"Hadees Ke Baaz Usool"

Sahaba Akraam ke Aqwaal aur Afaal aur Taqreer:

Sahaba ke Aaqwaal aur Afaal aur Taqreer bhi Hadees mein aati hai, Sahabi ka Qaoul aur Aamal ya Taqreer jo Gaib aur Tauqifi mamle se taluq rakhta ho usko Daleel mana jayega jab ke Sahabi na bhi kahen ke Nabi  (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ye kahan ya ye kiya:

Sahabi ka Qaoul aur Aamal:

Sahabi ka qaoul (jo Tauqifi mamle ke mutaliq ho, ya Gaib ke mutaliq ho, ya Qur'an ki tafseer ho, ya Sahabi ye kahen ke hum ko aisa hukum diya jaata tha, ya kahen ke hum Nabi ke zamane mein aisa karte thaye, ya hum aisa karte thaye, ya Sahabi ki Taqreer (jo Tauqifi mamle ke mutaliq ho) aur Sahabi ye na bhi kahen ke Nabi (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ne aisa farmaya tab bhi is ko daleel mana jayega aur is ko Marfoon ke Hukum mein kahan jayega...

Aagar Sahabi ka Ijtehaad ho (ye Hadees mein tou aata hai) lekin is ke qubool karne ke liye usko Kitaab-o-Sunnat par rakh kar dekha jayega phir qubool kiya jayega, aagar Ijtehaad mein galti ho (aur Ijtehaad mein galti hona mumkin hai) tou qubool nahi kiya jayega...

Ijtehaad mein galti hona mumkin hai:

Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:

"Jab ek hakim (mujtahid) faisla kare aur iske liye khoob Ijtehaad(tehqeeq koshis) kare phir uska faisa sahih nikal aayen tou uske liye do aajr hai, aur aagar wo khoob Ijtehaad kar ke faisla kare lekin wo faisla karne mein kata kar jaye tou uske liye ek aajr zaroor hai."

(Sahih Muslim, Kitabul Aqziyah, Hadees 1716)

Marfoon ke Hukum mein:

Jis Hadees ki Nisbat Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki taraf ho wo Marfoon Hadees kehlati hai, Sahabi ka qaoul aur aamal aur taqreer jo Gaib aur Tauqifi mamle ke mutaliq ho usko bhi Marfoon ke  Hukum mein kehte hai kuy ke Sahaba Akraam ilm Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam se hi hasil karte thaye Sahabi na bhi kahen ke aisa Nabi ne kahan tab bhi Galib Gumaan yehi hoga ke Sahabi ne Nabi se hi suna kuy ke Sahaba ke ilm ka zariya sirf Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam hi thaye...

Tauqifi: Tauqifi us Aamal ko kehte hai jis mein Ijtehaad ki gunjaish na ho, jaise 5 waqat ki namaz farz hai ab is mein koi Ijtehaad kar ke 6 waqat ki 7 waqat ki nahi kar sakta.. (mazeed tafseel ke liye Ahle Hadees Ulama se ruju kare)

Qur'an mein Hadees lafz ka istemaal, Allah Ta'ala ki Kitaab (Qur'an) ke liye aur Nabi (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ki baat ke liye aur Aamal, Insani Gap'shap, Jhooti Baat aur Mustaqbil Ki Khbar ke liye bhi huwa hai:

Qur'an mein kudh Qur'an ke liye Hadees lafz ka istemaal, Allah ki Kitaab Qur'an ke liye bhi Hadees lafz istemaal huwa hai:

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Allah ne Behtareen Kalaam (Hadees) nazil kiya jo aisi kitaab hai ke apas mein milti julti aur bar bar dauhrai huwi aayatou ki kitaab hai." (Surah Az Zumar Aayat 23)

Is Aayat mein lafz hai "Ahsanal Hadees" yahan Qur'an ko Hadees kahan gaya hai...

(Baaz loug kehte hai ke Ahle Hadees Qur'an ko nahi maante hai halanke Qur'an ko Hadees kahan gaya hai, Ahle Hadees ka matlab Qur'an aur Hadees wale hai)

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Allah Ta'ala se ziyada sachchi baat (Hadees) wala kun hoga." (Surah Nisa Aayat 87)

Is Aayat mein lafz hai "Hadeesa" Allah ki baat ke liye bhi Hadees lafz istemaal huwa hai...

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Bas aagar ye loug is baat (Hadees) par emaan na layen tou kya Aap (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) in ke pichey is ranj mein apni jaan halak kar daleygen." (Surah Al Kahaf Aayat 6)

Is Aayat mein lafz "Hadees" Qur'an ke liye istemaal huwa hai..

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Kya ye kehte hai ke is Nabi ne (Qur'an) kudh ghad liya waqiya ye hai wo emaan nahi laatey." "Achchaa aagar ye sach hai tou bhala is jaisi ek (hi) baat (Hadees) ye (bhi) tou ley aayen." (Surah Toor Aayat 33,34)

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Bas mujhe aur is Kalaam (Hadees) ko jhutlane wale ko chohod dey Hum inhe ahista ahista khenchegen ke inhe maloon bhi na hoga." (Surah Qalam Aayat 44)

Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki baat ke liye Qur'an mein Hadees lafz ka istemaal:

Muhammad Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki baat ke liye bhi Qur'an mein "Hadees" lafz istemaal huwa hai, Allah Ta'ala ne Muhammadur Rasoolullah Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki baat ke liye bhi Hadees lafz istemaal kiya hai:

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Aur yaad kar jab Nabi (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ne apni baaz auratou se ek poshida baat kahin." (Surah At'Tehreem Aayat 3)

Is Aayat mein lafz hai "Hadeesa" Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki baat ke liye yahan lafz Hadees istemaal huwa hai...

Qissa (waqiya) ke liye bhi Hadees ka lafz Qur'an mein hai aaya hai: Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya "Tujhe Musa (Aalaihis Salaam) ka Qissa bhi maloom hai?." (Surah Tahaa Aayat 9)

Is Aayat mein lafz hai "Hadeesu Musa" waqiye ke liye bhi lafz Hadees istemaal huwa hai...

Amal ke liye bhi Hadees lafz aaya hai: "Jis roz kafir aur Rasool ke na'farmaan arzoo karegen ke kash! Inhe zameen ke sath humwaar kardiya jaata aur Allah Ta'ala se koi baat chopa na sakegen." (Surah Nisa Aayat 42)

Is Aayat mein lafz hai "Hadeesa" jo Aamal ke mane mein istemaal huwa hai, Puree jee huwi zindagi wo chopa na sakegen...

Insani gap'shap ko bhi Hadees kehte hai: "Jab kisi manjlis walo ko Allah Ta'ala ki Aayatou ke sath kufr karte aur mazak oudate huwe suno tou is majme mein inke sath na baitho jab tak ke wo is ke alawa aur baate na karne lagen." (Surah Nisa Aayat 140)

Jhooti baat ko bhi Hadees kehte hai: "In (waqiyaat) ke bayaan mein aqal walo ke liye yaqinan nasihat aur ibrat hai, ye Qur'an jhooti banayee huwi baat nahi." (Surah Yousuf Aayat 111)

Is Aayat mein lafz hai "Hadees'ain'Yuftara" Jhooti banayee huwi baat...

Mustaqbil ki khbar ke liye bhi Hadees lafz istemaal huwa hai: Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Kya tujhe bhi chopaa leyne wali (Qayamat) ki Khabar (Hadees) pohchi hai." (Surah Gaashiya Aayat 1)

Is Aayat mein lafz aaya hai "Hadees" Qayamat jo ke mustaqbil mein aane wali hai...

HADEES KO HADEES KUY KEHTE HAI?

Jawaab: Kuy ke Allah Ta'ala ne kudh Nabi (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ki baat ko Hadees kahan, Nabi ne kudh Apni baat ko Hadees kahan aur Sahaba bhi Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki baat ko Hadees hi kehte thaye:

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya:

"Aur yaad kar jab Nabi (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ne apni baaz auratou se ek poshida baat kahin." (Surah At'Tehreem Aayat 3)

Is Aayat mein lafz hai "Hadeesa" Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki baat ke liye yahan lafz Hadees istemaal huwa hai...

Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne kudh apni baat ko bhi Hadees kahan hai:

Hazrat Abu Huraira Radhi Allahu Anhu ne bayaan kiya ke maine Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam se arz kiya: Ya Rasool Allah! Qayamat ke din Aap ki shafa'at ki sadat sab se ziyada kun hasil karenga? Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Aye Abu Huraira! Mera bhi khayaal tha ke ye hadees tum se pehle koi mujse nahi pouchayega, kuy ke Hadees ke leyne ke liye main tumhari behat ziyada hirs dekha karta hu_ Qayamat ke din meri shafa'at ki sadat sab se ziyada is se hasil hogee jis ne kalma "Lailaha'illallah" quloos-e-dil se kahan hoga." (Sahih Bukhari, Kitabur Raqaaq, Hadees 6570)

Yahan par Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne kudh apni baat ko Hadees kahan...

Sahaba bhi Hadees ko Hadees kehte thaye:

Abu Qatadah Radhi Allahu Anhu ne kahan maine Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam se suna:

"Beshak achchaa khaab Allah ki taraf  se hota hai aur hulm (bura khaab jis mein ghabrahat ho) shitaan ki taraf se hota hai, is liye tum mein se jab koi shakhs koi aisa khaab dekhe jo bura ho tou jaagte hi teen martaba bayee taraf tho tho kar aur is khaab ki burayee se Allah ki panha mang."

Abu Salma ne kahan: pehle baaz khaab mujpar pahaad se bhi ziyada bhari hote thaye jab se maine ye Hadees suni aur is par amal karne laga, ab mujhe koi parwa nahi hoti... (Sahih Bukhari, Kitabut'Tib, Hadees 5747)

Sabit huwa Qur'an se bhi aur Hadees se bhi ke Hadees ko Hadees kuy kehte hai, Allah Ta'ala ne bhi Nabi ki baat ko Hadees kahan aur Nabi ne kudh bhi apni baat ko Hadees kahan aur Sahaba bhi Hadees ko Hadees kehte thaye, aur Tabayeen Taba'Tabayeen bhi Hadees ko Hadees hi kehte hai aur Ahle Ilm mein ye hi silsila chalta aaya...

Nisbat ke lehaaz se Hadees ki Qismein:

Nisbat Nasaba Nasab, Nisbat Nasab kis se jaa ke judta hai, Hadees kis se jaa ke judti hai, kabhi Hadees Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam se jaa ke judti hai kabhi Sahabi aur kabhi Tabayee se jaa ke judti hai..

1. Marfoon: Rafa'a se hai, Marfoon wo Hadees hai ke jis mein koi Rawi kahen ke Allah ke Nabi (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ne aisa Kiya ya aisa Kahan ya Aap aise thaye (bolne wala Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki koi khabar dey) usko Marfoo kehte hai...

(Sahabi ke aqwaal aur afaal aur taqreer (jo Gaib se ya Tauqifi mamle se taluq rakhti ho) us ko bhi Marfoo ke hukum mein kehte hai kuy ke Sahaba ilm Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam se hi hasil karte thaye)

2. Mauqoof: Waqafa se hai, jo baat Sahabi tak jaa ke ruk gayee usko Mauqoof kehte hai...

3. Maqtoon: Kata'a se hai, jo baat Tabayee tak jaa ke ruk gayee usko Maqtoon kehte hai...

4. Hadees-e-Qudsi: Jis ki Nisbat Allah ki taraf ho wo Hadees-e-Qudsi hai jis Hadees mein kahan jaye "Allah Ta'ala Farmata Hai"  wo Hadees-e-Qudsi hai..

Tadaad ke aitebaar se Hadees ki Qismein:

Tadaad ke aitebaar se Hadees ki qismein, yane kitne loug Hadees ko bayaan kar rahe hai, is aitebaar se Hadees ki qismein:

1. Mutawatir: "Mutawatir us hadees ko kahengen jis ke Rawi har daur mein itne ziyada ho ke aadatan (aisa nahi hota) un sab ka jhoot par jamah hona mahaal (na'mumkin) ho."

(Mutawatir ke liye koi tadaad nahi hai, kuch Ulama ne (70) kahan, baaz ne (40) kahan, baaz ne (10) kahan, aur baaz ne chaar (4) kahan) Mutawatir ke shuroot bhi hai, tafseel ke liye ahle ilm se maloom kare.

Aahaad: Aahaad Jamah hai Aahad ki, Aahaad wo Hadees hai jis ke Rawi Mutawatir jitne na ho, is mein teen qismein hai:

1. Mashoor: "Mashoor Hadees wo jis ke Rawi har daur mein ya kisi daur mein kam se kam teen (3) ho."

2. Aazeez: " Aazeez Hadees wo jis ke Rawi har daur mein ya kisi daur mein kam se kam do (2) ho."

3. Gareeb: " Gareeb Hadees wo jis ke Rawi har daur mein ya kisi daur mein kam se kam ek (1) ho." (Gareeb ko Fard bhi kehte hai)

Nabi Sahabi Aur Tabayee Ki Tareef:

Nabi Ki Tareef: "Jo Allah ki taraf se Shariyath ki Khabar de."

Sahabi  Ki Tareef: "Aisa shakhs jisne Islam ki halat mein Nabi (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ko Dekha ho ya Aap (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ki Sohbat aqtiyaar ki ho aur Islam hi par Khatama huwa ho."

(kuch aise bhi loug thaye Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke zamane mein jo Musalmaan tou thaye lekin kabhi Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam unki mulaqaat nahi huwi, aise loug behat kam hai inke bareme tafseel Ulama se maloom kare, inki Riwayath bhi maqbool hoti hai)

Tabayee Ki Tareef: "Aisa shakhs jisne Islam ki halat mein Sahabi ko Dekha ho ya Sohbat aqtiyaar ki ho aur Islam hi par unka Khatma huwa ho aur Behtareen Taur par unki Itteba ki ho."

KUTUB-E-SITTAH KA TARUF

Kutub-e-Sittah jis ko siha'sittah bhi kehte hai, lekin hummare (Ahle Hadees) ke yahan isko Kutub-e-Sittah kehte hai kuy ke in 6 kitabo mein sab ke sab mein Sahih Aahadees maujood nahi hai bas do kitabo ki (Sahih Bukhari wa Sahih Muslim ki) tamaam Aahadees sahih hai baqi kitabo mein Sahih Zaeef sab maujood hai...

1.Sahih Bukhari,
 2 .Sahih Muslim, 
3.Abu Dawood, 
4.Tirmizi, 
5.Nasai aur
 6.Ibne Maja...
In 6 kitabo ko Siha'sittah kahan jaata hai, is ke ilawa aur bhi behat se Aahadees ki kitabe hai...

NABI SAHABI AUR TABAYEE KI TAREEF

Nabi Ki Tareef: "Jo Allah ki taraf se Shariyath ki Khabar dey."

Sahabi Ki Tareef: "Aisa shakhs jisne Islam ki halat mein Nabi (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ko Dekha ho ya Aap (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ki Sohbat aqtiyaar ki ho aur Islam hi par Khatama huwa ho."

RAMADAN MAI ROZA AUR QURAN KA FAZILAT


BISMILLAH

ROZEY KI FAZILAT
     
 1.Rozey ki tarha koi Amal nahi:-

Abu Amama rz se riwayat hai:

Maine kaha Aye (ALLAH k RASOOL) mujhe koi hukum dijiye k main (barahe raast use) aapse aqaz karo. AAP SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya:
Rozey ka ahtemaam karo kyu k rozey ki tarha aur koi amal nahi.

(Musnad Ahmad,Nisayi,Ibn Hibban,Hakim,Sahih Al Jamai Hadees No.4044 sahih)

2.Roza Magfirat Ka Zariya:-

Abu Huraira rz se riwayat hai
ALLAH k RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya:-

jisne IMAAN k sath aur Sawab ki niyyat se Ramadan k Rozey rakhe uske pichle saare gunah muaf kardiye jaate hai.

(Sahih Bhukhari kitabul imaan Hadees No.38,Sahih Muslim Salatul musafireenwa qasraha Hadees No.1267)

3.Roza Jahannum se Aazadi ka sabab hai:-

Abu Amama rz se riwayat hai:
ALLAH k RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya:-

ALLAH TA'LA har iftaar k waqt jahannam se kuch logou ko azaad karta hai aur ye (ramadan ki) har Raat hota hai.

(Musnad,Tabrani,Ibn majah,Sahih Al Jamai Hadees No.2170 hasan)

4.Roza jahannum se dhaal Hai:-

Usman bin abul aas rz se riwayat hai
ALLAH k RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya:-

Roza dhaal hai jiske zariye bandajahannum se apni hifazat karta hai.

(Tibrani,Sahih Al Jamai Hadees No.3876 hasan)

Abu Huraira rz se riwayat hai
ALLAH k RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya:-

roza dhaal hai, aur jahannum se bachao k liyeek mazboot qila hai.

(Musnad Ahmad, shuaib ul iman lil Bayhaqi, sahih Al Jamai Hadess No.3880 hasan)

5.Roza nafs ki bimariyou ka ilaaj aur taqwa ka sabab:-

ALLAH TA'LA ne farmaya:-

Aye Imaan walou tum per rozey farz kar diye gaye waise hi jaise tum se pahle logou per farz kiye gaye the,taa ke tum taqwe ki rah ikthiyar karo.

(Surah Baqrah Surah No.2 Ayat No.183)

ALLAH k RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya:-

sabr k mahiney(Ramadan) k rozey har mah k 3 rozey siney me moujud kharabiyou ko nikal deta hai.

RAMADAN MAIN TILAWAT QUR'AN K FAZAIL

1.Qayamat k din Roza aur Qur'an sifarish karege:-

Umrou Rz se Riwayat hai
ALLAH k RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya:-

Roza aur QURAN qayamat k din bandey k liye sifarish karege. Roza kahega:Aye RAB,maine is bandey ko din me khane se aur shahwatou se roke rakha lehaza iske haq me meri sifarish qubool farma.Qur'an kahega;Aye mere RAB,maine isey Raat me neend se door rakha lehaza is k haq me meri sifarish qubool farma,isper un donou ki sifarish qubool karli jayegi.

(Musnad Ahmad,At Tibrani,Al Hakim,Shuaib ul Imaan lil Bayhaqi,Sahih Al Jamai Hadees No.3882 Sahih)

2.NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ka Ramadan ki Ratou me Qur'an ki Tilawat wo mudarisat karna:-

AISHA RZ se Riwayat hai
ALLAH k RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya:-

JIBREEL ALAIHI SALAAM har saal mere saath QUR'AN ka daur kiya karte the, is saal unhone do martaba mere saath Qur'an ka daur kiya hai, main samajta hu k ab meri Wafaat ka waqt aagaya hai.

KITABUT TAWHEED (PART - 4)

BISMILLAH

[Baab 7] aur [Masail 11]

Rafa-e-Balah Aur Difa-e-Masaib Ke Liye Challe Aur Dhage Wagaira Pehanna Shirk Hai:

Irshaad-e-Ilahi hai:

"(Aye Muhammad Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) in se keh dijiye! Tumhara kya khayaal hai ke agar Allah Ta'ala mujhe koi zarar pohchana chahe tou kya Allah Ta'ala ke siwa jinhe tum pukaarte ho, is zarar ho hata sakte hai? Ya Allah mujpar meharbani karna chahe, tou kya Uski Rahmat ko rok sakte hai? Aap kehde ke mujhe tou Allah Ta'ala hi kafi hai, bharosa karne wale is par bharosa karte hai."

[Surah Al Zumar 39/38]

Hazrat Imran bin Haseen Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne ek aadmi ke hath mein pital ka challa dekha tou farmaya:

"Ye kya hai? Isne kahan ke ye wahanah "واھنہ" (ek marz) ki wajhe se pehna huwa hai. Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "isse outaar do" ye (tumhe koi faida nahi pohcha sakta balke) tumhari kamzori mein mazeed izafa kardega. Is challe ko pehne huwe aagar tumhe maout aagayee tou tum kabhi nijaat na paa sakogen."

"رواه احمد  بسند  لا بأس به"

Wahanah "واھنہ" Imam Ibne Al Aseer Al Jazari Rahimahullah farmate hai ke wahanah ek aisi bimari hai khade ya pure bazu ki rag bhool jaati hai, takleef se nijaat ke liye dum bhi karte hai, baaz ahle ilm ka qaoul hai ke kohni aur khande ke darmiyani hisse mein baaz awqaat takleef ho jaya karti hai, ye takleef mardao ko hoti hai, auratou ko nahi.

Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne is shaks ko wo challe pehanne se is liye mana kiya tha ke is ne wo challe is marz se nijaat ke liye pehna tha wo challa isse mehfooz rakkhega, halanke challe ka bimari se koi wasta ya taluq nahi. (Urdu Mutarjim)

Hazrat Ouqba bin Amir Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke Allah ke Raool Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:

"Jis shaks ne (bimari se tahafuz ki niyath se) taweez latkaya, Allah Ta'ala is ki muraad puree na kare aur jisne seep "سیپ" pandha, Allah Ta'ala isse bhi araam na dey."

[Musnad Ahmed]

Ek aur riwayath mein hai:

"من تعلق تميمة فقد اشرك"

"Jisne (bimari se tahafuz ki niyath se) taweez latkaya, usne Is (Allah Ta'ala) ke sath shirk kiya."

Tamimah: mazkoor bila hadees mein "Tamimah" aur "Wada'a" ki mazammat wird huwi hai, koi cheez wo lohe ki ho ya pital ko, seeo ho ya mankah, ya dhaga, is se gale mein daalna, kalai ya bazu, ougli ya paou par padhna, is niyath se ke is ki wajhe se aaraam aa jayega, sakht mamnoon hai, balke shirk hai.

Ibne abi Hatim ne hazrat Huzaifa Radhi Allahu Anhu ke mutaliq bayaan kiya hai ke inhune ek shaksh ke hath mein buqaar ke sabab dhaga pandha huwa dekha touninhune isse kaat daala aur ye aayat tilawat farmayee:

"Aur inme se aksar loug Allah Ta'ala par emaan laaney ke bawajood bhi mushrik hai." [Surah Yousuf 12/106]

Aarab loug bachcho ko nazar-e-bad se door rakhne ke liye in ke gale mein kaudiya bandhte thaye, Islam ne is amal ko batil aur fuzool qarar diya, hazrat Ibne Umar Radhi Allahu Anhu ka farmaan hai:

"Agar main tameema daal lou tou phir mujhe iske baad kisi bhi gunha ki parwa nahi."

Matlab ye ke ye sab se bada gunha hai aur baqi isse peechey hai.

Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne irshaad farmaya: "Jo shaksh (nazre bad aur bimari se tahaffuz ke liye) koi cheez pandhe ya latkaye tou Allah Ta'ala isse araam na dey."

Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne ye shadeed andaza-e-taqatib is liye aqtiyaar farmaya ke arbo ka aaqida thaye ke ye dawa aur shifa hai aur wo loug in chizo ko mehaz bandh leyna kafi samahjte aur aiteqaad rakhte thaye ke ye Allah Ta'ala ki taqdeer aur faisle ko rok leygee aur wo inhe dafa al'bala samahjte thaye. Is liye Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne in oumoor se sakhti se mana farmaya aur isse shirk qarar diya.

Imam Abdul Azeem Munzari Rahimahullah raqam taraz hai ke:

Tamimah: Chamde ke tukde ko kehte hai jis par koi cheez likkhi ho, arab loug is qism chizo ko istemaal karte thaye taake inke zariye aafaat wa masaib se difa ho, ye sara sar jahalat wa zalalat ki baat hai, kuy ke Allah Ta'ala ke siwa koi na tou takleef ko door kar sakta hai aur na rok sakta hai.

Wadaa: Mazkoor bila Aahadees mein se ek hadees mein "Wadaa" "ودعہ" ka lafz aaya hai, Abu Al Sadaat Iben Al Aseer Al Jazari Rahimahullah farmate hai ke ye samandar se nikalne wali safeed rang ki ek cheez hoti hai, wo loug isse nazre bad se bachao ke liye gale mein latkate thaye, is liye Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne is par napasndedgi aur karahat ka izhar farmaya aur is se mana farmaya. Urdu mein "wadaa" ko seep gohngeh kahan jaata hai.

Hummare yahan bhi baaz bimariyo ki surat mein loug is ka sahih ilaj karne ke bajaye dhage par ghanft laga kar bandh leyte hai. Ya choti choti lakdiyu ka haar sa bana kar gale mein latka leyte hai. Baaz suratou mein naak ya kaan mein suraaq kar ke koi cheez daal leyte hai. Bas, Tark, Car, Makan, wagaira par siya kapda lehra deyte hai ya purana juta latka deyte hai. Ya siya handiay oulat kar rakh deyte hai, wagaira wagaira ye sab kaam mandarj bila aahdess ki raoushni mein mana aur shirk hai, inse bachna chahiye. (Urdu Mutarjim)

Masail:

1. (Bimari se tahaffuz ki niyath se) Challa, Dhaga ya door wagaira bandhna sakt mana hai.

2. Is hadees se maloom shuda is bayaan se ke aagar Sahabi bhi is niyath se koi cheez bandhe ye latkaye aur is haal mein mar jaye tou wo bhi kabhi falah nahi paa sakta, Sahaba ki is thoos baat ke liye shahid maujood hai aur wo ye ke "Shirk-e-Asgar Akbar Al Kabair hai"

3. Jahalat ke sabab bhi in chizo ke murtakib ko mazoor nahi samjha jayega.

4. Ye cheez duniya mein bhi mufeed nahi balke muzir hai kuy ki Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai: "ye teri bimari ko badhane ke siwa kuch na karega"

5. Aisi chizo ko istemaal karne wale ko sakhti se rokna chahiye.

6. Isse bataki wazahat maloom huwi ke jisne koi cheez latkayee isse iske supurd kardiya jaata hai.

7. Jisne koi taweez latkaya isne shirk kiya.

8. Buqar ki wajhe se dhaga bandhna shirk hai.

9. Hazrat Huzaifa Radhi Allahu Anhu ka is mauqe par is Aayat ki tilawat karna, is baat ki daleel hai ke Sahaba Akraam Radhi Allahu Anhum Shirk-e-Akbar ki Aayat se Shirk-e-Asgar par bhi istedaal kiya karte thaye jaise ke Surah Baqrah ki Aayat ki tafseer mein hazrat Ibne Abbas Radhi Allahu Anhu ne zikar kiya hai.

10. Nazre Bad se bachaou ke liye seep bandhna shirk hai.

11. (Bimariyo se tahaffuz ke liye) taweez latkana aur seep wagaira daalne wale ke liye bad dua ki jaa sakti hai ke Allah Ta'ala is ki muraad puree na kare aur isse araam na dey.

Damo Aur Taweezo Ka Bayaan:

Sahih Bukhari wa Sahih Muslim mein hazrat Abu Basheer Ansaari Radhi Allahu Anhu se riwayath hai ke wo Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ke sath safar mein thaye, Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne ek qasid ko (ailaan karne ke liye) behja ke "Kisi ount ki gardan mein tant wagiara se latkayee cheez na rehne di jaye, agar ho tou kaat di jaye."

Daur-e-Jahiliyath mein rasam thi ke agar kamaan ki tant puranee ho jati tou isse tabdeel kar leyte aur puranee tant ko chaopayo ke gale mein daal deyte, inka khayaal tha ke isse janwar nazre bad se mehfooz rehta hai. (Urdu Mutarjim)

aur hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke maine Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ko farmate huwe suna ke:

"Jhaad phoonk (nazre bad wagiara se tahaffuz ke liye) taweez gan'dah (bandhna aur muhabbat ke liye kiye jane wale aamaal) jadu sab shirk hai."

[Rawahu Ahmed wa Abu Dawood]

Mulahizah: ye ek tafseeli waqiya ke ek hissa hai, pura waiaya imam Abu Dawood Rahimahullah ne naqal farmaya hai, hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu ki zuja-e-muhtarma Zainab Radhi Allahu Anha ka bayaan hai ke mere shuhar Abdullah bin Masood (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ne meri gardan mein ek dhaga dekha tou puchaa ye kya hai ? maine kahan "ye dum kiya gaya dhaga mujhe diya gaya hai"

tou Ibne Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu ne wo dhaga kaat dala aur farmaya: "Aye Abdullah ke ahl-o-ayaal ! tum is shirk se beniyaaz ho,

kuy ke maine Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ko farmate huwe suna ke, "ye jhaad phoonk, nazre bad se tahaffuz ke liye muqtalif chize bandhna ya latkana aur muhabbat ke taweez sab shirk hai"

maine (Zainab Radhi Allahu Anha ne) kahan: "meri ankh mein chuban thi main falah yahodi ke paas dum karwane jaati thi, iske dum se mujhe aaraam aajata tha" tou Ibne Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu ne kahan: "ye shitani harkat hai, wo apne hath se chubhota tha jab dum kiya jaata tou wo hath rok leyta, is takleef ke dauraan tumhare liye itna kafi tha ke tum wo dua padh leyti, jo Rasool-e-Akram Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam padha karte thaye, Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ye dua padha karte thaye:

"اذهب الباس رب الناس واشف انت الشافى لا شفاء الا شفاءك شفاء لا يغادر سقما"

Is hadees mein darj zail teen alfaaz warid huwe hai Tamaim, Ruqai, Tawwilah.

Al Tamaim "التمائم" ye lafz tamimah ki jama hai, isse muraad har wo cheez hai ji nazre bad se tahaffuz ke liye bachcho ke gale mein bandhe latkaye ya daali jaye. qurani tawizaat ko baaz ahle ilm ne jaiz aur baaz ne na'jaiz qarar diya, na'jaiz kehne walou mein se ek hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu bhi hai.

Ar Ruqaiya "الرقىٰ" ye ruqiya ki jamah hai, inhe Al Izaim "العزائم" bhi kahan jata hai, ruqiya dum aur jhaad phoonk ko kehte hai, agar che hadees mein dum ko shirk kahan gaya hai, lekin dalail se sabit hai ke jo dum shirkiya kalimaat par mushtamil na'ho, iski ijazat hai, aur ruqsat hai.

At Tawilah "التوله" ye ek aisa amal hai, jis ke zariye arbo ke khayaal mein khawind aur biwi ke mabayaan ulfat paida hoti hai.

aur hazrat Abdullah bin Makeem Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne farmya:

"Jis shaksh ne koi cheez latkayee tou isse iske hawale kardiya jata hai."

[Musnad Ahmed wa Sunan Tirmizi]

aur imam Ahmed ruwaifee "رويفع" Radhi Allahu Anhu se riwayath karte hai ke mujhe Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:

"Aye Ruwaifee ! shayad tum muddat tak tum zinda raho, lehaza lougo ko bata deyna ke jo shaksh dadhi ko girah lagaye, ya tant "تانت" gale mein daale, ya chaupaye ke gobar ya haddi se istanjah kare, tou Muhammad (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) is se bezaar aur lataluq hai."

[Rawahu Ahmed wa Abu Dawood]

Sayeed bin Jubair Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke:

"Jo shaksh kisi ke gale se taweez ko kaat dale tou isse ek gulaam aazaad karne ke barabar swaab milega."

[Rawahu Wakeeh]

aur Wakayee Rahimahullah Ibraheem Naqai Rahimahullah se riwayath karte hai ke:

"(Loug yane Ashab e Ibne Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu) qiraani aur gair quraani har qisam ke tawizaat ko na pasand gir dantte thaye."

Masail:

1. Ruqiya aur Tamimah ki tafseer.

2. Tiwalah ki tafseer.

3. Ruqiya Tamimah aur Tiwalah bila istisna teeno shirk hai.

4. Nazre bad aue Zehrile janwar ke kaatne ka gair shirkia dum mamnoo hai.

5. Quraani aayat ke tamimah (taweez) ke bareme ahle ilm ke mabyaan aqtilaaf hai ke ye shirk hai ya nahi ?

6. Nazre bad se tahaffuz ki khatir janwaro ke gale tant bandhna shirk hai.

7. Is mein tant bandhne walo ke shadeed wayeed warid huwi hai.

8. Is se kisi ke gale mein bandhe huwe taweez ko kaat phenkne ka sawaab aur fazilat maloom hoti hai.

9. Ibraheem Naqai Rahimahullah ki baat ahle ilm ke mazkoorah bila aqtilaaf manafi nahi, kuy ke inke kalaam se hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu ke shagird muraad hai.

Kitabut Tawheed

[Baab 5] aur [Masail 30]

"La'ilaha'illallah" ki gawahi ke liye lougo ko dawat deyna:

Irshaad-e-Rabbani hai:

"(Aye Muhammad Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam) Aap keh dey ke mera aur mere pairokaaro ka raasta tou ye hai ke hum sab samahj boojh kar Allah ki taraf bulate hai. Allah Ta'ala har aib se paak hai aur main shirk karne walou mein se nahi hu."

[Surah Yousuf 12/108]

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Anbas Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne hazrat Mu'aaz Radhi Allahu Anhu ko yaman rawana karte waqat farmaya:

"Tum ahle kitaab ki ek qaoum ke paas jaa rahe ho, tum inhe sab se pehle kalme "La'ilaha'illallah" ki gawahi ki dawat deyna, ek aur riwayath mein hai ke "tum inhe sab se pehle Allah Ta'ala ki wahdaniyath (tawheed) ki dawat deyna" bas aagar wo aap ki ye baat maan jaye tou inhe batana ke Allah Ta'ala ne in par din aur raat mein panch namaze farz ki hai. Bas aagar wo tumhari ye baat bhi maan jaye tou phir inhe batana ke Allah Ta'ala ne in par zakaat farz ki hai, jo inke ashaab sarwat  "اصحاب ثروت"  se ousool kare ke inke fuqarah wa gurba mein taqeem kardi jayegee. Bas aagar wo tumhari ye baat bhi maan jaye tou inke oumada aur qeemti maal leyne se ahtiyaat karna aur mazloom ki bad dua se bachna kuy ke iske aur Allah Ta'ala ke darmiyaan koi hijaab nahi."

[Aqraja Fee Saheeheen]

Hazrat Sahal bin Saad Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi ek aur hadees mein hai ke qaibar ke din Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne farmaya:

"Kal main ek aise shaks ko parcham duga jo Allah Ta'ala se aur Iske Rasool (Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam) se muhabbat rakhta hai aur Allah Ta'ala aur Iska Rasool (Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam) is se muhabbat rakhte hai, is ke hataou Allah Ta'ala fateh deyga.

Chunanche Sahaba Radhi Allahu Anhum qiyaas aaraiya karte rahe ke parcham kise diya jaa sakta hai ? Subha huwi tou Sahaba Akraam Radhi Allahu Anhum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ki khidmat mein pohouch gaye, aur ek ki yehi khawish aur umeed thi ke parcham is se hi milega.

Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne dariyaaf farmaya "Ali bin Aabi Talib Radhi Allahu Anhu kahan hai?" Bataya gaya inki annkh dukhti hai, Sahaba Akraam Radhi Allahu Anhum ne hazrat Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu bula bhijaya tou Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne in ki aankh mein luaab-e-mubarak dala aur dua farmayi. Chunanche hazrat Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu (mukammal taur par) yu tand'rust hogaye ke goya inhe kuch bhi takleef na thi. Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne parcham hazrat Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu ko thama diya aur farmaya:

"Aitmenaan se (aabhi) rawana ho jaou aur qaibar ke maidaan mein pouhach jaou, phir sab se pehle inhe Islam qubool karne ki dawat deyna aur Allah Ta'ala ke jo huqooq in par aa'id hote hai, inhe batana. Allah Ta'ala ki qasam ! Aagar Allah Ta'ala tumhari badaulat ek aadmi ko bhi hidayath dey dey tou tumhare liye ye (sa'aadad intehayee qeemti) surq ountaou se kahin behtar hai."

[Muttafaq Aaleh]

Masail:

1. Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ke mutabiyeen tarika kaar ye hai ke (wo kudh hidayath par aajane ke baad) dusraou ko bhi Allah Ta'ala ki taraf bulate hai.

2. Is baab mein aqlaas-e-niyath ki targeeb hai, kuy ke aksar lougo ka haal ye hai ke wo "dawat illal haq" outhay bhi tou (wo ismein muqlis nahi hote balke) wo lougo ko bil oumoom apni zaat ki taraf bulate hai.

3. Dawat ke kamo mein basirat se kaam leyna farz hai.

4. Husn-e-Tawheed ye hai ke Allah Ta'ala ko har aib se paak maana jaye.

5. Shirk ki ek kahrabi ye hai ke ye Allah Ta'ala ke liye gali aur Uski zaat mein aib aur naqs hai.

6. Is baab ka ek aaham tareen masala ye hai ke musalmaan ko ahle shirk se door kar deyna chahiye, taake kahin aisa na ho ke wo shirk na karne ke bawajood inka sathi ban jaaye.

7. Jumla wajibaat-e-deen mein se sab se pehle wajib masla Tawheed hai.

8. Bashumool namaz tamaam oumoor-e-deen se qabl Tawheed se tableeg ka aagaaz karna chahiye.

9. "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ke farmaan "ان يوحدوالله" Aur kalma "La'ilaha'illallah" shahadad wa gawahi ka mane wa mafhoom ek hai.

10. Kuch loug ahle kitaab hone ke bawajood kitaab (yane Tawheed) se kama haq baqabar nahi hote, ya janne ke bawajood is par aamal paira nahi hote.

11. Deen ki taleem tadreejan deyni chahiye.

12. Sab se pehle aahem tareen baad aaza badraij ahmiyath wale masail bayaan karna chahiye.

13. Is mein zakaat ke musraf ka bhi bayaan hai.

14. Muallim ko chahiye ke wo muta'allim ke shubhaat ko bhi door kare.

15. Zakaat mein oumda aur qeemti maal leyna mana hai.

16. Mazloom ki bad dua se bachna chahiye.

17. Mazloom ki aah aur bad dua aur Allah Ta'ala ke darmiyaan koi hijaab nahi.

18. Syed ul Mursaleen hazrat Muhammadur Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam aur hazraat awliya Sahaba Akraam Radhi Allahu Anhum ko jin mashaq'qataou, bhook aur takleeq ka samna karna padha, wo tamaam dalail-e-tawheed mein se hai.

19. Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ka irshaad hai ke "kal main ye parcham aise shaks ko duga...." Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam aalamat-e-nabuwat mein se hai.

20. Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ka hazrat Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu ke aankh mein lu'aab daalna (aur inka fauran sehat yaab ho jaana bhi) aalamat-e-nabuwat mein se hai.

21. Is waqai se hazrat Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu ki fazilat bhi aaya hoti hai.

22. Is waqai se Sahaba Akraam Radhi Allahu Anhum ki azmat aur fazilat bhi wazeh hai ke wo saari raat ye sochte rahe ke ye parcaham kis khush naseeb ko milne wala hai aur is khayaal mein wo fateh ki basharat bhi bhool gaye.

23. Is se "emaan bil qadr" bhi sabit hota hai ke parcham aise shakhs ko mil gaya jisne is ke liye koi koshis ya khawish nahi ki aur koshis karne wale is ke husool se mehroom rahe.

24. Hazrat Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu se Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ke farmaan "على رسلك"  (ke aitmenaan se rawana ho jaoau) mein aadab (jung) ki taleem hai.

25. Is se ye bhi pata chala ke jung se paishter dawate Islam deyni chahiye.

26. Lougo se awwaleen khitaab ho, ya qabl aaza dawat aur jung ho chuki ho, har do aukhaat mein qabl az jung dawat-e-islam mashroo hai.

27. Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ke mandarj zail irshaad ke "in par Allah Ta'ala ke huqooq hai wo inhe batana" se maloom huwa ke islam ki dawat hikmat wa daanayee ke sath paish karni chahiye.

28. Musalmaan ho kar islam mein (muqarrar karda) huqooq Allah se rawshanaas hona chahiye.

29. Maloom huwa ke jis shaks ke hatoau ek bhi shaks hidayath paa jaye, is ke liye bada sawaab aur badi azmat hai.

30. Is se fatawa par qasam outhane ka jawaaz bhi sabit hota hai.

[Baab 6] aur [Masail 6]

Tawheed Ki Tafseer Aur Kalma "La'ilaha'illallah" Ki Gawahi Ka Matlab:

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya:

"Ye loug (Allah Ta'ala ke ilawa) jin ko pukaarte hai, wo kudh apne Rab ka taqarrub hasil karne ka wasila (zariya) talash karte rehte hai ke kun iske qareeb tar ho aur wo uski Rehmat ke umeedwar aur uske Aazab qaifh rehte hai, beshak tere Rab ka aazaab darne ki cheez hai."

[Surah Al Israh 17/57]

Aur irshaad hai:

"Aur (is waqat ko yaad karo) jab Ibraheem Aalaihis'Salaam ne apne baap aur apni qaoum se (saaf saaf) keh diya thaye ke tum (Allah Ta'ala ke siwa) jinki bandagi karte ho (mera inse koi taluq nahi) main inse bezaar hu. Han (main sirf isse maanta hu) jisne mujhe paida kiya aur wahi meri rehnumayee karega aur yehi baat apni aulaad mein peechey chohod gaye, taake wo (Allah ki taraf) ruju kare."

[Surah Al Zuqruf 43/66,67]

Neez farmaya: "Inhune Allah Ta'ala ko chohod kar apne ulama aur buzrugo ko apna rab bana liya."

[Surah Tawba 9/31]

Aur farmaya:

"Aur kuch loug aise hai jo gairullah ko (iska) shareek aur humsar tehrate hai. (Aur) unse Allah ki si muhabbat karte hai aur emaan wale (sab se) badh kar Allah Ta'ala se muhabbat karte hai."

[Surah Al Baqrah 2/165]

Aur Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne ek dafa farmaya:

"Jis shaks ne kalma "La'ilaha'illallah" ka aqraar kar liya aur Allah Ta'ala ke siwa jinki ebadad ki jaati hai, inka inkaar kiya tou iska maal aur khoon mehfooz hogaya aur iska hisaab (yane baqi mamla) Allah Ta'ala ke supurd hai."

[Sahih Muslim]

Aainda abwaab is baat ki tashree hai...

Masail:

1. Is mein sab se aham masla tawheed aur kalma "La'ilaha'illallah" ki tafseer hai, jise mutaid aayaat wa aahadees se bayaan kar diya gaya hai.

2. Dalail-e-Tawheed mein sab se pehli aayat Surah Al Israh (bani israil) ki hai, jisme in mushrikeen ki tardeed hai jo masaib aur mushkilaat mein Allah Ta'ala ko chohod kar saleheen wa buzrugaan ko pukaarte hai, is Aayat mein saaf saaf bayaan hai ke Allah Ta'ala ko chohod kar dusraou ko pukaarna hi shirk-e-akbar hai..

3. In dalail-e-tawheed mein se ek daleel surah baraat (at tawba) ki aayat hai, jisme Allah Ta'ala ne wazeh andaaz mein farmaya hai ke ahle kitaab ne Allah Ta'ala ko chohod apne ulama aur buzrugo ko rab bana rakha tha, jab ke inhe sirf air sirf ek ilaha ki ebadad ka hukum diya gaya tha, halanke is aayat ki wazeh tafseer jis mein koi ahskaal ya ibhaam nahi, ye hai ke ahle kitaab apne ulama aur buzrogo ko (musibat aur mushkil) pukaarte nahi thaye, balki amal-e-masiyat mein inki aata karte thaye.

4. Ibraheem Aalaihis'Salaam ki is baat ka taskira hai, jo inhune kuffar se kahin thi "ke main tumhare mabodo se bezaar hu aur la taluq ho, han (mera taluq sirf is se hai jisne mijhe paida kiya hai) aur is tarha hazrat Ibraheem Aalaihis'Salaam ne kuffaar ke mabodaan-e-batil se Apne Rab ko Mustasna kiya.

Allah Ta'ala ne bayaan farmaya ke kuffar se is tarha baraat wa bezaari aur Allah Ta'ala ki mawalaat "موالات" wa muhabbat hi kalma "La'ilaha'illallah" ki tafseer hai, chunanche farmaya: "aur Ibraheem Aalaihis'Salaam yehi paighaam apne peechey apni qaoum mein chohod gaye, taake wo (uski ki taraf) ruju kare"

5. In dalail mein se ek daleel surah baqrah ki wo aayat hai jo Allah Ta'ala ne kafiro ke mutaliq bayaan farmayee hai ke wo jahannum ki aag se nikalne wale nahi hai, aur inke bareme farmaya ke wo apne shiriko se yu muhabbat karte hai, jaise Allah Ta'ala se honi chahiye, is se maloom hota hai ke kuffaar ko bhi Allah Ta'ala se badi muhabbat thi, magar inki ye muhabbat inhe musraf ba islam na kar saki.

Zara gaour kare..........ke jab Allah Ta'ala se aur gairullah se muhabbat karne walo ko musalmaan shumaar nahi kiya gaya tou Allah Ta'ala se badh kar shareeko se muhabbat karne walo, ya Allah Ta'ala ko chohod kar sirf gairullah se muhabbatnkarne walo ko kya haal hoga.

6. In dalail mein se ek daleel Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ka farmaan-e-zeshaan bhi hai jis shaks ne kalma "La'ilaha'illallah" ka aqraar aur mabodan-e-batil ka inkaar kiya iska maal aur khoon (jaan) mehfooz ho gaya aur iska hisaab (yane baqi mamla) Allah Ta'ala ke supurd hai.

Ye irshaad-e-mubarak badi dalail mein se ek hai jo kalma "La'ilaha'illallah" ke mani wa mafhoom ko (sahih taur par) wazeh karte hai ke is kalme ko mehaz zubaan se aada kar leyne se maal wa jaan ko aaman wa tahafuz nahi mil jaata , yane is kalme ko mehaz padh leyne se, ya iske mane aur alfaaz ko jaan leyne, ya iske mehaz aqraar se aman nahi mil jaati aur na Allah Wahid Lashareeka Lahu ko mehaz pukaarne se aman wa tahafuz hasil hota hai, balke is ke sath sath jab tak mabodan-e-batil ka kufr wa inkaar na kiya jaye, aman nahi mil sakti.

Yaad rahe ke.............. Agar kisi ne in baataou mein se kisi mein bhi zara shak ya tauquf kiya tou iski jaan aur maal ko tahafuz wa amaan hasil nahi ho sakega... Ye masla kis qadar aham aur azeem hai aur kis qadar wazeh hai... Aur muqalifeen ke qilaf kitni badi qatai daleel hai...

[Baab 3] aur [22 Masail]

Haqiqi Muwahid bila hisaab Jannat mein jayega:

Irshaad-e-Ilahi hai:

"Beshak hazrat Ibraheem Aalahis'salaam (lougo ke liye) paishwa, Allah Ta'ala ke farmabardaar aur ek soon thaye, wo mushrikeen mein se nahi thaye."

[Surah Nahal 16/120]

"Aur (ahle emaan wo hai) jo apne Rab ke sath (kisi ko) shareek nahi tehratey."

[Surah Mominoon 23/59]

Haseen bin Abdur Rahman Rahmatullah Aaleh kehte hai ke main (ek dafa) Sayeed bin Jubair Rahmatullah Aaleh ke paas hazir tha ke inhu ne kahan: "Guzista raat tootne wala sitaara tum mein se kisne dekha"? Tou maine kahan: "Maine, phir sath hi ye bhi keh diya ke main is waqat namaz mein mashgool nahi tha, balke mujhe kisi cheez ne das liya tha"

Sayeed bin Jubair ne pochaa: "tou phir tumne kya kiya"? Maine kahan: "maine dum kiya tha" inhu ne phir mujse pouchaa: "tumne aisa kuy kiya"? Tou main jawaab mein kahan: "ke humme Shaibi Rahmatullah Aaleh ne ek hadees bayaan ki hai, is bina par humne dum kiya tha"

Sayeed bin Jubair ne phir suwaal kardiya: "Shaibi ne tumhe kya bayaan kiya tha"? Maine jawaab diya: "ke inhu ne humme Buraida bin Haseeb Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi ek hadees bayaan ke ke (لا رقية الا من عين أو حمة) "nazar-e-bad aur kisi zehrile cheez ke kaatne ke siwa kisi aur surat mein dum nahi"

Ye sun kar Sayeed bin Jubair ne kahan: "jisne jo suna, phir is par aamal kiya, is ne behat hi achchaa kiya, albatta humme Ibne Abbas Radhi Allahu Anhu ne Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ki ye hadees sunayee:

"Mere saamne behat si ummatte pais ki gayee, maine dekha ke kisi Nabi ke sath tou behat badi jamaat hai aur kisi ke sath ek do aadmi hai, aur maine ek Nabi aisa bhi dekha jis ke sath koi ek bhi (ummati) nahi tha, is aasana mein mere samne ek behat badi jamaat namudaar hui, maine samjha ke ye meri ummat hai, lekin mujse kahan gaya ke ye Musa Aalahis'salaam aur inki ummat hai.

Phir maine ek beaht badi jamaat dekhi mujhe bata gaya ke ye Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ki ummat hai, aur inme sattar hazaar afraad aise hai jo bagair hisaab aur bagair aazaab ke jannat mein daqil hogen.

Itni baat farmane ke baad Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam outthey aur ghar tashreef ley gaye, Sahaba Akraam Radhi Allahu Anhum in (khush naseeb sattar hazaar) afraad ke bareme qiyaas aaraiya karne lagen, baaz ne kahan "shayad ye wo loug hai jo Rasoolallah  Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ki sohbat se faiz'yaab huwe hai" aur baaz ne kahan "shayad ye wo loug hai jo (ehad) Islam mein paida huwe ho aur inhu ne Allah Ta'ala ke sath kisi ko shareek nahi tehraya" is ke ilawa inhu ne kich aur baate bhi zikr ki, itne mein Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam tashreef ley aayen, tou Sahaba Akraam Radhi Allahu Anhum ne Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ko apni aaraiya se aagah kiya tou Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne farmaya:

"Ye wo loug hai jo na dum karwate hai, na (ilaaj ki garz se) apne jism daagte hai, na bad faali leyte hai aur wo sirf apne Rab par hi tawakkul karte hai. "ye sun kar Aksah bin Mohsin Radhi Allahu Anhu khade huwe aur arz ki (aye Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ye dua farmaiye ke Allah Ta'ala mujhe in mein se karde" Aap ne farmaya: "tu inme se hai"

Is ke baad ek dusre shaks khade huwe aur arz ki "aye Allah ke Rasool mere liye bhi dua farmaiye ke Allah Ta'ala mujhe bhi inme se karde" Aap ne farmaya: is (dua) mein Aksah Radhi Allahu Anhu tum par sabaqat ley gaye."

[is riwayat ko bukhari muslim ye alfaaz muslim ke hai albatta bukhari ke alfaaz muktasar bhi hai aur mufassal bhi] [tirmizi aur nasai ne riwayat kiya]

Masail:

1. Ye ke Tawheed ke bareme lougo ke darjaat wa maratib muqtalif hai.

2. "tehqeeq-e-tawheed" ke matlab ki wazahat.

3. Allah Ta'ala is baat par hazrat Ibraheem Aalahis'salaam ki madad wa sataish farmayee hai ke "wo mushriko mein se nahi tha aur unka daman shirk ki aaludgee se paak tha"

4. Allah Ta'ala ne is baat par hazraat Auwliya Akraam ki bhi madhaa farmayee hai ke shrik se bezaar thaye.

5. "Dum" aur jism daagne tariqa-e-ilaaj ko tark karna Tawheed ka aala darja hai.

6. In ausaaf ka ahtiaat karna hi dar haqiqat tawakkul hai.

7. Is se Sahaba Akraam Radhi Allahu Anhum ke ilm ki gehrayee ka bhi pata chalta hai, ke ye buland paaye maratib mansab inhe mehaz aamal ki badaulat hasil huwe hai.

8. Is se ye bhi pata chalta hai ke Sahaba Akraam Radhi Allahu Anhum khair aur neki ke kaamo par kis qadar harees thaye.

9. Is se Ummat-e-Muhammadiya ki fazilat bhi wazeh hoti hai ke ye ummat buland darjaat aur kasrat-e-tadaad ke lehaz se tamaam ummatou se bar'tar aur afzal hai.

10. Is se hazrat Musa Aalauhis'salaam (aur in ki) ummat ki fazilat bhi wazeh hoti hai.

11. Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ke saamne tamaam ummate pais ki gayee.

12. Har ummat ko apne apne Nabi ke sath aalaida aalaida outhaya jaayega.

13. Dawat-e-Ambiya ko bil'oumoom thode lougo ne qubool kiya.

14. Jis Nabi ki dawat par ek shaks bhi emaan laaya wo aakela hi aayega.

15. Is ilm ka faida ye hai ke kasrat-e-tadaad par mufrad aur qillat-e-tadaad par pareshaan nahi hona chahiye.

16. Nazr-e-bad aur zehrile janwaar ke kaatne ka dum karna jaiz hai.

17. Sayeed bin Jubair ke qaoul (jisne apni shaneed ke mitabiq aamal kiya, isne achchaa kiya) Salaf-e-Saleheen ke ilmi gehrayee ka pata chalta hai, neez ye bhi maloom huwa ke pehli hadees dusri hadees ke qilaaf nahi.

18. Salaf-e-Saleheen ek dusre ki behad tareef wa sataish se parhaaz kiya karte thaye.

19. Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ka hazrat Aksah se ye farmaana (انت منهم) "ke tu unme se hai" Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ke Nabi hone ke dalail aur nishaniyo mein se ek daleel aur nishani hai.

20. Is hadees se hazrat Aksha Radhi Allahu Anhu ki fazilat bhi maloom huwi.

21. Is se ye bhi maloom huwa ke (bawaqat-e-zarooart tashreeh ke bajaye) ishaara kinaaya mein guftagu karna jaiz hai.

22. (Hazrat Aksha Radhi Allahu Anhu ke baad dua ki darkash karne wale shaks ko husn-e-andaaz mein baitha deyne se ye baat sabit hoti hai ke) Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam aala wa husn-e-aqlaaq ke malik thaye.

[Baab 4] aur [Masail 11]

Shirk se Darne ke bayaan:

Irshaad-e-Rabbani hai:

"Beshak Allah Ta'ala is (gunha) ko nahi bakshega ke (kisi ko) Iska shareek banaya jaaye aur iske siwa aur jis gunha ko chahe maaf karde."

[Surah An'Nisa 4/48]

Aur hazrat Ibraheem Khaleel Allah Aalaihis'salaam ne dua ki:

"Aur (aye mere Rab) mujhe aur meri aulaad ko but'taou ki ebadad se bachana."

[Surah Ibraheem 14/35]

Aur hadees shareef mein hai:

"Mujhe tumhare bareme sab se ziyada dar "Shirk-e-Asgar" ka hai. Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam se poucha gaya "Shirk-e-Asgar" kya hai ? Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne farmaya Riyakaari."

[Musnad Ahmed 5/428, 429]

Aur hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke Rasoolallah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne farmaya:

"Jis shaksh ko is haal mein maout aaye ke wo Allah Ta'ala ke sath kisi dusre (shareek) ko pukaarta ho tou wo jahannum rushd hoga."

[Sahih Bukhari]

Hazrat Jabir Radhi Allahu Anhu riwayath karte hai ke Rasoolallah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne farmaya:

"Jo koi is haal mein Allah Ta'ala se mulaqaat kare ke wo iske sath kisi ko shareek na karta ho tou wo jannat mein jaayega. Aur jo is haal mein Allah Ta'ala se mile ke wo iske sath kisi ko shareek tehrata ho tou wo jahannum rushad hoga."

[Sahih Muslim]

Masail:

1. Shirk se darna chahiye.

2. "Riyakaari" bhi shirk ki ek qisam hai.

3. "Riyakaari" "Shirk-e-Asgar" hai.

4. Nek lougo par baqi gunhaou ki nisbat "Riyakaari" ka ziyda katra hai.

5. Jannat aur Jahnnum (insaan ke) khareeb hai.

6. Ek hi hadees mein jannat aur jahannum ke khareeb hone ko aakhtta zikar kiya gaya.

7. Marte waqat shirk na karne wala shaksh jannat mein jaayega aur jise shirk karte huwe maout aayi wo jahannum rushd hoga, aagar che wo behat bada aabid wa zahid kuy na ho.

8. Hazrat Ibraheem Khaleel Aalaihis'salaam ka Allah Ta'ala se apne aur apni aulaad ke liye but'taou ki ebadad se mehfooz rehne ki dua karna, ek behat bada masla hai.

9. Hazrat Ibraheem Aalaihis'salaam ne

رب انهن اضللن كثيرا من الناس

(yani aye mere Rab ! In but'taou ne behat se lougo ko gumrah kardiya hai)

[Surah Ibraheem 14/36]

Keh kar aksariyat ki halat se ibrat hasil ki hai (ke aye mere Rab ! Mujhe aur meri aulaad ko but parasti se bachana).

10. Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ke bayaan ke mutabiq in aayaat wa aahadees mein kalma "La'ilaha'illallah" ki tafseer hai.

11. Is baab mein shirk se mehfooz rehne walou ki fazilat mein sabit hoti hai.

Iftar Hone Se Pahle Hi Roza Khol dyne wale ki saza

Imam Hakim Rehmatullah Taala Ne Rivayiat Bayan Ki Hai Ke Nabi Sallahu Alahi Wasallam Ne Ramadan Mubarak Mein Baghair Kisi Uzr Ke Roza Tark Kerne Walon Ko Dekhne K Barey Mein Farmaya,

" Mai Ne Kuch Logon Ko Dekha Ke Wo Konchon (Ulte Latke Hwey ) Ke Bal Latke Hwey They Aur Inki Baanchein (Jabdey) Latki Hui Thi Aur Inmein Se Khoon Bah Raha Tha ,To Maine Kaha Ye Kon Log Hain ? Wo Kehne Lage Ye Wo Log Hain Jo Roza Iftar Hone Se Pahle Hi Roza Khol Dete They".

KITABUT TAWHEED

[Baab 1] aur [24 Masail]

Ebadad ki buniyaad Tawheed:

Irshaad-e-Rabbani hai:

"Aur maine jinno aur insano ko sirf is liye paida kiya hai ke wo Meri bandagi kare."

[Surah Az'Zariyaat 51/56]

Phir farmaya ke:

"Aur humne har Ummat mein Rasool bheja ke sirf Allah ki bandagi karo aur tagoot (ki bandagi) se bacho."

[Surah An'Nahal 16/36]

Neez Irshad-e-Bari Ta'ala hai:

"Aur tere Rab ne faisla kardiya hai ke tum sirf (Allah) ki bamdagi karo aur walidan ke sath huan-e-sulook karo."

[Surah Al Israh 17/23]

Aur jaisa ke Allah ne farmaya:

"Aur tum sab Allah ki bandagi karo aur uske sath kisi ko shareek na tehraou."

[Surah An'Nisa 4/36]

Ek aur jagha par Allah Rabbul Izzat ne yu farmaya:

"(Aye Muhammad Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam) keh dijiye ke aaou Main tumhe wo cheez padh kar sunaou, jo tumhare Rab ne tum par haraam ki hai (wo ye) ke tum uske sath kisi ko shareek na tehraou."

[Surah Al Anaam 6/151]

Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu farmate hai ke jo shaks Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ki sar ba'muhar wasiyath mulhaiza karna chahata hai tou wo Allah Ta'ala ka ye farmaan padh ley:

"(Aye Muhammad Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam) keh dijiye ke aaou ke Main tumhe wo cheez padh kar sunaou jo tumhare Rab ne tum par haraam ki hai: "Ye ke tum uske sath kisi ko shareek na tehraou • aur (maa baap se bad suluki na karna balke) apne walidain ke sath huan-e-sulook karo • apni aulaad ko muflisi ke dar se qatal na karo (kuy ke) hum tumhe bhi rizzaq deyte hai aur inhe bhi • aur tum behayayee ke kamo ke, zahir ho ya poshida, khareeb na jana • aur jis ka qatal Allah ne haraam tehraya, isse qatal na karo, magar haq (aur jaiz tarike) ke sath, is (Allah) ne tumhe in baatou ki hidayath ki hai, taake tum aaqal se kaam lou."

"Aur tum yateem ke maal ke khareeb bhi na jaou, magar aise tarike se jo intehayee behtareen aur pasandida ho, yahan tak ke wo jawani ko pouhach jaaye • aur insaaf ke sath naap tool pura pura karo (be'insafi na karo), aur hum kisi jaan ko iski wasa'at se badh kar mukallaf nahi banate • aur jab baat karo tou insaaf ki kaho, qawah wo (tumhare) riatedaar hi hi (jukaou se kaam na lou) • aur Allah ke aihad ko pura karo (bad aihdi na karo) is (Allah) ne tumhe in baatou ki hidayath ki hai shayad ke tum nasihat qubool karo."

"Aur beshak yehi mera seedha raasta hai, tum is par chalou aur dusre raastou par na chalna, ke wo (raaste) tumhe Allah ki rah se door kardegen is (Allah) ne tumhe is baat ki hidayath ki hai, taake tum parhesgaar bano."

[Surah Al Anaam 6/151-153]

Aur Hazrat Mu'aaz bin Jabal Radhi Allahu Anhu ka bayaan hai ke ek dafa main Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ke peechey ghade par sawaar tha ke Aap ne mujse farmaya:

"Aye Mu'aaz ! Kya tum jaante ho ke Allah Ta'ala ka bando par aur pando ka Allah Ta'ala par kya haq hai ? (Mu'aaz Radhi Allahu Anhu kehte hai) maine kahan: "Allah Ta'ala aur Iske Rasool Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam hi behtar jaante hai" Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Allah Ta'ala ka bando par ye haq hai ke wo sirf Uski ebadad kare aur Uske sath kisi ko shareek na tehraye aur Bando ka Allah Ta'ala par haq ye hai ke jo banda shirk ka murtakib na ho Wo usse Aazab na dey."

(Mu'aaz Radhi Allahu Anhu kehte hai) maine kahan: Ya Rasoolallah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ! (Ijazat ho tou) lougo ko ye khush khabri suna dou ?

Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Nahi aisa na ho ke wo is par bharosa kar ke bait jaaye (aur Aamal karna chohod dey."

[Aqrajahu Fee Saheheen]

Masail:

1. Jin wa Ins ki taqleeq mein Allah Ta'ala ki kar farma hai.

2. Ebadad se aasal muraad Tawheed hai, kuy ke jumla Ambiya aur inki ummatou ke darmiyaan yehi baat tanaza thi.

3. Jo shaks Tawheed par kar band nahi, isne Allah Ta'ala ki Ebadad hi nahi ki aur surah "Al Kafiroon" ki aayat

وَلَآ أَنتُمْ عَٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعْبُدُ

(aur jin ki tum parastis karte ho main inki parastis karne wala nahi ho) ka mafhoom bhi yehi hai.

4. Isse ba'ast Ambiya ki hikmat ka bhi pata chalta hai.

5. Allah Ta'ala ki taraf se har ummat ki taraf (inki hidayath ke liye) Rasool bheje gaye.

6. Tamaam Ambiya ka deen (yani inki dawat ka mahwar aur markazi nukta) ek hi tha (aur wo Tawheed hai).

7. Ek bada masla ye bhi maloom huwa ke tagoot ke sath kufr aur iska imkaar kiye bagair Allah Ta'ala ki ebadad mumkin nahi. Aur is mane mein Allah ka ye farmaan hai:

فَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِٱلطَّٰغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدِ ٱسْتَمْسَكَ بِٱلْعُرْوَةِ ٱلْوُثْقَىٰ لَا ٱنفِصَامَ لَهَا ۗ

"so jo shaks tagoot ka inkaar aur Allah Ta'ala par emaan laaye, dar haqiqat is aisi mazboot rassi ko thaam liya jo tootne wali nahi hai"

[Surah Baqrah 2/256]

8. "Tagoot" har is cheez ko kehte hai jis ki Allah Ta'ala ke siwa ebadad ki jaaye.

9. Is se ye bhi maloom huwa ke salaf-e-saleheen ke nazdeek surah An'aam ki mazkoorah bala teen mohkam aayaat ki kis qadar ahmiyath hai aur azmat hai. In mein (Allah Ta'ala ki taraf se bando ko) 10 ahkaam aur hidayaat di gayi hai, jin mein se "Awwaleen Hidayath" shirk se mumaniyat hai

10. Surah bani israeel (al israh) ki mohkam aayat mein 18 masail bayaan huwe hai, jis ka aagaaz Allah Ta'ala ne man darj zail farmaan se kiya:

لَّا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَقْعُدَ مَذْمُومًۭا مَّخْذُولًۭا

"Allah Ta'ala ke sath koi aur mabood na banana warna zaleel aur beyaar-o-madadgaar ho kar baithe rahogen."

[Surah Israh 17/22]

(Yane in masail mein sab se awwaleen haisiyat Tawheed ko di gayee hai, jaisa ke (man darj zail alfaaz ke sath aqtetaam (bhi Tawheed par hi) kiya hai:

وَلَا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتُلْقَىٰ فِى جَهَنَّمَ مَلُومًۭا مَّدْحُورًا

"Aur Allah Ta'ala ke sath koi dusra mabood na bana leyna ke (aisa karne se) malamat zada aur (Allah ke daebaar se) randah bana kar Jahunnum mein daal diye jaougen."

[Surah Israh 17/39]

Allah Ta'ala ne humme in masail ki ahmiyath par tanbi karte huwe irshaad farmaya:

ذَٰلِكَ مِمَّآ أَوْحَىٰٓ إِلَيْكَ رَبُّكَ مِنَ ٱلْحِكْمَةِ ۗ

"Ye in daanayi ki baatou mein se hai jo Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ke Rab ne Aap ki taraf wahi ki hai."

[Surah Israh 17/39]

11. Surah An'nisa ki wo aayat jo huqooq-e-asrah ki aayat kehlati hai, ka aagaaz bhi Allah ne Apne (Tawheed bhare) in alfaaz se kiya hai:

 وَٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُشْرِكُوا۟ بِهِۦ شَيْـًۭٔا ۖ

"Aur Allah Ta'ala ki bandagi karo aur Uske sath kisi ko shareek na tehraou."

[Surah An'Nisa 4/36]

12. Is mein Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ki is wasiyat ke taraf bhi tawajju dilayi gayee hai jo Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne wafat ke waqat farmayi thi.

13. Hummare (yane bando ke) zimme Allah Ta'ala ka kya haq hai ?

14. Aur bande jab Allah Ta'ala ka haq aada kare tou inka Allah Ta'ala par kya haq hai ?

15. (Hadees mazkoor mein bayaan suda) masle ka aksar Sahaba Radhi Allahu Anhum ko ilm na tha.

16. Kis masilhat ke peshe nazar ilm ko chupana jaiz hai.

17. Kisi musalmaan ko aisi qabar deyna mustahab hai jis se wo khush ho.

18. Allah Ta'ala ki Rahmat ki wasa'at par bharosa kar ke (aamal tark karne se) darana chahiye.

19. Aagar masool ko kisi baat ka ilm na ho tou is ke mutaliq "Allahu Wa Rusuluhu Aalam" (yane Allah aur Iske Rasool Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam behtar jaante hai) kahen.

20. Kisi ko ilm seekhana kisi ko mehroom rakhna jaiz hai.

21. Is hadees se Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ki tawaza aur inkesaari ka bhi pata chalta hai ke Aap Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam Jaleel-ul-Qadr hone ke bawajood ghade par sawaar huwe aur apne peechey ek dusre shaks ko bhi sawaar kiya.

22. Sawari par apne peechey kisi dusre ko bitha leyna jaiz hai.

23. Is hadees se Mu'aaz bin Jabal Radhi Allahu Anhu ki fazeelat bhi wazeh hai.

24. Is hadees se mas'aala Tawheed ki azmat ka bhi pata chala.

[Baab 2] aur [20 Masail]

Tawheed ki fazilat aur Tawheed ka tamaam gunhaou ko mita deyna:

Irshaad-e-Ranbbani hai:

"Aur jo loug emaan laaye aur apne emaan ko zulm (shirk) se aaluda nahi kiya, inke liye aaman hai aur wahi raah-e-raast par hai."

[Surah An'aam 6/82]

Aur hazrat Ubada bin Samat Radhi Allahu Anhu se riwayath hai ke Rasoolallah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne irshaad farmaya:

"Allah Ta'ala ke siwa koi mabood nahi wo aakela hai aur uska koi shareek nahi, aur hazrat Muhammad Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam iske Bande aur Rasool hai, aur hazrat Eesa Aalaihis'salaam bhi Allah Ta'ala ke bande iske Rasool Iska kalma jo is (Allah) ne hazrat Maryam Aalaihas'salaam ki taraf daala tha aur iski taraf se (behji huwi) rooh thaye, aur (jo shaks is baat ki bhi gawahi dey ke) jannat aur jahannum bar haq hai, tou aise shaks ko Allah Ta'ala (bahar haal)jannat mein daqil karega, qawa iske aamal kaise hi ho."

[Sahih Bukhari wa Sahih Muslim]

Aur saheheen mein hazrat Outbaan Radhi Allahu Anhu se riwayath hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne irshaad farmaya:

"Allah Ta'ala aise shaks ko jo mehaz raza-e-ilahi ke liye "La'ilaha'illallah" ka aqraar kare, dozaq par haraam kardeyta hai."

Hazrat Abu Khudri Radhi Allahu Anhu se riwayath hai ke Rasoolallah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ne irshaad farmaya:

"Musa Aalaihis'salaam ne Allah Ta'ala se arz ki, aye mere Rab ! Mujhe koi aisa zikr bataiye jis se main Tujhe yaad karu aur iske zariye se Tujhe pukaarta rahu. Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "aye Musa ! "La'ilaha'illallah" padha karo. Hazrat Musa Aalaihis'salaam ne kahan: aye mere Rab ! Ye kalma tou tere sab bande padte hai. Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: aye Musa aagar saatou aasmaan aur inki maqlooq bajuz mere aur saatou zameen tarazu ke ek palde mein ho aur "La'ilaha'illallah" dusre palde mein ho tou "La'ilaha'illallah" in sab se wazan hoga."

[Rawahu Ibne Habban wal Hakim wa Saheeh] (Isse ibne habban aur hakim ne riwayat kiya hai aur hakim ne isse saheeh qarar diya)

Aur sunan tirmizi hasan sand ke sath hazrat Aanas Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke maine Rasoolallah Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam ke ye farmate huwe suna ke Allah Ta'ala irshaad farmata hai:

"Aye ibne Aadam ! Aagar tu mere paas zameen bhar kar gunha laaye, phir is haal mein tu mujse mulaqaat kare ke tu mere sarh kisi ko shareek na tehrata ho tou main is qadar teri maghfirat wa bakshis lekar aaoau."

Masail:

1. Allah Ta'ala ka fazal behat wasee hai.

2. Allah Ta'ala ke yahan Tawheed ka behat ziyada sawaab hai.

3. Sawaab ke sath sath aaqida-e-tawheed gunhaou ka kaffara bhi hai.

4. Is tafseel se Surah An'aam ki aayat (82) ki tafseer wazeh ho jaati hai. (ke is aayat mein zulm se muraad shirk hai)

5. Hazrat Ubada Radhi Allahu Anhu ki hadees jo panch oumoor mazkoor hai is par gaour wa tadad'bur karna chahiye.

6. Hadees Ubada aur hadees Outbaan Radhi Allahu Anhu dono ko jama kare tou in se "La'ilaha'illallah" ka mane mazeed wazeh ho jaata hai aur jo loug is dhoke mein mubtila hai (ke mehaz zubaan se kalma-e-tawheed ka aqraar nijaat ke liye kafi hai) inki galti bhi wazeh hoti hai.

7. Hazrat Outbaan Radhi Allahu Anhu ki hadees mein mazkoor shart bhi qabil-e-tawajju hai.

8. Ambiya Akraam bhi is kalme ki fazilat janne ke mohtaaj thaye.

9. Ye aamr bhi qabil-e-gaour hai ke kalma "La'ilaha'illallah" tamaam aasmano aur zameeno se wazani aur bhari hone ke bawajood behat se kalma goh lougo ke tarazu halke hogen.

10. Is mein sarahat bhu hai ke aasmano ki tarha zameene bhi saat hai.

11. Aasmano aur zameeno mein maqlooq aabaad hai.

12, Allah Ta'ala ke bhi awsaaf (sifaat) hai jab ke aasha'aara ka ka aaaida iske baraks hai (ke wo Allah Ta'ala ki baaz sifaat ka inkaar karte hai)

13. Jab aap hazrat Aans Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hadees ko achchyee tarha se samhj leygen tou aap ko maloom hoga ke hazrat Outbaan Radhi Allahu Anhu se marwi hadees ke in alfaaz

فان الله حرم على النار من قال لا اله الا الله بيتغى بذلك وجه الله

"Ke jo shaks mehaz raza-e-ilahi ke khatir "La'ilaha'illallah" ka aqraar kar ley tou Allah Ta'ala is se dozaq par haraam kardeyta hai."

se shirk ko chohod deyna muraad hai, mehaz zabaan se kalma padh leyna nijaat ke liye kafi nahi.

14. Ye baat bhi qabil-e-gaour hai ke is hadees mein hazrat Muhammad Sallallahu Aalahi Wasallam aur hazrat Eesa Aalaihis'salaam dono ko Allah Ta'ala ke bande aur Rasool kahan gaya.

15. Ye baat bhi qabil-e-pehchaan hai ke (har cheez Allah Ta'ala ke hukum se paida hone ki wajhe se iska Kalma hai) tahim yahan qususi taur par Eesa Aalahis'salaam ko "Allah Ta'ala ka kalma" kahan gaya.

16. (Aagar che rooh, Allah Ta'ala ki maqlooq hai, taham) hazrat Eesa Aalahis'salaam ke mutaliq qususi taur par maloom huwa ke inhe Allah Ta'ala ki rooh qaraar diya gaya.

17. Jannat aur Jahannum par emaan laaney ki (ahmiyath aur) fazilat bhi maloom hoti hai.

18. Is tafseel se hazrat Ubada Radhi Allahu Anhu ki hadees mein

ما كان من العمل

Ka mana bhi matyeen ho jaata hai ke (insaan ke jannat mein jaane ke liye is ka "Sahib-e-Tawheed" hona shart hai.

19. Qayamat ke roz aamaal tolne ke liye jo mezaan qayam ki jaayegi, is ke bhi do palde hai.

20. Is hadees mein Allah Ta'ala ke liye "Al Wajh" ka lafz istemaal huwa hai jis ke mane "chehra" hai

(Yane ye emaan laana zaroori hai ke Allah Ta'ala ka chehra hai albatta ليس كمثله شىء ki rawa se hum is ki kaifiyat samahjne se qasir hai.)

Hadees ki zaroorat kuy?

Shaikh ne apna bayaan is mauzoo se shuru kiya, ke Muhammad Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki hum ko zaroorat kya hai Aap (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ki Tabyeen ki zaroorat kuy hai.

Jawaab: Kuy ke Qur'an mein Ijmalan sab kuch hai lekin Tafseelan nahi hai, tafseel ke liye Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki Hadees ki taraf ruju karna pdhega...

Misaal: Wuzu, Namaz wagaira ka hukum Qur'an mein hai lekin in ki tafseel Hadees mein hai...

Allah Ta'ala ne farmya: "Rasool jo kuch dey leylo jis se roke ruk jaou." (Surah Hasahar Aayat 7)

Ye Aayat Fai ke maal ke bareme nazil huwi hai lekin Ulama ne is ko Aam kahan hai aur Sahaba bhi is ko Aam samahjte the...

Ibne Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ke hukum ko Qur'an ka hukum kahan aur ye hi Aayat (Surah Hasahar Aayat 7) ki tilawat ki. (Sahih Bukhari, Kitabul Tafseer, Hadees 4886)

Allah Ta'ala ne kahan "Rasool jo kuch dey leylo" Qur'an dey leylo, Qur'an ki Tafseel dey leylo, Hadees dey leylo, Hukum dey leylo, Fai ka maal dey leylo... aur aagen farmaya "Jis se roke ruk jaou" koi kaam se roke ruk jaou, kahin jaane se roke ruk jaou, Fai ka maal leyne se roke ruk jaou...

Allah Ta'ala ne Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ko Qur'an samjhane ka hukum diya:

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Ye zikr (Qur'an) humne Aap (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ki tarah outara hai ke lougo ki janib jo nazil farmaya gaya hai Aap is se khol khol kar bayaan kardey." (Surah Nahal Aayat 44)

Is Aayat (Surah Nahal Aayat 44) mein Allah Ta'ala ne Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ko hukum diya "Litubaiyina Lilnaas" ke Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam lougo ko Qur'an Bayaan karde Bayaan Bana se aaya hai Bana ka matlab hai alag ho hojana, Haq aur Batil ko alag alag karna Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ke zimme hai, agar ye Tabyeen nikaal di jaye tou lougo ko pata hi nahi chalega ke kya Nazil huwa hai...

Allah Ta'ala ne Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ko Qur'an samjhane ke liye tai kiya, lehaza Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki Aahadees hujjat hai, kuy ki Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ko Allah Ta'ala ne Qur'an samjhane par tai kiya...

Muhammad Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki zindagi ko Allah Ta'ala ne lougo ke liye "Ouswatun Hasanah" banaya hai:

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Yaqinan tumhare liye Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) mein oumda namuna (maujood) hai." (Surah Al Ahzaab Aayat 21)

Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki zindagi Aahadees mein maujood hai, Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ka baithna outhna, chalna phirna, khana peena, aqlaal kirdaar Aap ki puree zindagi Uswatun Hasanah hai, ye sab kuch Aahadees mein hi milega...

Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki zindagi se Allah Ta'ala inta Razi hai ke jo Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki itteba karegan Allah Ta'ala usse bhi Razi ho jayega.....

Allah Ta'ala ko Razi karne ke liye Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki Itteba zaroori hai:

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "(Aye Nabi) Keh dijiye ! Ke agar tum Allah Ta'ala se muhabbat rakhte ho tou meri Itteba karo, kudh Allah Ta'ala tum se muhabbat karega aur tumhare gunha maaf kardega, aur Allah Ta'ala bada bakshis wala meharbaan hai." (Surah Al Imran Aayat 31)

Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki ghar mein Allah ki Aayate aur Hikmat ki baate (yane Hadees) padhi jaati hai uske zikr karne ka hukum Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki biwiyo ko Allah Ta'ala ne diya:

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: "Aur tumhare gharo mein Allah ki jo Aayate aur Rasool ki jo Aahadees padhi jaati hai unka zikr karti raho, yaqinan Allah Ta'ala lutf karne wala khabardaar hai." (Surah Ahzaab Aayat 34)

Is Aayat mein Hikmat se muraad Sunnat wa Hadees hai... (Tafseer Ibne Kaseer Surah Ahzaab Aayat 34)

Surah Hasahar Aayat 7 ki tafseer:

Allah Ta'ala ne farmya: "Rasool jo kuch dey leylo jis se roke ruk jaou." (Surah Hasahar Aayat 7)

Ye Aayat Fai ke maal ke bareme nazil huwi hai lekin Ulama ne is ko Aam kahan hai aur Sahaba bhi is ko Aam samahjte the...

Allah Ta'ala ne kahan "Rasool jo kuch dey leylo" Qur'an dey leylo, Qur'an ki Tafseel dey leylo, Hadees dey leylo, Hukum dey leylo, Fai ka maal dey leylo... aur aagen farmaya "Jis se roke ruk jaou" koi kaam se roke ruk jaou, kahin jaane se roke ruk jaou, Fai ka maal leyne se roke ruk jaou...

Umme Yaqoob ka waqiya:

Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu ne bayaan kiya Allah Ta'ala ne godwane waliyo godne waliyo par lanat behji hai chehere ke baal oukhadne waliyo aur huusn ke liye aage ke danttou mein kushadgee karne waliyo par lant dehji hai ye Allah ki paida huwi surat mein tabdeeli karti hai_ Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu ka ye kalaam qabila bani asad ki ek aurat ko maloom huwa jo Umme Yaqoob ke naam se maroof thi wo aayee aur kahan ke mujhe maloom huwa ke aap ne is tarha ki aurataou par lanat behji hai? Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu ne kahan ke aaqir kuy na main inhe lanat karou jinhe Rasool Allah Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne lanat ki hai aur jo Kitaab Allah ke hukum ke mutabiq maloon hai_ Is aurat ne kahan ke Qur'an-e-Majeed tou maine bhi padhi hai lekin aap jo kuch kehte hai maine tou is mein kahin ye baat nahi dekhi_ inhu ne (Abdullah bin Masood ne) kahan ke aagar tumne bagaour padha hota tou tumhe zaroor miljata kya tumne ye aayat nahi padhi "Aur tumhe jo kuch Rasool dey leylo, aur jis se roke ruk jaou." (Surah Hasahar Aayat 7) is ne kahan ke padhi hai Abdullah bin Masood Radhi Allahu Anhu ne kahan ke phir Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ne in chizo se roka hai... ... ..."

Lughat mein Hadees ka matlab aur Hadees ki Istelah:

Lughat mein Hadees Baat, Khabar ko kehte hai, is ki jama Aahadees hai (Aasan Lughat Al Qur'an Page 164) aur Qur'an mein Hadees lafz Allah ki Kitaab (Qur'an) ke liye, Nabi ki Baat ke liye, Waqiye ke liye, Mustaqbil ki khbar ke liye, Aamal ke liye, Insani gab'shap ke liye aur Jhooti Baat ke liye bhi hadees lafz Istemaal huwa hai... (Inshaa'Allah aagen is ke Dalail dekhegen hum)

Istelah:

Sab se pehle Istelah ka matlab samahj lijiye:

"Kisi khaas fan mein kisi lafz ka ek khaas matlab hota hai us khaas matlab ko us fan ki istelah kehte hai"

Jaise ek lafz ka lughat mein ek matlab hota hai aur Shariyath mein uska ek Khaas matlab hota hai, us Khaas matlab ko us lafz ki Istelah kehte hai.

Lughat mein Hadees baat ko kehte hai  sachchi baat, jhooti baat, koi bhi baat ho kisi ki bhi baat ho, usko Hadees kehte hai lekin Istelah mein Hadees ka ek Khaas matlab hai...

Hadees ki Istelah:

Aam taur se Fuqaha aur Ahle Usool Hadees ki Tareef mein teen chize batatey hai:

"Jo Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam se Naqal ho kar hum tak aayen chahe wo (Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ka Qaoul ho ya Fail ho ya Taqreer ho."

Is ko Hadees kehte hai, ye Hadees ki buniyadi tareef hai, Ulama Akraam ne is mein izafa bhi kiya hai, aagen wo bhi Tareef aayegee.

Ye buniyadi tareef hai Hadess ki (jo oupar guzri hai), baaz Ulama Akraam ne is mein izafa kiya hai jo tafseeli hai:

"Jo Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam se Naqal ho kar hum tak aayen chahe wo  (Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ka Qaoul ho ya Fail ho ya Taqreer ho ya (Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ki Jismani Sifat ho ya (Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ki Aqlaqi Sifat ho ya Seerat ho, baaz Ulama ne kahan (ya jisme Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki cheezo ka zikr ho) Hum kahengen ke jo cheeze Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam se judi ho wo Hadees hai...

Hadees ki Istelah (ye tafseeli hai) :

"Jo Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam se Naqal ho kar hum tak aayen chahe wo (Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ka Qaoul ho, ya Fail  ho, ya Taqreer ho, ya Jismani Sifat ho, ya Aqlaaqi Sifat ho, ya Seerat ho, ya Aap (Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam) ki koi cheez ho."

Qaoul: Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ki baat Aap ka hukum ya Aap ka kisi cheez ko mana karna..

Fail: Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ka koi Aamal jaise Aap Namaz aise padhte thaye wagaira..

Taqreer: Nabi Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ke samne koi Aamal kiya jaye aur Nabi us ka Rad na kare usko Taqreer kehte hai..

Jismani Sifat: Aap aise dekhte thaye Aap ke Hath aise thaye wagaira wagaira..

Aqlaqi Sifat: Aap behat Sadqa karte thaye Aap Mehmaan Nawazi karte thaye Aap Bhooko ko Khana khilate thaye wagaira wagaira..

Seerat: Aap ke zamane ka koi waqiya Nabuuwat se pehle ka ya Nabuwat ke baad ka..

Nabi ki koi Cheez: Aap Sallallahu Aalaihi Wasallam ka Takiya aisa tha Aap ki Ountni thi wagaira wagaira..
