*Usool-e-Hadees kaha se aaye aur kisne banaya?*


JAWAB:

Hadees ek Arabic lafz hai jisko Urdu me "khabar", "baat" kaha jayega. Isiliye "Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke naam par bayan ki gayi Hadees bhi ek tarah ki khabar hi hai kyunke Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke daur me ham mawjood nahi the. Agar aaj koi Aalim ya Musalman ya koi bhi shakhs Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ka naam lekar kaheta hai ke "ye baat" Rasoolullah ne kahi thi. Aise waqt me us shakhs ki baat ko fauri qubul nahi karenge. Ham tahqeeq karenge ke ye shakhs ne "ye Hadees" kaha se suni ? Aisa karke ham Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke zamane tak pahunch sakte hain. Lekin uske liye kuchh buniyaadi usoolo ki zarurat padegi Aur wo usool already ban chuke hai.

*Log ye samjte hai ke Ulma-e-Muhadddisin ne Usool-e-Hadees apne taraf se tayyar kiye. Allah aur uske Rasool ne Hadees ke usool nahi diye the.Ulma-e-Muhaddisin ne Hadees ke Authencity ke liye jo usool banaye hai uski buniyaad already shariyat me mawjood hai* aur ye usool insaani fitrat par bhi khare utarte hai.

Ham bhi apni zindagi me jab koi aham khabar sunte hai to uski taheqiq karte hai. Jaisa ke aap apne ghar se dur kisi aur jagah rahte ho aur apko kisi AJNABI admi ne khabar di hai ke apke ghar me ladka paida huwa (us ajnabi admi ke baat par aap fauri bharosa nahi karoge) aise waqt aap apne gharwalo ko fauri phone karenge aur pata karenge ke waqai ladka paida huwa ya nahi. Agar yahi khabar aapko apke walid ne di hai to aap unpar bharosa karte huye khushi mahsus karoge.

*Aaj ham apko Hadees ke Usoolo ki buniyaad batana chahte hai.*

*Buniyaad Number 1:*

Allah ne khud hukm diya hai kisi khabar ke bareme tahqiq karne ke liye :

*يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِن جَآءَكُمْ فَاسِقٌۢ بِنَبَإٍۢ فَتَبَيَّنُوٓا۟ أَن تُصِيبُوا۟ قَوْمًۢا بِجَهَٰلَةٍۢ فَتُصْبِحُوا۟ عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَٰدِمِين*


*"Aye Imanwalo! agar tumhe koyi faasiq khabar de to tum us ki acchhi tarah tahqeeq kar liya karo aisa na ho ke nadaani mein kisi qaum ko takhlif pahoncha do phir apne kiye par pashemaani uthaao".*

(Surah 49 Hujraat : Ayat 06)


*Is ayat se 2 Usool milte hai :*

1⃣ Agar koi khabar dena wala Kafir, Munafiq, Jhoota ho to uski kahbar/baat ko qubul na kiya jaayega. Aise shakhs ki di hui khabar ki taheqiq ki jayegi. Agar wo jhoota saaabit ho jaaye to aise shakhs se bayan ki hui hadees ko mawzu/manghadat/jhooti (fabricated) hadees kaha jayega.


2. Iske ulat, agar koi khabar denewala Imanwala, Siddique, Sachha ho to uski khabar/baat ko qubul kiya jayega. Aisa koi sachha Imanwala shakhs Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke naam koi baat bayan karta hai to uski baat ko Sahih/Hasan Hadees kaha jaeyega.

*Buniyaad Number 2:

Zaid ibn Sabit Razi Allahu anhu ne kaha ke Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne dua farmayi hai ke :

*"Allah us shakhs ko taro-taazaa (hara-bhara, khush-hal) rakhe jo meri koi Hadees sune aur usko waise hi yaad kare (jaisa maine farmaya tha) aur usko waise hi logo tak pahuncha de”.*

*Is Hadees se ham ko 3 aur Usool milte hai...*

1⃣Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki Hadees jis se li jaarahi hai wo Imanwala ho.


2⃣Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ka naam lekar koi Imanwala agar Hadees bayan kar raha ho aur uska haafiza (memory-power) mazboot (strong) ho to uski Hadees/khabar/baat ko qubul kiya jayega.

3⃣Iske ulat, Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ka naam lekar koi Imanwala agar Hadees bayan kar raha ho aur uska haafiza (memory-power) kamzor (weak) ho to uski Hadees/khabar/baat ko nahi liya jayega. Aise shakhs ki bayan ki hui hadees ko "Zaeef Hadees" qarar diya jayega.

*Khulasa:*

1⃣Hadees bayan karnewala Kafir/Fasiq/Munafiq na ho.

2⃣Dusari ahem shart Hadees bayan karnewala Imanwala ho.

Hadees bayan karnewala agar Imanwala hai to uska haafiza (memory power) dekha jayega.

Agar Hafeeza mazboot (strIslamic Concepts:

ong) hai to uski baat lijayegi

Agar uska haafiza kamzor ho to uski bayan ki hui Hadees qubul nahi ki jayegi. Lekin ek musalman hone ke naate uski izaat zarur karenge.

3⃣In Usoolo ke alaawa aur bhi kuchh usool hai aap khud un usoolo ko janne ki koshish kare.

QURAN E PAAK TILAWAT KA FAZILAT


Hazrat Umme Salma Rad. se Riwayat hai ke
‘Rasool Allah sallallahu alai wasallam Quran e Majeed ki har ayaat par tauqaf (T: Stop) farmate (baad wali aayat ko pehli ayat ke saath nahi milaate the).’
[ ABU DAWOOD: AL HUROOF WAL QIRAA‐AT # 4001]
ISE IMAM HAAKIM AUR IMAM ZAHABI NE SAHEEH KAHA.

📝Mazkoora hadees kasrat e tareeqh ke sath marwi hai.
Is masla mein isko buniyadi haisiyat haasil hai.
Aimma e Salaf o Saleheen ki ek jamat har aayat par tauqaf farmati thee, agar ma ba’ad ki ayat ma’ani ke lehaz se pehli ayat ke sath muta’aliq hoti thee phir bhi qata’a karke padhte the.
Tilaawat Quran ka masnoon tareeq yehi hai lekin aaj jamhoor Qurra (T: Reciters) is tarah tilaawat karne se garez karte hain.
Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ne farmaya :
‘Namazi apne Rab ke sath sargoshi (T: Whispers) karta hain.
Ise qhayal karna chahey ke wo kis zat se sargoshi kar raha hai aur tum Quran e Majeed unchi awaz ke sath tilawat karke apne saathiyo’n ko izterab mein na dalo.’
[ ABU DAWOOD: AL SALAH # 1332 ] ISE IMAM IBNE HIBBAN AUR IMAM IBNE QHUZAIMA NE SAHEEH KAHA.
Rasool Allah Sallallahu alai wasallam Allah ke hukam ke mutabiq aahista aahista Quran e Paak ki tilawat farmate balke ek ek harf alag alag padhte. Yu’n maloom hota ke choti choti soorat, lambi soorat se bhi ziyada lambi hogai.
Chunache Aapka irshad hai ke :
‘Haafiz e Quran ko kaha jaaega, jis tarha tum duniya mein aahista aahista padha karte the isi tarha tum Quran padhte jao aur jannat ki seedhiya’n cadhte chalo. Tumhari manzil waha’n hai jaha’n tumhara Quran e Majeed (padhna) qhatam hoga.’

IMAM IBNE HIBBAN AUR IMAM TIRMIZEE (HADEES # 2914) NE ISE SAHEEH KAHA.
Rasool e Akram Sallallahu alai wasallam Quran e Majeed ko acchi awaaz se padhne ka hukam farmate the.

ISE IMAM IBNE HIBBAN AUR IMAM IBNE QHUZAIMA NE SAHEEH KAHA.
Hazrat Uqhba bin Aamir Rad. Se rivayat hai ke ..
Nabi Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ne farmaya : ‘Allah ki kitab ka ilm hasil karo, isko zahen mein mehfooz karo aur ise qhoobsurat awaaz se pdho. Mujhe is zaat ki qasam jiske haath mein meri jaan hai oun’th ke ghutno’n ki rassi agar khol di jaae to wo itni tezee se nahi bhaagta jitna tezee se Quran e Paak haafeza se nikal jaata hai.’

Nabi e Rahmat Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ne farmaya:
‘Allah Ta’ala kisi awaz ke liey is qadr kaan nahi lagata jis qadr wo acchi awaaz ke saath Quran Majeed padhne par lagata hai.’

SUN'NAT O QURAN KI ROSHNI MEIN

BISMILLAH IR-REHMAN IR-RAHIM


Musalmano kharbardaar raho main yani Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam Quran diya gaya hun , or uske saath usi darze ki ek or chiz yani Sunnat yani Hadees bhi diya gaya Hun
Abu Daood , kitab us Sunnati 4604 , Ibn Hibban 97 , Ibn Hibban ne isse sahi kaha hai

1. - Deen ke mamlon mein Nabi saw ke Hukm par Amal karna Farz hai

Aye Imaan walo Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat farmabardaari karo or baat sun lene ke baad usse munh na phero
📖Surah 8 al-Anfal ,Aayat no 20

Aur Namaz padhte raho or zakat dete raho or Rasool saw ka ittat farmabardari karte raho taake tum par rahem kiya jaye
📖Surah 24 an-Noor ,Aayat no 56

Aur jo shakhs Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat farmabardaari karega to beshak usne Allah ki farmabardaari ki or jo nafarmani kare to aye Rasool saw Aap ko Allah ne unka nigehbaan bana kar nahi bejha.
📖Surah 4 an-Nisaa ,Aayat no 80

Aur Allah or uske Rasool saw ki ittat farmabardaari karo taake tum par rahem kiya jaye.
📖Surah 3 ale-Imran ,Aayat no 132

Aye Imaan walo Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat farmabardaari karo or jo tumme se jo sahib e hukoomat hain unki bhi , or agar kisi baat mein tum mein ikhtilaf waqe ho to agar Allah or roz e aakhirat par imaan rakhte ho to usse Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke hukm ki taraf rujoo karo , yeh bohat achchhi baat hai or anjam ke aithbaar se bhi behtar hai ,
📖Surah 4 an-Nisaa ,Aayat no 59

Tumhare Rab ki Qasam yeh log jab tak apne tanazat mein Aap ko Hakim faisla karne wala na maanle , or jo faisla Aap kardo usse apne dil mein tangi na kare balke usko khushi se maan lein tab tak momin nahi honge
📖Surah 4 an-Nisaa ,Aayat no 65

Aye Imaan walo Allah ka farmabardaari karo or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat karo or ittat karne se hat kar apne amalon ko zaya barbad na hone do. 📖Surah 47 Muhammad ,Aayat no 33

Jo chiz tumhe Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam dein woh le lo or jis chiz se Rake usse rukh jaao , or Allah se darte raho , beshak Allah sakht azaab dene wala hai 📖Surah 7 al-Hashr ,Aayat no 7

2.-Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat karna kaamyabi ki jaamanat hai

Momino ki to yeh baat hai ke jab Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki taraf bulaye jaye taake unme faisla karen to kahen ke humne hukm sun liya or maan liya ,or yahi log falah paane wale hain.
📖Surah 24 an-Noor ,Aayat no 51

Aur jo shakhs Allah or uske Rasool ki ittat farmabardari karenge usse darega to aise hi log murad ko pahonchne wale hain.
📖Surah 24 an-Noor ,Aayat no 52

Allah sab aamal durust kar dega or tumhare gunah bakhsh dega , jo shakhs Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittar farmabardari karega to beshakh badi kaamyabi hasil ki📖Surah 33 al-Ahzab ,Aayat no 71

Tamam ahkaam Allah ki hadein hain or jo shakhs Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat farmabardaari karega , Allah usko bahiston jaannat mein dakhil karega jinme nehrein beh rahi hain , woh unme hamesha rehenge or yeh badi kaamyabi hai.
📖Surah 4 an-Nisaa ,Aayat no 13

3.- Allah or Rasool saAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke hukm ke mutabik kiye gaye amal ka pura badla milega

Aur agar tum Allah or uske Rasool ki ittat farmabardarit karoge to Allah tumhare aamal ke azr wo sawab mein se Allah kuch kami nahi karega , beshak Allah bakhshne wala meherbaan hai .📖Surah 49 al-Hujurat ,Aayat no 14 ,

4.-Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat mein Gunah ki maafi

Aye Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam logon se kahdo ke agar tum Allah ko dost rakhte ho to Meri pairvi karo Allah bhi tumhe dost rakhega or tumhare gunah maaf kar dega or Allah bakhshne wala meherbaan hai 📖Surah 3 ale-Imran, Aayat no 31

5.- Allah or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ka farmabardari karne wala Nabi , Siddiq , Shuhada , Saaliheen mein rahega

Aur jo log Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat farmabardaari karte hain to woh Qiyamat ke raz un logon ke saath honge jin par Allah ne bada fazl kiya yani Ambiya or Siddiq Shaheed or saaliheen Nek log or un logon ki rifaqat sangat bohat hi aacha bohat hi khoob hai
📖Surah 4 an-Nisaa ,Aayat no 69

6.-Allah or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam par Imaan lane ke bawazud kuch log Amal mein Allah or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasaallam ka Hukm nahi mante aise log momin nahi

Aur Ba'z log kahte hain ke hum Allah or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam par Imaan laye or unka Hukm maan liya , phir iske baad unme se ek firqa phir jata hai or ye log sahib e Imaan Momin hi nahi hain.

Aur jab unko Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki taraf bulaya jata hai taake Rasool saw umka bahami mamlaat qazya chhora de faishla kar de to unme se ek firqa munh pher leta hai
📖Surah 24 an-Noor, Aayat no 47-48

Aur jab unse kaha jaata hai ke jo hukm Allah ne nazil farmaya hai uski taraf rujoo karo or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki taraf aao to munafiqon ko dekhte ho ke Aap se aitraz karte hai or ruke jaate hain
📖Surah 4 an-Nisaa ,Aayat no 61

Kahdo Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki Ittat farmabardaari karo , agar na maane to Allah bhi khafiron ko dost nahi rakhta pasand nahi karta
📖Surah 3 ale-Imran ,Aayat no 32

7.-Allah or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ka ittat farmabardaari na karne ka natiza apsi fut or ladai o jhagda hai

Aur Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke hukm par chalo or aapas mein jhagda na karna ke aisa karoge to tum buzdil ho jaoge or tumhara hawa ukhad jayega or sabr se kaam lo ke Allah sabr karne walo ka madadgaar hai.
📖Surah 8 al-Anfal ,Aayat no 46

8.-Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke hukm ke maauzudgi mein kisi dusre ka hukm par amal karne ki Deen Islam mein koi gunjaish nahi , Allah or Rasool saw ki na farmani gumrahi hai

Aur kisi Momin Mard or Momin Aurat ko yeh haq nahi hai ke jab Allah or uska Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam koi AMR faisla muqarrar kar de to woh us kaam mein apna bhi kuch akhtiyar samjhein , or jo koi Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki nafarmani kare woh sahi mein gumrah ho gaya khuli gumrahi mein ja pada.
📖Surah 33 al-Ahzab ,Aayat no 36

9.-Allah or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki nafarmani karne wala apne anzam ka khud zimmedaar hoga

Aur Allah ki farmabardaari or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat farmabardaari karte rahn or darte raho , agar munh pheroge to jaan rakho ke hamare Rasool saw ke zimme to sirf paigham khol kar pahoncha dana hai.
📖Surah 5 al-Ma'idah ,Aayat no 92

Aur Allah kh ittat karo or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki ittat farmabardaari karo agar tum munh pher loge jo hamare Rasool saw ke zimme to sirf paigha ka khol khol kar pahoncha dena hai.
📖Surah 64 at-Taghabun ,Aayat no 12

١٠-Allah or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ki nafarmani karne ki saza jahannam or dukh dend wale ١aazab ,

Aur jo Shakhs Allah or uske Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke ittat farmabardaari par chalega usko Bahiston jannat mein dakhil karega jiske tale nehrein beh rahi hain , or jo munh pherega rugardani karega usse bure dukh ki saza dega 📖Surah 48 al-Fat'h Aayat no 17

11- Hile or bhane talash kar ke Allah or Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke hukm se bacchna dardnak aazab ka sabab hai

Musalmano Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke bulane ko aisa khyal na karna jaisa tum aapas mein ek doosre ko bulate ho , beshak Allah ko woh log maloom hain jo tumme aankh bacha kar chal dete hain to jo log Rasool sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke hukm ki mukhalfat karte hain unko darna chahiye ke aisa na ho ke un par koi aafat pad jaye ya takleef dardnaak dene wala azaab nazil na aa jaye 📖Surah 24 An-Noor ,Aayat no 63

QURAN o SUNNAT PAR AMAL KARNE KA HUKAM

"Musalmano kharbardaar raho main yani Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam Quran diya gaya hun , or uske saath usi darze ki ek or chiz yani Sunnat yani Hadees bhi diya gaya Hun"
Abu Daood , kitab us Sunnati 4604 , Ibn Hibban 97 , Ibn Hibban ne isse sahi kaha hai

Allah ne hukm farmaya 

1.- Aye Musalmano , Aaj ke Din maine tum par apni nemat ko poora kar diya , or tumhare liye Islam ko bataur e Deen pasand kar liya hai ,
📖{Surah 5 al-Ma'idah , Aayat no 3}

Yeh Aayat Dul'Hijjah san 10 Hijr mein A'rfat ke maidan mein Nazil hue , is ke nazil hone ke 3 mahine ke baad Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam yeh Kamil Deen ummat ko Dekar Allah se ja mile , or ummat ko yeh wasiyat kar gaye

2.-Main yani Nabi SallAllahu Alaihi wasallam , tumhare darmiyan aisi do chizen chhode ja raha hun ke jab tak tum unhe mazbuti se pakde rahoge hargiz gumrah na hoge , yani Allah ki Kitab or meri Sunnat
{Bahqi , Mu'atta Imaam Malik , kitab ul Qadr 2/899 Hakim , 1/93 , or Ibn Hazam ne isse sahi kaha hai}

Maloom hua ke Islam , Quran o Sunnat mein mahdood hai , or yeh bhi sabit hua ke mas'hala or fatwa sirf wahi amal karne ki layak hai jo Quran o Sunnat tarik se sabit ho

3.-Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmate hai , meri sari ummat jannat mein dakhil hogi us ko chhod kar jisne inkaar kiya , sahabi raz ne pucha Aye Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam , Inkaar karne wala koun hoga ? Aap sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jisne meri farmabardari kiya woh jannat mein dakhil hua or jisne meri na farmani ki to usne inkaar kiya
{Bukhari , kitab ul Ihtisham 260}

4.-Urbaaz bin Shariya raz riwayat karte hai ke ek din Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ne hame Namaz padai fir Aap saw hum logon se mukhatab hue or nasiyat farmayi , nasiyat sunkar hamare aankho se aanshu jari ho gayi or dil dahel gaya , ek sahabi ne kaha Aye Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ye nasiyat to aisa hai jaise kisi rukhshat karne wale ka hota hai , isliye hamko khash wasiyat ki jiye, Aap sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam farmaya main tumhe wasiyat karta hun ke Allah se daarte rahna , or apni aameer ki jaaez baat sunna or manna , agarche tumhara aameer habsi ho, mere baad jo tum me zinda rahega woh bohat ikhtelaf dekhega , us waqt tum meri Sunnat or Khulfa e Rasheedin ka tarika lazem pakadna , usse Daatho se mazboot pakde rahna or Deen ke andar naye naye kaamo or taur tarike se bacchna

Is hadees se sabht hua ke Bid'at gumrahi hai , koi Bid'at Has'na nahi

5.-Abdullah bin Umar raz farmate hai , har Bid'at gumrahi hai chahe log usse neki samjhe
{As Sunnah , Muhammad bin Nazr Maruzi , Shirhul Usool , 1/92}

6⃣- Imaam Malik ra ne kya khoob farmaya hai , jis shakhs ne Islam mein neki samajh kar koi chiz Ejaad ki to us ne gumaan kiya ke Allah ke Nabi saw ne Risalat ki Tableeg mein khiyanat se kaam liya Allah ki Panah , Nabi sallAllahu Alaihi wasallam ke jamane mein jo chiz din na thi woh aaj bhi nahi ban sakti.

Allah se Du'a Hai ke Hum ko Ghar walon ko Aap logon ko or Sare Musalmano ko Quran o Sunnat ko Sahaba ke Manhaj par amal karne wala fir Daw'at Dene
wala banaye.
