*فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ وَخَيْرُ الْهُدَى هُدَى مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ*
Ghar k sarbarah *( head )* aur iske Ahle khana ke taraf se ek he Qurbani karna kafe hai. Chahe Ahle khana ke tadad kithne he kun Na ho.
*Daleel :-
Ataa bin yasaar r.a se marwe hai wo kahte hai k Maine Abu Ayub Ansari r.a se pucha k Rasool ﷺ k zamane m Qurbani kaise hoti the. Isne kaha Ghar ka sarbarah apne Ahle khana ki taraf se ek baqri zubah karta tha. Phir isme se khud bhe khate aur dusro ko bhe khelate. Yaha tak k logo ne ise fakhr ka zarya bana liya. Aur halat yaha tak bighdhe Jo ab aap k samne hai.

Ek baqri ek shkhs ke taraf se Qurbani k liye kafe hai. Lekin ek se zeyda ( ghar k sarbarah Head's ) ke taraf se Qurbani ek baqri kafe nahe hoge. *Agr ghar k sarbarah ki taraf se Qurbani kar de jaye to wo sab Ahle khana ki taraf se ho jayege.* Aur is taraha inke taraf se Qurbani sunnat e qefaya k tor par hoge.

Sheikh se sawal kiya gaya k kya Islam ne Qurbani karne ki tadad muqrar ki hai. Agr ki h to tadad kithne hai ❓
*Sheikh ibne baaz r.a ka jawab :-*
Islam m Qurbani karne ki koi tadad ke hadbandi muqrar nahe ki hai. Nabi ﷺ 2 Qurbani kiya karte the *ek apne aur Ahle khana ki taraf se* Aur dusri Ummat e Mohammadiya m SE mohadeen ki taraf se. Agr koi 1 ya 2 ya is se bhe zeyda Qurbani kare to isme koi harj nahe. Abu Aoub Ansari r.a kahte hai k ham nabi ﷺ k dor m ek baqri zubah kiya karte the. Aur is se khood bhe khate aur logo ko bhe khelate aur iske baad logo ne ise fakhr ka zarya bana liya.
*Khulasa ye hai k :- Agr koi shkhs apne ghar m apne taraf se Aur apne Ahle khana ki taraf se ek he baqri zubah kar le to iska sunnat par Amal ho jayega. Aur agr koi 2, 3, 4, ya Gaye, oont ki Qurbani kare to isme bhe koi harj nahe.*

*Afzal aur bhter yahe hai k Apne aur Ahle khana ki taraf se Ek he Qurbani kare. Kun k Nabi ﷺ ka Amal yahe tha.*
*Sheikh Ibne Asmain Kahte Hai :-*
*Beela Shak wa shuba sunnat par rahna he bhter hai.* Agr ham ye kahe k ghar ka sarbarah ek he Qurbani kare to iska matlab hargeez ye nahe k isne zeyda Qurbani ki to gunah hoga ! Sarbarah ka ek se zeyda Qurbani karne par gunah nahe hoga. *Lekin Masnoon Amal par Amal karna dher sare Amal karne se Afzal h. Kun k Allah tala ka farman hai:*
*لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلاً*
*" Ta k wo tumhe Aazmaye k kon tum m se Acha Amal karne wala Hai."*

*Aur yahe waja hai jab nabi ﷺ apne 2 sahaba ko kisi mission par bheja to inhe taste m paani Na Mila. To inhone taymam kar k namaz Adaa karle. Phir kuch der baad paani Mila to ek ne wazu kar k namaz dohra le ( repeat ki ). Jabke dusre ne namaz nahe dohraye ( repeat nahe ki ). Jab dono apna mamla nabi ﷺ k samne rakha to nabi ﷺ ne namaz Na dhorane wale k bare m faramya tune sunnat k mutabeeq Amal kiya. Aur jisne namaz dohraye us k mutalliq kaha tujhe 2 martba namaz padhne ka sawab milega. Ab in m SE Afzal kon hai ❓wahe Afzal h jisne sunnat ki mutabeeq Amal kiya. Agrche dusre ko 2 Ajr milega. 2 baar ajr Milne ki waja ye hai k isne 2 baar Amal kiya. Isliye to 2 baar Amal karne ka Ajr mila. ( phir bhe ) sunnat k mutabeeq Amal karne wale k darje tak Na ponch saka.*
