*Huzor Sallahu alaihi wa Sallam ke Wafaat ki dalil*

BISMILLAH

*Hajrath:-*Umar Farooq R.A.:– wafaat ki khabar sun ker inke hosh jaate rahe aur wo khare ho ker kahne lage “ Kuch Munafeqeen Samajhte hai Rasulullah sallaho Alihe Wasallam ki Wafaat ho Gai Lekin Haqeeqat ye hai ke Rasululllah swa ki Wafaat nahi hui , Balke Aap apne Rabb ke paas Tashreef le gaye hai.




Jis Tarah Musa bin Imran Ali salam Tashreef le gaye the aur apni Qaum se 40 raat Gayeb rah ker unke paas fir waapis aa gaye the, halake waapsi se pahle kaha jar aha tha ke wo intaqaal ker gaye hai.”

Allah ki kasam Rasulullah sws bhi juror palat ker aayenge aur un logo ke haath Paao kaat daalenge jo Samajhte hai ke Aap sallaho alihe wa sallam ki Maut waqi Ho chuki hai.

Hajrath Abu Bakr R.A.:– Mere Maa Baap Aap per Qurbaan , Allah aap par 2 Maut Jama Nahi karega, jo Maut Aap per likh di gait hi wo aap ko aachuki.

Us ke baad Abu Bakr Bahar Tashreef Laye us waqt bhi Hajrath umar r.a. logo se baate ker rahe the, hajrat Abu Bakr ne un se kaha Umar Baith Jao, Hajrat umar R.A. ne Baithne Se inkaar kar dia. Sahaba Hajrath umar ko chor ker Hajrat abu bakr ki taraf Mutawajja ho gaye. Hajrat Abu Bakr ne Fermaya.

Amma Baad” Tum me se jo shakhs Muhammad Sws ki Ibaadat (Pooja) Karta tha wo jaan le ke Muhammad sws ki Maut waaqi ho chuki hai . Aur tum me se jo shakhs Allah ki ibaadat kerta tha to yaqeenann Allah humesha zinda Rahne wala hai , kabhi nahi marega.
Fir unhone ye ayat parhi. *Surah Imran {3 : 144 }*


“ Muhamad nahi hai mager Rasool hi un se pahle bhi bahut se Rasool guzar chuke hai . to kya ager wo mar jaye ya un ki maut waaqih ho jaaye ya qatl ker diye jaye to tum log kya Aeeri ke bal palat jaaoge.?

Aur jo shakhs Apne Aeeri ke bal palat jaye to yaad rakhe ke wo Allah ka kuch nuksaan nahi pahucha sakta. Aur Anqareeb Allah shukr karne walo ko Jaza dega. Uske baad Hajrat umar ne Fermaya mai ne jo hi Abu bakr ko Telawat kerte hue suni intahai Mutahhyer aur dahshat zada ho ker rah gaya . Hatta ke mere paao mujhe uthha hi nahi rahe the aur hatta ke Abu bakr ko us ayat ki talaawat kerte sun ker mai zameen per gir Para.kyoke mai jaan gaya waqai Nabi sws ko maut aa chuki hai.

Pahle hum huzur e pak sallAllahu alaihi wasallam ki "WILADAT"(paidaish)ke bare me kuch jante hai


Nabi SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki Youm-e-Wiladat par tareekh ka ikhtilaaf:

11) Bani-e-maslak BARELWI, Ahmed Raza khan sahab barelwi apni kitaab Fatawa rizviya, page # 412 , vol 26 mai zikar karte hain k 8 Rabi-ul-awal Nabi S.A.W.W ki wiladat ka din hai , iske baad wafaat ka zikar karte hain k wafaat-un-nabi S.A.W.W 12 rabbi-ul-awal hai. Jub k "Malfuzaat" 220/2 likhtay hain k "Nabi s.a.w ki wiladat 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal ko hai or isi main wafaat shareef bhi hai."


- Mashhoor Mufassir or tarikhdaan Haafiz Ibn-e-Kaseer rh.a kay mutabiq tareekh-e-wiladat 8 Rabi-ul-Awwal hai. [Al-Bidayah wal Nihaya (Imam Ibn Kaseer), vol.2, pg.259-262]


- Imam Tabri rh.a or Imam Ibn Khuldun ne 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal ko ikhteyar kia.

*Namaz ki Niyyat dil se na ke Zaban se*

BISMILLAH

Aap (sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) farmate hain:
Aamal ka daromadar Niyat par hai. *[Sahi Bukhari 5070]*


Namaz me Niyyat karna zaruri hai isliye ke Namazi ko malum rahe ke wo kOnsi Namaz padh raha hai. Namaz e Zohar ya Asar aur kOnsi rakat farz ya Sunnah.


Lekin Aksar lOg Niyyat ke Alfaz zaban se ada karte hain jaise “Iss Imam ke pichhe me Namaz padh raha hun,itni rakat sunnat ya farz,falan Namaz ki.Munh mera kaabe tarf wagera.”


ye tariqa durust nahi hai kiyuke “Niyyat karna Dil ke Irade ke naam hai.

*[Kitab ul Fiqah.ali ul mazahib ul arbah:209/1 w sharah w qayah wagera]*


Isi ke sath aksar Ulma ne zaban ke sath Niyyat karne ko Bidat shumar kiya hai,kiyuke Nabi(S.A.W) aur Sahaba Ikram se iska kOi subut nahi hai.


*Allama Ibne Tahmiya(RahimUllah) farmate hain:* “Zaban se Niyyat karna Deen aur aqal dono ke khilaf hai, Deen ke khilaf isliye ke ye Bidat hai aur aqal ke khilaf isliye ke iski missal aise hi hai jaise kOi khana tanawul karna chahta ho to kahe: “Main Niyyat karta hun apne hath ko iss bartan me rakhne ki,isme se luqma lunga phir isko munh me rakhunga,phir isko chabaunga,akhir isko nigal lunga take main ser hosakun.”

kOi aqalmand iss qism ki harkat nahi karega kiyuke jab aadmi ko ilm hai ke wO kya kar rha hai to usne uss baat ki Niyyat bhi zarur ki hogi.

Aur charo Imamo ka iss baat per ittefaq hai ke zaban se Niyyat krna mashru nahi.”

*[fatawa Ibne Tahmiya 232/1]* Imam Ibne Qaim(RahimUllah) farmate hain: “Nabi(S.A.W) jab Namaz ke liye khade hOte to ALLAHU AKBAR kahte aur isse pahle kuch na kahte aur na inn marwajah alfaz ke sath Namaz ki Niyyat karte the.

Kisi ne iske muttaliq ba sanad kOi chiz naqal nahi ki,hatta ke kisi zaeef wa Mursal riwayat me bhi inme se ek lafz bhi marwi nahi hai,balke Sahabi se bhi ye alfaz sabit nahi aur nahi Taba’een aur charO Imamo me se kisi ne zaban ke sath Niyyat karne ko Mustahsin qarar diya hai. *[Zaad ul ma’ad ul Ibne Qaim:201]*

Allama Muhammad Nasir Uddin Albani(RahimUllah) farmate hain: “Nabi(S.A.W) apni Namaz ko Takbeer Tahrima se shuru karte the.” *[see: Sahi Muslim-1110]* Iss Hadees me iss baat ki tarf ishara hai ke Aap(S.A.W) “Niyyat karta hun waste Namaz ke wagera” alfaz se Namaz shuru nahi karte the,lehaza ye bil ittefaq Bidat hai,Baaz ne Hasnah aur Saiyyah ka farq bayan kiya hai.

Lekin hum kahte hain ke Ibadat ke mamle me har Bidat Gumrahi hai.kiyukeNabi(S.A.W) ka irshad hai ke: “( كل بدعة ضلالة وكل ضلالة في النار ) “-kullu bid’atin dalalatun wa-kullu dalalatin fi’l-nari-“ iss baat ka taqaza karta hai.” *[Safat ul Salat ul Nabi(S.A.W),page-76]*

Iss Hadees ke mayeni ye hain ke “Har Bidat Gumrahi hai aur Gumrahi Dozakh me lejane wali hai.” *[Sanan Nisai]*

Niyyat chuki Dil se talluq rakhti hai,isliye zaruri hai ki ham apne tamaan(jayez) kamon me(sabse) pahle niyyat kar liya karen kyonki jaisi niyat hogi waisa hi phal milega.In shaa ALLAH


ALLAH swt Hume shirk wa Bidat se mahfuz farmaye aur Sunnato per sahi tariqe se Amal karne ki toufiq ata farmaye.
