ma’asiyat me apne qhawind ya walidain ki ita’at kare kyunki khair wa bhalai to sirf Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala aur uske Rasool SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ita’at wa farmabardary me hai, aur Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala aur uske Rasool SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki nafarmani wa ma’asiyat me hai sary ki sary burai aur shar hai”.Majmoo al Fatawa (32/261-264).
Shaikh ul Islam rahimaullah ka mandarje bala ilmi aur mazboot jawab hi kafi hai jis se maqsad poora hojata hai, aapki walida ke liye jayez nahi ke wo aap aur aapki biwi ke ma’abain kharabi aur fitna paida kare, aur is silsile me Aap ke liye iski ita’at karna halal nahi, aur qhawind ka haq aur iski ita’at Aap ki walida ki ita’at se zyada haq rakhty hai.
Biwi ke apne qhawind ki ijazat ke bagair safar karna jayez nahi aur na hi wo kisi aise shaks ko qhawind ke ghar me daqil kar sakty jise qhawind na pasand karta ho, aur upar jo kuch bayan hua hai isme wo qawind ki ita’at chhor kar apni walida ki ita’at nahi kar sakty, kyunke qhawind ki ita’at ka zyada haq hai.

NIKAH KI FAZILAT



BISMILLAH

Nikah ka lugwi maana hai aisa contract jiske
nateeje mai mard aur aurat ek dusre par halaal ho jaayen

Nikah karna sunnat hai iski haisiyat rakhne ke
bawajood nikah na kare wah nabi(sws) ke tareeqe par nahi hai jo shakhs ZINA se bachne ke liye nikah karta hai ALLAH uski madad karta hai

Nikah na karne se zameen mai fasaad paida hota hai
nikah karne se jitni miyan biwi mai MOHABBAT
hoti hai aur kisi mai nahi hoti, nikah AADHA DEEN hai

mardo ke liye aurton se badkar koi fitna nahi

kunwari larki se nikah karna behtar hai
maal wa khoobsoorti hasab nasab ka khyaal na kare balki
DEEN DAAR AURAT SE NIKAH KARE,
musalman ke liye NEK AURAT SE BADKHAR AUR KOI CHEEZ NAHI HAI
jis nikah mai KAM KHARCH ho usme BARKAT zyada hoti hai,

jis aurat se nikah karna chahta hai use ek baar
dekh le kyonki ek baar dekhne se Mohabbat paida hogi,

nikah ke waqt Aurat se izazat lena zaroori hai
agar kunwari hai to uska chup rahna kaafi hai aur
talaaqshuda ko zabaan se kahna chahiye, bina sarparast ke nikah sahi nahi agar koi wali na ho to haakim wali hai ek aadmi ke paighaam ke hote dusre ko paighaam dena mana hai"

MUSLAMAN MARD ka NIKAH MUSHRIKA AURAT se aur MUSLAMAN AURAT ka nikah MUSHRIK MARD se HARAAM hai, behtar hai ki mushrika ke mukaable me musalman laundi se nikaah kare isi tarah iman wali aurat ghulam se nikah kare magar mushrik mard se nikah na kare,

magar Musalmano ko yahudion wa isaayion ki
paak daaman aurton se nikah karna jayez hain

Jawan LARKA aur LARKI ka nikah kar dena chahiye,
hadith mai hai agar LARKI 12 SAAL ki ho gayi ho aur uska NIKAH NAHIi huwa aur ussay ZINA ho gaya to uska GUNNAH BAAP (FATHER) par hai,

iski tarah jab LARKA BAALIGH ho jaaye to fauran nikah kar dena
chahiye warna agar zina kar baitha to uska gunah baap par hoga"

insaaf wa baari muqarrar karna wajib hai, khilaane
pilaane wa raat guzaarne mai INSAAF KARNA WAJIB hai

nikah kare to 7 raat kunwari ke paas rahe phir
baari muqarrar kare, aur shadi shuda aurat ko

agar AURATON ke saath INSAAF NA KAREYGA to QAYAMAT KE DIN is haalat mai ALLAH ke saamne laaya jaayega ki uska AADHA JISM (BODY) gira
hoga

aur AURATON ka MARD par HAQ HAIi ki jo khaaye waisa e khilaaye jaisa pahle waisa e pahnaaye iske MOOH PAR NA MAARE,
bura na kahe, naraazgi ki surat mai ghar se bahar na soye agar zarurat pesh aaye to
maamuli se maar maare,
