*Shirk Sabse Bada Zulm hai.*
BISMILLAH IR-RAHMAN IR-RAHIM
“(Aye Nabi) aap kah dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bola rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko se me nahi”.
*(Surah 12 Yousuf : Ayat 108)*
“Un me se Aksar log(Majority) Allah par Imaan rakhne ke bawajood bhi MUSHRIK hi hai”.
*(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 106)*
*Shirk Sabse Bada Zulm hai :*
“Jo log Imaan laye aur Unhone Apne Imaan me Zulm Ki Milawat Nahi ki to Aise Logo Ke liye Aman Hai aur Yahi Log Hidayat Paane Wale Hai”.
*(Surah 6 An’am: Ayat 82)*
Luqman (Rh) ne apne Bete se nasihat karte huye kaha …
“Aye mere Pyare Bete Allah ke sath Sharik na karna beshak SHIRK bada bhari ZULM hai”.
*(Surah 31 Luqman: Ayat 13)*
Is Ayat se pata chalata hai:
Is duniya me sabse bada zulm “Shirk” hai yaani is duniya me Mushrik sabse bada zalim hai jo Allah ke sath zulm kar raha hai.
*Shirk ko Zulm kyun kaha gaya?*
Rasoolullah SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam ne Kaha ke :
“Allah Ka Haq Bando Par Ye Hai Ke Sirf Usi ki ibaadat Kare, Kisi Ko Uska Shareek Na Kare aur bando Ka Haq Allah Par Ye Hai Ke Jo Koyi Shirk Na Kare Usay Azaab Na De”.
*(Sahih Bukhari: 2856, Sahih Muslim : 30)*
Is Hadees se pata chalta hai ke, “ibadaat” sirf Allah ke liye khaas hai aur sirf usika haq hai.
Agar koi insan Allah ko chhodkar ya Allah ki ibaadat karte huye sath me kisi aur ki bhi ibaadat karta hai to aisa Insan Allah ke haq me haq talfi kar raha hai, ye haq talfi yaani uske sath Zulm karna hai.
Ek misaal lekar “zulm” ko samjne ki koshish karenge.
Samjo ke kisi “Unchi Job” (High Post) ke liye aap haqdaar the lekin Manager ne wo job apse niche wale kisi aur candidate ko dedi, iska matlab ye huwa ke apke sath us Manager ne zulm kiya.
Yahi mamla Allah ke Ibaadat ke sath hai.
Isliye “Ahle Shirk” Allah ke sath Zulm kar raha hai aur “Ahle Tawheed”Allah ke sath Insaaf kar rahe hai.
Sabse bada gumrah Insan Shirk karne wala hota hai.
“(Aye Nabi) aap kah dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bula rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko me se nahi”.
(Surah 12 Yousuf : Ayat 108)

Mushrik Sabse bada GUMRAAH Insan:
Irshad-e-Baari ta’a’la jo saare insano ke dilo ke haal ko jan ne wala:
“Aur us se badh kar gumraah aur kaun hoga? jo Allah ke siwa aiso ko pukaarta hai jo qayaamat tak uski dua qubool na kar sake balke unke pukaarne se mehez be-khabar ho”.
(Surah 46 Ahqaf : Ayat 05)
Kisi Insan ko “Garib Nawaz” kahena kaisa hai ?
“(Aye Nabi) aap kahe dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bola rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko se me nahi”.
(Surah 12 Yousuf : Ayat 108)
ٱتَّبِعُوا۟ مَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوْلِيَآءَ ۗ قَلِيلًۭا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ
“Tum log us ki itteba karo jo tumhaare Rab ki taraf se aayi hai aur Allah ta’ala ko chhod kar man-ghadat Awliya ki itteba mat karo, tum log bahuth hee kam nasihath pakadte ho”.
(Surah 07 Araaf : 3)
Allah hi Banda, Garib, Mushkil-kusa hai:
Allah ka naam “Al Nawaz” to nahi hai lekin apne bando ko “Nawaazna” (Kamiyabi dena) uski ek khaas “sifat” hai.
Dekhiye, Allah ke Awliya ka Iman wa Taqwa apne jagah hai, unki parhezgaari unko hi fayda pahuchayengi, unko iska badla Akhirat me Allah ke paas milega lekin unko “Allah ke sifaato” me sharik karna ye un Awliya ki bhi taalim nahi ho sakti.
Isiliye Allah ne irshad farmaya:
مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَسْمَآءًۭ سَمَّيْتُمُوهَآ أَنتُمْ وَءَابَآؤُكُم مَّآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَٰنٍ ۚ إِنِ ٱلْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ ۚ أَمَرَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلْقَيِّمُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
“Wo sab naam hee naam hai jo tum ne aur tumhare baap dadaao ne khud hi ghad (bana) liye hai, Allah ta’ala ne un ki koi daleel nazil nahi farmayi”.(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 40)
Isliye jin logo ne Allah ke Awliya ko “Garib Nawaz” (Garibo ko Nawazne wala), “Shah Nawaz” (Amiro ko Nawazne wala) aur “Banda Nawaz” (Bando ko Nawazne wala) ka laqab (label) de rakha hai haqiqat me aise log Allah ke “Tawheed-e-Asma wa Sifaat” me SHIRK kar rahe hai aur ye SHIRK-E-ABKAR hai aur aisa karne walo ka thikana hamesha ke liye Jahannam me rahega.
Waise bhi saare insan sirf Allah ke “bande” hai, kisi Wali ke bande nahi hai. Isliye, Gulbarga wale Wali “Syed wal Shareef Kamaluddin bin Muhammad bin Yousuf Al Hussaini Gaisu Daraz” ko “Banda Nawaz” (Bando ko Nawazne wala) kahena ye Allah ke “Tawheed-e-Rububiyat” aur “Tawheed-e-Asma wa Sifaat” me SHIRK hai aur ye SHIRK-E-ABKAR kahlayega.
Aur jo log Abdul Qadar Jilani (Rh) ko “Dastgir” (musibat me thamne wala) kahte hai aisa kahena bhi Allah ke “Tawheed-e-Asma wa Sifaat” me SHIRK hai kyunke Musibat me apne bando ki madad karne wala sirf Allah hi hai.
Jaisa ke Allah khud farmata hai :
مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَسْمَآءًۭ سَمَّيْتُمُوهَآ أَنتُمْ وَءَابَآؤُكُم مَّآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَٰنٍ ۚ إِنِ ٱلْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ ۚ أَمَرَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلْقَيِّمُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
“Us ke (yaani Allah ke) siwa tum jin ki ibaadat (pooja-paat) kar rahe ho, wo sab naam hee naam hai jo tum ne aur tumhare baap dadaao ne khud hi ghad (bana) liye hai, Allah ta’ala ne un ki koi daleel nazil nahi farmayi, farma-rawaayi sirf Allah ta’ala hi ki hai, uska farmaan hai ke tum sab siwa uske kisi aur ki ibadaat (pooja) na karo, yahi deen (Islam) durust hai lekin aksar log nahi jante”.(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 40)
“Khabardaar! Allah hee ke liye khaaalis ibaadat karna hai aur jin logo ne us ke siwa Awliya bana rakhe hai (aur we kehte hai) ke hum unki (Awliya) ibaadat sirf isi liye karte hai ke ye (buzrug) Allah ke muqrab (Kharib) bana de, ye log jis baare mein ikhtelaaf kar rahe hai, us ka (saccha) faisla Allah khud karega, jhute aur na shukre (logo) ko Allah raah nahi dikhaata.”(Surah 39 Zumar: 03)
Allah ham sabko sahih samaj ataa kare aur Nabi ke Sunnato par chalne wala bana de.
Taawiz-ganda pahen’na Shirk hai.
“(Aye Nabi) aap kahe dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bola rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko se me nahi”.(Surah 12 Yousuf : Ayat 108)
“Un me se Aksar log Allah par Imaan rakhne ke bawajood bhi MUSHRIK hi hai”.(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 106)
Momino ke liye Allah Kaafi hai:
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ حَسْبُكَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“Aye Nabi!, Tujhe Allah kaafi hai aur un momino ko jo teri pairwi kar rahe hai”.(Surah 08 Anfaal : Ayat 64)
Kisi bhi tarah ka TAAWIZ pahen’na SHIRK hai:
“Uqba (R) farmate hai ke Rasoolullah ke paas 10 admiyao ka giroh bayat karne ke liye aya, Allah ke Rasool ne 9 admiyo se bayt karne ke liye apna hath aage badhaya lekin aakhri 10 we admi se bayt karne ke liye apna hath nahi badhaya, to logo ne puchha aap ne 9 logo se bayt li aur 1 ko kyun chhod diya ? Rasoolullah ne kaha dekhte nahi ho iske galle me TAAWIZ hai, jab us admi ko malum huwa to usme apne qamis (shirt) me hath daal kal TAAWIZ nikal fek diya, jab us ne TAAWIZ kaatkar fek dene ke baad Rasoolullah ne apna hath badhaya bayt ke liye. Uske baad Rasoolullah ne 1 Usool bataya : “Jis admi ne TAAWIZ latkaayi usne SHIRK kiya”.(Musanad-e-Imam Ahmad)
“Uqba ibn Ameer ne riwayat kiya hai ke Rasoolullah ne kaha : agar koi tawiz pahene to Allah uski khawish puri karne me uski madad na kare. Agar koi gale me (samandar ki) sip pahenta hai Allah usko Aman na de”.(Musanad-e-Imam Ahmad and Al-Hakim)
“Imran bin Hasan ne riwayat kiya ke Rasoolullah ne ek admi ko dekha jo apne hath me Copper ka bracelete (Tambe ka Kangan) pahena huwa tha. Rasoolullah ne kaha : tujh par musibat aa jaaye, yah kya hai? Us admi ne jawab diya : Mere kandhe aur hath dard hone ki wajah se mai kamzori mahesus kar raha hu (Al Wahinah). Rasoolullah ne us se mana kiya kyun ke ye ek taawiz ki shakl hai. Rasoolullah ne kaha : Yeh apko kuchh nahi dega siway dard ke. Fek de ise”. Aagr tu ise pahne huye mar jata,to tu kabhi najaat hasil nahi kar pata”.

Log TAAWIZ kyun pahente hai
Beshak Allah ne Quran me Shifa rakhi hai. Ham Quran ke makhsus (khaas) surato ko padh kar unse dam kara sakte hai, ye dam karne ka tariqa Sunnat-e-Rasool se sabit bhi hai, lekin Quran ki ayato ka taawiz bana kar pahenna hamare Nabi ki Sunnat nahi hai.
Log ka kahena ye hai ke Qurani Ayato ki taawiz banakar pahen ne me kya harz hai kyunke Allah ne Quran ke andar Shifa rakhi hai. Ye baat to sahih hai, waise Nabi s aur Sahaba (Rz) ko bhi malum tha ke Quran ke andar Allah ne Shifa rakhi hai lekin unone Qurani ayato ka Taawiz banakar nahi pahena.
Dusari taraf Allah ne ye bhi kaha hai ke “Shahad” (honey) ke andar bhi usne Shifa rakhi hai to kya aap Shahad ki bottle ko bhi apne gale me baandhkar ghumoge
Jaise ke Allah ne Quran aur shahad ke bareme ye farmaya:
وَلَوْ جَعَلْنَٰهُ قُرْءَانًا أَعْجَمِيًّۭا لَّقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا فُصِّلَتْ ءَايَٰتُهُۥٓ ۖ ءَا۬عْجَمِىٌّۭ وَعَرَبِىٌّۭ ۗ قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ هُدًۭى وَشِفَآءٌۭ ۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ فِىٓ ءَاذَانِهِمْ وَقْرٌۭ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَمًى ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يُنَادَوْنَ مِن مَّكَانٍۭ بَعِيدٍۢ
“(Aye Rasool) aap kahe dijiye! ke ye (Quran) to imaan waalo ke liye hidaayat wa shifa hai.(Surah 41 Fusilat : Ayat 44)
“Aap ke Rab ne shahad ki makkhi (honey bee) ke dil mei ye baat daal di ke pahaado me darakhto (dedo) aur logo ki banaayi huyi oonchi oonchi tattiyo mei apne ghar (chatte) bana aur har tarah ke mewe kha aur apne Rab ki aasaan raaho me chalti phirti rah, un ke pet se rang bi rang ka mashroob nikalta hai jis ke rang mukhtalif hai aur jis me (shahad me) logo ke liye shifa hai, ghaur wa fikr karne walo ke liye is me bhi bahut badi nishaani hai”.
(Surah 16 Nahl : Ayat 68-69)
Taawiz pahen’na SHIRK kyun hai
Sabse badi baat ye hai ke Allah ke Rasool ne bata diya ke Taawiz pahenna Shirk hai, is baat ke pichhe hikmat ye dikhti hai ke :
Insan Taawiz, dhage-dore, gande kyun pahenta hai? iske pichhe pahen’ne wale ka aqeeda ye hota hai ke jab tak taawiz ya dhaaga mere jism par rahega mujhe koi nuqsan nahi pahuncha sakta goya ke Insan Allah ke bajay Taawiz par ehtemaad aur bharosa karne lag jata hai, isliye ye amal SHIRK ke andar daakhil ho jata hai kyunke nafa-nuksaan ka maalik sirf Allah hi hai,
Jaise ke Allah ka irshad hai:
“Keh dijiye hame koi musibat pahunch nahi sakti magar jo Allah ne hamaari qismat me likh rakhi hai, wo hamara kaarsaaz aur Maula hai, Mumino ko to Allah ki zaat par hee bharosa karna chaahiye”.
(Surah 09 Tawbah : Ayat 51)
Khulasa :
Awwal to Rasoolullah SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam Taawiz pahen ne shirk karar diya hai jisne dhage-dore, palite, kangan sab aajate hai.
Dusari baat, jis tarah Shahad (honey) ki bottle ko gale me baandh kar latkaane se shifa nahi milegi, usko khana padega, usi tarah Quran ki makhsus surato ko padhkar usse dam karakar ham Shifa hasil kar sakte hai.
Momino ke liye Allah Kaafi hai:
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ حَسْبُكَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“Aye Nabi!, Tujhe Allah kaafi hai aur un momino ko jo teri pairwi kar rahe hai”.
(Surah 08 Anfaal : Ayat 64)
MUSHRIK se SHADI na ki jaaye.
“(Aye Nabi) aap kah dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bula rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko se me nahi”.
(Surah 12 Yousuf : Ayat 108)
Mushrik ko apna JIWAN SAATHI na banaya jaaye :
“(Mardo se khitab kiya jaraha hai) Aur shirk karne waali aurto se ta waqt ye ke wo Imaan na laaye tum Nikaah na karo, Imaan waali Laundi (yaani Imanwali bandi) bhi shirk karne waali AZAAD AURAT se bahut behtar hai chahe tumhe mushrika hi acchi lagti ho aur (yaha Aurato ke sar-parsto se khitab kiya jaraha hai ke) na shirk karne waale mardo ke Nikaah me apni aurto (jaisa ke beti, bahen) ko do jab tak wo Imaan na laaye, Imaan waala GHULAAM azaad mushrik se behtar hai chahe mushrik tumhe accha lage, ye log (yaani Mushrik) Jahannam ki taraf bulaate hai aur Allah Jannat ki taraf aur apni baqshish ki taraf apne hukm se bulaata hai, wo apni Aayate logo ke liye bayaan farma raha hai taake wo nasihat haasil kare”.
(Surah 02 BAqrah : Ayat 221)
Is Ayat se pata chalta hai ke:
Imanwala Mard kisi Mushrika aurat se Shadi na kare jab tak ke wo Iman na laye.
Imanwali Aurat apne marzi se shadi nahi kar sakti isliye Allah ne is ayat me Aurat ke sar-parsto (guardians) se khitaab kiya hai.
Ab Iman wali aurat ke sar-parasto (guardians) ko chahiye ke apni beti,bahen, bhanji, nawasi wagaira ka rishta kisi Mushrik se na karaye.
Aaj kal dekha jaata hai ke Shadi ke waqt sirf ladke ki Degree, Job, Khandan wagaira dekha jaata hai, uske Iman, Aqeede aur Manhaj ko saaf taur par nazar-andaaz kiya jata hai.
Agar koi sar-parast apne matehat (under) Aurato ki shadi kisi Gumrah Mard se karwa deta hai to kal ke roz wo aurat Akhirat me uska daman pakad sakti hai kyunke agar uska shohar Mushrik hoga to us se shirkiya kaam karwayega, biddati hoga to biddatein karwayega, agar Muqallid hoga to us se taqleed karwayega wagaira wagaira.
Mushrik kise kaha jayega
Is ayat me to Allah ne mushrik se SHADI karne se mana kar diya gaya.
Ab sawal ye paida hota hai ke, mushrik kise kahenge ?
Kya Mushrik sirf kaafiro me hi paaye jaate hai ya fir Musalmano me bhi paaye jaate hai.
Yaad rakhiye Makka ke mushriko ko Janab Muhammad (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ke nabuwat se pahle Musalman hi samja jata tha lekin Allah ne unke shirkiya amaal ke buniyaad par unko “Mushrik” ka laqab diya tha halanke unke naam Abudullah, Abu Lahab, Abu Jahl the.
Isliye naam ke dhoke mat rakhiye ke jiska naam Musalmano jaisa hai wo pakka Imanwala hi hai.
Mushrik us Insan ko kaha jayega :
“Jo Allah ki “Rububiyat, Ibaadat aur Asma wa Sifaat” me ya fir is me se kisi 1 me kisi Gairullah (yani Nabi,Rasool, Awliya, Peer, Murshid, Sadhu-Sant) ko sharik karta hai.”
Us insan ka naam Abdullah, Umar, Aslam, Yadav ya Rakesh kuchh bhi hosakta hai. Aisa insan apne khandan me bhi hoskta hai ya dusaro ke ghar me bhi
Mushrik kise kaha jayega
Quran aur Hadees me Mushrik ka lafz baar baar istemaal kiya gaya. To sawal ye paaida hota hai ke aakhir MUSHRIK kise kahenge ?
Kya Mushrik sirf kaafiro me hi paaye jaate hai ya fir Musalmano me bhi paaye jaate hai.

Aye Allah hame Shirk aur iski barikiyo ka ilm ataa kar taake is azeem gunah se ham khud ko aur hamare aal aulaad ko is bacha sake.
Aaj Musalamano me is bareme laparwaahi dikhayi deti hai.
Kya ham kisi par Kaafir-Mushrik hone ka fatwa laga sakte hai
Kisi par Kaafir-Mushrik hone ka fatwa laga sakte hai
Aaj kaldekha jaraha hai ke Allah ki madad se jo navjawan Quran wa Sunnatc ki raah par chal rahe hai, aise navjawan jo log Kitab wa sunnat par nahi hai unpar kaafir, mushrik, biddati hone ke fatwe lagate huye dikhte hai.
Dekhiye, Fatwe dena sirf aur sirf ek Aalim ka kaam hai, aam awaam (public) ka kaam nahi hai. Ye aisa hi hai jaisa ke kaha jata hai ke “qanoon apne hath lena”.
Allah Mushrik ko kyun nahi BAKHSHEGA
Hadees ki sabse motbar kitab “Sahih Bukhari” me ek aisi Hadees hai jisme “Tawheed” ka “Ta” aur Shirk ka “Shin” bhi nahi paya jata hai lekin is Hadees ko Imam Bukhari ne apni kitab Sahih Bukhari me is Hadees ko “Tawheed” ke baab (chapter) me likha hai. Aaye dekhte hai Imam Bukhari is Hadees ko lekar kya sabit karna chahte hai.
Pahle wo Hadees ko dekh lete hai, Hadees is tarah hai:
Mughira(Rahamahullah) ne riwayat kiya ke:
“Saad bin Ubada Radhiyallahu ne kaha ke : Agar mai kisi admi ko apne biwi ke sath tanhaai me dekhlu to apni talwar se us admi ke sar ko uda dunga (kyunke Maaf karne ka sawal hi paida nahi hoga, zaani sirf talwar ka mustahiq hai). Ye khabar Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) tak pahunch gayi, is baat ko sunkar Nabi s ne kaha ke kya aap logo ko Saad ki gairat par hairat nahi ho rahi hai ? Allah ki qasam, Mai Saad se bhi zyada gairat-mand hu aur Allah mujh se bhi zyada gairat-mand hai. Apni gairat ke wajah se hi Allah ne saari behayaeeo ko aur gunah ko haram karar diya hai…..”.(Sahih Al-Bukhari, Kitabut Tawheed 97, Hadith No. 44)
Yaha gairat-mand se murad “Behaya’ee ko na-bardasht aur na pasand karne wala hai”.
Is Hadees ko Imam Bukhari apni kitab Sahih Bukhari ke Kitabut- Tawheed (Yani Tawheed wale chapter) me laakar ye sabit karna chah rahe hai ke:
Jis tarah ek admi apni biwi ke sath dusre gair-mard ki partnership (shirkat) ko bardasht nahi kar pata, gusse se beqaabu hokar us gair-mard ko jaan se maar dene ki baat karta hai to bhala Allah kaise bardasht karega ke uske rahte huye uska banda kisi aur ki ibaadat kare, isi wahaj se Allah Mushrik ko kabhi nahi baqshega jo hamesha hamesha ke Jahannam me jalta rahega.
Shirk Allah ke Gusse ka sabab hai kyunke wo apni TAWHEED me kisi tarah ki partnership (shirk) ko bardasht nahi kar pata hai.
Imam Bukhari ne, indirectly, is HADEES ko lakar shirk ko Zinaa se compare kiya hai, yaani Allah ke sath shirk karne wala ek tarah ka zaani shakhs hai kyunke wo apna Rab hote huye dusre ki ibaadat kar raha hai aur is zameen par sab se bada gunah SHIRK hi hai baaki kabira gunaho ka number iske baad ata hai.
Apna shohar hote kisi gair-mard se tallukat kayam karna us Aurat ki BEWAFAI hai.
Usi tarah Allah ke hote huye kisi gairullah ki ibadaat karna ye Allah ke sath BEWAFAI hai.
Alhamdulillah, Imam Bukhari ke zahaanat aur unki fiqhiyat ka pata bhi chalta hai ke wo Hadees se masle masail ka hal nikalne me kitne mahir the.
DARGAH ki SHARAI HAISIYAT
Sabse paheli baat jo samajni hai wo ye hai ke lafz “Dargaah” Islami Shariyat ka lafz nahi hai. Ye lafz Farsi se Urdu me aya hai jaise Khuda, Paigambar, Darood, Namaz, Roza saare Farsi alfaaz hai. Lekin hamari saari shariyat Arabi zuban me hai. Isiliye Arabi me Namaz ko “Salaat” kaha hai lekin “Dargah” ke liye Arabi me “Qabr” ke alawa koi dusra lafz nahi hai kyunke aaye ek Hadees dekhte hai :
Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ke Alaaz padhiye :
لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى اتَّخَذُوا ، قُبُورَ أَنْبِيَائِهِمْ مَسَاجِدَ(Sahih Bukhari, Hadees No – 5815)
Turjuma:
Ayesha Radhi (Radhi..) se riyawat hai ke Rasoolullah s ne farmaya ke:
“Yahood (Jews) wa Nasaaraa (Christian) par Allah ki laanat (gazab) ho kyunke Unone Apne Ambiya ki “Qabro” ko Ibadaat-gaah bana liya tha”.
“आएशा और हज़रत अब्दुल्लाह रदी अल्लाहू अन्हुमा से रिवायत है की रसूल अल्लाह सललल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया यहूद और नसारा पर अल्लाह की लानत हो क्यूंकी उन्होने अपने नबीयों की “क़ब्रों” को ईबादत की जगह बना लिया था, आप सललल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम इस बुरे अमल से ( मुसलमानो को) डरा रहे थे”.

Is Hadees me Qabr ke liye ” قُبُورَ ” ka lafz istemaal kiya gaya hai. Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ne Ambiya ko dafan kiye “Mubarak Jagah (place)” ko sirf “Qabr” kaha hai, to bhala jo log Ambiya se nichhle darje ke hote aise logo ke dafan kiye jagah ko “Qabr” ke bajay “Dargaah” ya “Mazaar” ka lafz kaise ham istemaal kar sakte hai. Marne ke baad Insan ke jism ko jaha dafan kiya jata hai us “jagah” ko Shariyat ne “Qabr” kaha hai. Isiliye Ambiya ke Sardar Pyare Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ki Qabr kitni “simple” hai, na waha phool chadhaye jaate na hi chadaar.
Is Hadees aur ek lafz aya hai “مَسَاجِدَ”. Lafz “Masajid”, ye “Masjid” ki jama (plural form) hai. Yahood wa Nasara Ambiya ki Qabro ko “Masjid” ka darja de rakha tha yani Masjid me jis tarah Allah ki ibaadat ki jaati hai jaisa ke Ruku, Sajde kiye jaate usi tarah Yahood wa Nasara ne Ambiya ki “Qabro” ko Masjid yani “ibaadat-gaah” bana liya tha.
Arabi me aur ek lafz hai jo (مزار) “Mazaar” kahelata hai lekin lafz “Mazaar” aur “Dargaah” me SHIRK ki boo aati hai isliye shayad Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) apni Hadees me Ambiya ki “Qabro” ke liye “Mazaar” ka lafz istemaal nahi kiya. “Mazaar” aur “Dargaah” gairullah ki ibadaadat-gaah ke liye istemaal kiya jata hai.
Aaj ke Musalman Yahood wa Nasaara ke naksh kadam par chalte huye apne apne Awliya ke Qabro ko Masjid ka darja de rakha hai, Qabro par jakar Ruku, Sajde kar rahe hai aur dua, mannat bhi mang raha hai.
Lihaaja ajke Musalman, Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ki bayan ki gayi Hadees ke mutabik :
Awliya ke Qabro (Dargaah) ko Masjid ka Darja de rakha hai.
Dargah par jana, waha Phool-chaadar chadhanaa, unse dua aur mannat mangna ye sab Allah ki Tawheed me SHIRK hai hi lekin hame aaj ye dekhana hai ke Dargaah banana Islami Shariyat ke Nazar me kaisa hai ?

Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne :
Qabro ko pukhta (mazboot) karne aur
un par tameer (construction) karne aur
un par baithne se
mana kiya hai.(Sunan Nasaii, Vol 1, 2032-Sahih, Jamia Tirmidhi, Vol 1, 1040-Sahih)
Is Hadees ke ain mutabik…
Dargah Unchi banai jaati hai.
Dargah pukhti (mazboot) banayi jaati hai.
Dargah par taameer (construction) kiya jaata hai.

Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ke Hadeeso ke roshni me :
Qabro par Dargaah Taamir karna ye Yahood Wa Nasaaraa ka kaam hai yahi kaam aaj Islam ke naam par musalman kar rahe hai.
To bhala aise musalman kaha se Imanwale kahelayenge ?
Dargaah par jakar SAJDAH, RUKU, MANNAT, NIYAAZ, karna aur Dua mangna ye saare kaam ibaadat me aate hai, isliye aisa kaam karnewale musalman Dargah me dafn Awliya ki ibdaat kar rahe hai.
Ye shirk-e-Abkar hai. Jiski Tauba ke bagair Allah ke paas maafi nahi hai aur maut ke baad hamesha ke liye Jahannam hai.
Qabro par Dargaah Banana yani Qabro MASJID ka darja dene ke barabar hai.
Qabro par Dargaah taamir karna ye Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ke hukm ki nafarmani hai
aur
Islam Shariyat ke khilaaf hai.
Daargaah par jaakar Awliya se Dua, Mannat mangna ye sab amal Awliya ki ibaadat karne ke barabar hai aur isi wajah se Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ne aise logo par Allah ki laanat bheji hai.
DARGAH par SAJDA, RUKU, QIYAM, MANNAT, DUA karna kaisa hai?
“Jab Maaz bin Jabal Sham (Syria) se wapas huye to unone Nabi SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam ko sajda kiya, Nabi s ne kaha, Maaz ye kya hai ? Unone kaha, Ye Allah ke Rasool, mai ne Sham me dekha ke log unke Ibadat guzaro aur sardaro ko sajda kar rahe the, aisa karne ki daleel unke Nabiyo se de rahe the. Rasoolullah s ne kaha : wo log jhoot bol rahe hai. Ye Maaz, agar mai kisi ko sajda karne ki izazat deta , to mai hukm deta ke Biwi apne Shohar ko sajda kare kyunke Shohar ka martaba biwiyo se bada hai. Ye Maaz, kya tu Sajda karne ko bsonchenga ke agar tera guzar mere Qabr ke paas se huwa to ? Unone kaha : nahi.

Rasoolullah Sallellahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Kaha:
”Ya Allah Meri Qabar Ko Buth (ibadatgaah) Na Banana Jiski Puja Ki Jaye. Allah Ka Us Qaum Par Saqt azab Nazil Hota Hai Jo Apne Nabiyo Ki Qabaro Ko Ibaadat Gaah Bana Lete Hai”.

Aisha (R) Farmati Hai ke SallellahuAlaihiWasallam Ne Aakhri Waqat Me Farmaya:
”Yahood Wa Nasara Par Allah Ki Laanat Ho, Unhone Apne Ambiya Ki Qabro Ko Sajda Gaah Bana Liya”.
Agar Is Baat Ka Khouf Na Hota Ke Rasoolullah Ki Qabr Ko Bhi Sajda Gaah Banaliya Jayega To Aap Ko Band Hujre (room) Me Dafan Na kia Jata Aur Aap Ki Bhi Qabr Khuli Hoti.

Is 3 Hadeeso ke mutabik…
Pyare Nabi SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam ne khud apni mazaar ya Dargah banane aur uski IBAADAT (Pooja) karne se roka hai.
Jab Nabi ki DARGAH banana jayez nahi to fir Nabi se nichhle darje walo ki DARGAH banana kaisa hai? kya koi Wali Allah ke Rasool se bada hota hai?
Agar DARGAH banana jayez hota to sab sabse pahle hamare pyare Nabi s ki Dargaah banayi jaati.
Aaj Dargaaho ko SAJDA GAAH bana liya gaya.
Awliya ke Qabro par yanai Dargaah par Ruku, sajde, qiyam (adab se thaherna), mannat, niyaaz, dua mangna ye saab unki Ibaadat karne jaisa hai. Isliye ye SHIRK hai.
Dargah taazimi ya ibadati SAJDA karna yani unki Ibadat hai yaani SHIRK hai.
Muhammadur Rasoolullah SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam ne DARGAAHO (Qabro) ki ibaadat karne walo par lanat bheji hai.
Isliye Allah ne kya khub kaha :
“Un me se Aksar log Allah par Imaan rakhne ke bawajood bhi MUSHRIK hi hai”.(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 106)
“Yaqeen maano ke jo shaqs Allah ke saath shareek karta hai, Allah ta’ala ne us par JANNAT HARAM kardi hai (حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ ٱلْجَنَّةَ ), us ka thikaana jahannam hee hai aur gunehgaaro ki madath karne waala koyi nahi hoga(Surah 05 Maydah : Ayat 72)
Allah ke zaat, ibaddat aur Asmaa wa sifaat me kisi ko sharik karna SHIRK hai ham jisko sharik kar rahe wo chahe Nabi aur Wali hi kyun na ho.
Ya hamare ham sabko DEEN ki sahih samaj jo samaj tu ne Nabi SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam aur Sahaba ko di thi.
*Shirk Sabse Bada Zulm hai.*
BISMILLAH IR-RAHMAN IR-RAHIM
“(Aye Nabi) aap kah dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bola rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko se me nahi”.

“Un me se Aksar log(Majority) Allah par Imaan rakhne ke bawajood bhi MUSHRIK hi hai”.
*(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 106)*
*Shirk Sabse Bada Zulm hai :*
“Jo log Imaan laye aur Unhone Apne Imaan me Zulm Ki Milawat Nahi ki to Aise Logo Ke liye Aman Hai aur Yahi Log Hidayat Paane Wale Hai”.
*(Surah 6 An’am: Ayat 82)*
Luqman (Rh) ne apne Bete se nasihat karte huye kaha …
“Aye mere Pyare Bete Allah ke sath Sharik na karna beshak SHIRK bada bhari ZULM hai”.
*(Surah 31 Luqman: Ayat 13)*
Is Ayat se pata chalata hai:
Is duniya me sabse bada zulm “Shirk” hai yaani is duniya me Mushrik sabse bada zalim hai jo Allah ke sath zulm kar raha hai.
*Shirk ko Zulm kyun kaha gaya?*
Rasoolullah SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam ne Kaha ke :
“Allah Ka Haq Bando Par Ye Hai Ke Sirf Usi ki ibaadat Kare, Kisi Ko Uska Shareek Na Kare aur bando Ka Haq Allah Par Ye Hai Ke Jo Koyi Shirk Na Kare Usay Azaab Na De”.
*(Sahih Bukhari: 2856, Sahih Muslim : 30)*
Is Hadees se pata chalta hai ke, “ibadaat” sirf Allah ke liye khaas hai aur sirf usika haq hai.
Agar koi insan Allah ko chhodkar ya Allah ki ibaadat karte huye sath me kisi aur ki bhi ibaadat karta hai to aisa Insan Allah ke haq me haq talfi kar raha hai, ye haq talfi yaani uske sath Zulm karna hai.
Ek misaal lekar “zulm” ko samjne ki koshish karenge.
Samjo ke kisi “Unchi Job” (High Post) ke liye aap haqdaar the lekin Manager ne wo job apse niche wale kisi aur candidate ko dedi, iska matlab ye huwa ke apke sath us Manager ne zulm kiya.
Yahi mamla Allah ke Ibaadat ke sath hai.
Isliye “Ahle Shirk” Allah ke sath Zulm kar raha hai aur “Ahle Tawheed”Allah ke sath Insaaf kar rahe hai.
Sabse bada gumrah Insan Shirk karne wala hota hai.
“(Aye Nabi) aap kah dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bula rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko me se nahi”.
(Surah 12 Yousuf : Ayat 108)

Mushrik Sabse bada GUMRAAH Insan:
Irshad-e-Baari ta’a’la jo saare insano ke dilo ke haal ko jan ne wala:
“Aur us se badh kar gumraah aur kaun hoga? jo Allah ke siwa aiso ko pukaarta hai jo qayaamat tak uski dua qubool na kar sake balke unke pukaarne se mehez be-khabar ho”.
(Surah 46 Ahqaf : Ayat 05)
Kisi Insan ko “Garib Nawaz” kahena kaisa hai ?
“(Aye Nabi) aap kahe dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bola rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko se me nahi”.
(Surah 12 Yousuf : Ayat 108)
ٱتَّبِعُوا۟ مَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوْلِيَآءَ ۗ قَلِيلًۭا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ
“Tum log us ki itteba karo jo tumhaare Rab ki taraf se aayi hai aur Allah ta’ala ko chhod kar man-ghadat Awliya ki itteba mat karo, tum log bahuth hee kam nasihath pakadte ho”.
(Surah 07 Araaf : 3)
Allah hi Banda, Garib, Mushkil-kusa hai:
Allah ka naam “Al Nawaz” to nahi hai lekin apne bando ko “Nawaazna” (Kamiyabi dena) uski ek khaas “sifat” hai.
Dekhiye, Allah ke Awliya ka Iman wa Taqwa apne jagah hai, unki parhezgaari unko hi fayda pahuchayengi, unko iska badla Akhirat me Allah ke paas milega lekin unko “Allah ke sifaato” me sharik karna ye un Awliya ki bhi taalim nahi ho sakti.
Isiliye Allah ne irshad farmaya:
مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَسْمَآءًۭ سَمَّيْتُمُوهَآ أَنتُمْ وَءَابَآؤُكُم مَّآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَٰنٍ ۚ إِنِ ٱلْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ ۚ أَمَرَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلْقَيِّمُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
“Wo sab naam hee naam hai jo tum ne aur tumhare baap dadaao ne khud hi ghad (bana) liye hai, Allah ta’ala ne un ki koi daleel nazil nahi farmayi”.(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 40)
Isliye jin logo ne Allah ke Awliya ko “Garib Nawaz” (Garibo ko Nawazne wala), “Shah Nawaz” (Amiro ko Nawazne wala) aur “Banda Nawaz” (Bando ko Nawazne wala) ka laqab (label) de rakha hai haqiqat me aise log Allah ke “Tawheed-e-Asma wa Sifaat” me SHIRK kar rahe hai aur ye SHIRK-E-ABKAR hai aur aisa karne walo ka thikana hamesha ke liye Jahannam me rahega.
Waise bhi saare insan sirf Allah ke “bande” hai, kisi Wali ke bande nahi hai. Isliye, Gulbarga wale Wali “Syed wal Shareef Kamaluddin bin Muhammad bin Yousuf Al Hussaini Gaisu Daraz” ko “Banda Nawaz” (Bando ko Nawazne wala) kahena ye Allah ke “Tawheed-e-Rububiyat” aur “Tawheed-e-Asma wa Sifaat” me SHIRK hai aur ye SHIRK-E-ABKAR kahlayega.
Aur jo log Abdul Qadar Jilani (Rh) ko “Dastgir” (musibat me thamne wala) kahte hai aisa kahena bhi Allah ke “Tawheed-e-Asma wa Sifaat” me SHIRK hai kyunke Musibat me apne bando ki madad karne wala sirf Allah hi hai.
Jaisa ke Allah khud farmata hai :
مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَسْمَآءًۭ سَمَّيْتُمُوهَآ أَنتُمْ وَءَابَآؤُكُم مَّآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَٰنٍ ۚ إِنِ ٱلْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ ۚ أَمَرَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلْقَيِّمُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
“Us ke (yaani Allah ke) siwa tum jin ki ibaadat (pooja-paat) kar rahe ho, wo sab naam hee naam hai jo tum ne aur tumhare baap dadaao ne khud hi ghad (bana) liye hai, Allah ta’ala ne un ki koi daleel nazil nahi farmayi, farma-rawaayi sirf Allah ta’ala hi ki hai, uska farmaan hai ke tum sab siwa uske kisi aur ki ibadaat (pooja) na karo, yahi deen (Islam) durust hai lekin aksar log nahi jante”.(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 40)
“Khabardaar! Allah hee ke liye khaaalis ibaadat karna hai aur jin logo ne us ke siwa Awliya bana rakhe hai (aur we kehte hai) ke hum unki (Awliya) ibaadat sirf isi liye karte hai ke ye (buzrug) Allah ke muqrab (Kharib) bana de, ye log jis baare mein ikhtelaaf kar rahe hai, us ka (saccha) faisla Allah khud karega, jhute aur na shukre (logo) ko Allah raah nahi dikhaata.”(Surah 39 Zumar: 03)
Allah ham sabko sahih samaj ataa kare aur Nabi ke Sunnato par chalne wala bana de.
Taawiz-ganda pahen’na Shirk hai.
“(Aye Nabi) aap kahe dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bola rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko se me nahi”.(Surah 12 Yousuf : Ayat 108)
“Un me se Aksar log Allah par Imaan rakhne ke bawajood bhi MUSHRIK hi hai”.(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 106)
Momino ke liye Allah Kaafi hai:
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ حَسْبُكَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“Aye Nabi!, Tujhe Allah kaafi hai aur un momino ko jo teri pairwi kar rahe hai”.(Surah 08 Anfaal : Ayat 64)
Kisi bhi tarah ka TAAWIZ pahen’na SHIRK hai:
“Uqba (R) farmate hai ke Rasoolullah ke paas 10 admiyao ka giroh bayat karne ke liye aya, Allah ke Rasool ne 9 admiyo se bayt karne ke liye apna hath aage badhaya lekin aakhri 10 we admi se bayt karne ke liye apna hath nahi badhaya, to logo ne puchha aap ne 9 logo se bayt li aur 1 ko kyun chhod diya ? Rasoolullah ne kaha dekhte nahi ho iske galle me TAAWIZ hai, jab us admi ko malum huwa to usme apne qamis (shirt) me hath daal kal TAAWIZ nikal fek diya, jab us ne TAAWIZ kaatkar fek dene ke baad Rasoolullah ne apna hath badhaya bayt ke liye. Uske baad Rasoolullah ne 1 Usool bataya : “Jis admi ne TAAWIZ latkaayi usne SHIRK kiya”.(Musanad-e-Imam Ahmad)
“Uqba ibn Ameer ne riwayat kiya hai ke Rasoolullah ne kaha : agar koi tawiz pahene to Allah uski khawish puri karne me uski madad na kare. Agar koi gale me (samandar ki) sip pahenta hai Allah usko Aman na de”.(Musanad-e-Imam Ahmad and Al-Hakim)
“Imran bin Hasan ne riwayat kiya ke Rasoolullah ne ek admi ko dekha jo apne hath me Copper ka bracelete (Tambe ka Kangan) pahena huwa tha. Rasoolullah ne kaha : tujh par musibat aa jaaye, yah kya hai? Us admi ne jawab diya : Mere kandhe aur hath dard hone ki wajah se mai kamzori mahesus kar raha hu (Al Wahinah). Rasoolullah ne us se mana kiya kyun ke ye ek taawiz ki shakl hai. Rasoolullah ne kaha : Yeh apko kuchh nahi dega siway dard ke. Fek de ise”. Aagr tu ise pahne huye mar jata,to tu kabhi najaat hasil nahi kar pata”.

Log TAAWIZ kyun pahente hai
Beshak Allah ne Quran me Shifa rakhi hai. Ham Quran ke makhsus (khaas) surato ko padh kar unse dam kara sakte hai, ye dam karne ka tariqa Sunnat-e-Rasool se sabit bhi hai, lekin Quran ki ayato ka taawiz bana kar pahenna hamare Nabi ki Sunnat nahi hai.
Log ka kahena ye hai ke Qurani Ayato ki taawiz banakar pahen ne me kya harz hai kyunke Allah ne Quran ke andar Shifa rakhi hai. Ye baat to sahih hai, waise Nabi s aur Sahaba (Rz) ko bhi malum tha ke Quran ke andar Allah ne Shifa rakhi hai lekin unone Qurani ayato ka Taawiz banakar nahi pahena.
Dusari taraf Allah ne ye bhi kaha hai ke “Shahad” (honey) ke andar bhi usne Shifa rakhi hai to kya aap Shahad ki bottle ko bhi apne gale me baandhkar ghumoge
Jaise ke Allah ne Quran aur shahad ke bareme ye farmaya:
وَلَوْ جَعَلْنَٰهُ قُرْءَانًا أَعْجَمِيًّۭا لَّقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا فُصِّلَتْ ءَايَٰتُهُۥٓ ۖ ءَا۬عْجَمِىٌّۭ وَعَرَبِىٌّۭ ۗ قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ هُدًۭى وَشِفَآءٌۭ ۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ فِىٓ ءَاذَانِهِمْ وَقْرٌۭ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَمًى ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يُنَادَوْنَ مِن مَّكَانٍۭ بَعِيدٍۢ
“(Aye Rasool) aap kahe dijiye! ke ye (Quran) to imaan waalo ke liye hidaayat wa shifa hai.(Surah 41 Fusilat : Ayat 44)
“Aap ke Rab ne shahad ki makkhi (honey bee) ke dil mei ye baat daal di ke pahaado me darakhto (dedo) aur logo ki banaayi huyi oonchi oonchi tattiyo mei apne ghar (chatte) bana aur har tarah ke mewe kha aur apne Rab ki aasaan raaho me chalti phirti rah, un ke pet se rang bi rang ka mashroob nikalta hai jis ke rang mukhtalif hai aur jis me (shahad me) logo ke liye shifa hai, ghaur wa fikr karne walo ke liye is me bhi bahut badi nishaani hai”.
(Surah 16 Nahl : Ayat 68-69)
Taawiz pahen’na SHIRK kyun hai
Sabse badi baat ye hai ke Allah ke Rasool ne bata diya ke Taawiz pahenna Shirk hai, is baat ke pichhe hikmat ye dikhti hai ke :
Insan Taawiz, dhage-dore, gande kyun pahenta hai? iske pichhe pahen’ne wale ka aqeeda ye hota hai ke jab tak taawiz ya dhaaga mere jism par rahega mujhe koi nuqsan nahi pahuncha sakta goya ke Insan Allah ke bajay Taawiz par ehtemaad aur bharosa karne lag jata hai, isliye ye amal SHIRK ke andar daakhil ho jata hai kyunke nafa-nuksaan ka maalik sirf Allah hi hai,
Jaise ke Allah ka irshad hai:
“Keh dijiye hame koi musibat pahunch nahi sakti magar jo Allah ne hamaari qismat me likh rakhi hai, wo hamara kaarsaaz aur Maula hai, Mumino ko to Allah ki zaat par hee bharosa karna chaahiye”.
(Surah 09 Tawbah : Ayat 51)
Khulasa :
Awwal to Rasoolullah SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam Taawiz pahen ne shirk karar diya hai jisne dhage-dore, palite, kangan sab aajate hai.
Dusari baat, jis tarah Shahad (honey) ki bottle ko gale me baandh kar latkaane se shifa nahi milegi, usko khana padega, usi tarah Quran ki makhsus surato ko padhkar usse dam karakar ham Shifa hasil kar sakte hai.
Momino ke liye Allah Kaafi hai:
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ حَسْبُكَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“Aye Nabi!, Tujhe Allah kaafi hai aur un momino ko jo teri pairwi kar rahe hai”.
(Surah 08 Anfaal : Ayat 64)
MUSHRIK se SHADI na ki jaaye.
“(Aye Nabi) aap kah dijiye ke meri RAAH yahi hai, mai aur mere muttbayeen (pairokaar) Allah ki taraf bula rahe hai pure yaqeen aur etemaad ke saath aur Allah paak hai aur mai mushriko se me nahi”.
(Surah 12 Yousuf : Ayat 108)
Mushrik ko apna JIWAN SAATHI na banaya jaaye :
“(Mardo se khitab kiya jaraha hai) Aur shirk karne waali aurto se ta waqt ye ke wo Imaan na laaye tum Nikaah na karo, Imaan waali Laundi (yaani Imanwali bandi) bhi shirk karne waali AZAAD AURAT se bahut behtar hai chahe tumhe mushrika hi acchi lagti ho aur (yaha Aurato ke sar-parsto se khitab kiya jaraha hai ke) na shirk karne waale mardo ke Nikaah me apni aurto (jaisa ke beti, bahen) ko do jab tak wo Imaan na laaye, Imaan waala GHULAAM azaad mushrik se behtar hai chahe mushrik tumhe accha lage, ye log (yaani Mushrik) Jahannam ki taraf bulaate hai aur Allah Jannat ki taraf aur apni baqshish ki taraf apne hukm se bulaata hai, wo apni Aayate logo ke liye bayaan farma raha hai taake wo nasihat haasil kare”.
(Surah 02 BAqrah : Ayat 221)
Is Ayat se pata chalta hai ke:
Imanwala Mard kisi Mushrika aurat se Shadi na kare jab tak ke wo Iman na laye.
Imanwali Aurat apne marzi se shadi nahi kar sakti isliye Allah ne is ayat me Aurat ke sar-parsto (guardians) se khitaab kiya hai.
Ab Iman wali aurat ke sar-parasto (guardians) ko chahiye ke apni beti,bahen, bhanji, nawasi wagaira ka rishta kisi Mushrik se na karaye.
Aaj kal dekha jaata hai ke Shadi ke waqt sirf ladke ki Degree, Job, Khandan wagaira dekha jaata hai, uske Iman, Aqeede aur Manhaj ko saaf taur par nazar-andaaz kiya jata hai.
Agar koi sar-parast apne matehat (under) Aurato ki shadi kisi Gumrah Mard se karwa deta hai to kal ke roz wo aurat Akhirat me uska daman pakad sakti hai kyunke agar uska shohar Mushrik hoga to us se shirkiya kaam karwayega, biddati hoga to biddatein karwayega, agar Muqallid hoga to us se taqleed karwayega wagaira wagaira.
Mushrik kise kaha jayega
Is ayat me to Allah ne mushrik se SHADI karne se mana kar diya gaya.
Ab sawal ye paida hota hai ke, mushrik kise kahenge ?
Kya Mushrik sirf kaafiro me hi paaye jaate hai ya fir Musalmano me bhi paaye jaate hai.
Yaad rakhiye Makka ke mushriko ko Janab Muhammad (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ke nabuwat se pahle Musalman hi samja jata tha lekin Allah ne unke shirkiya amaal ke buniyaad par unko “Mushrik” ka laqab diya tha halanke unke naam Abudullah, Abu Lahab, Abu Jahl the.
Isliye naam ke dhoke mat rakhiye ke jiska naam Musalmano jaisa hai wo pakka Imanwala hi hai.
Mushrik us Insan ko kaha jayega :
“Jo Allah ki “Rububiyat, Ibaadat aur Asma wa Sifaat” me ya fir is me se kisi 1 me kisi Gairullah (yani Nabi,Rasool, Awliya, Peer, Murshid, Sadhu-Sant) ko sharik karta hai.”
Us insan ka naam Abdullah, Umar, Aslam, Yadav ya Rakesh kuchh bhi hosakta hai. Aisa insan apne khandan me bhi hoskta hai ya dusaro ke ghar me bhi
Mushrik kise kaha jayega
Quran aur Hadees me Mushrik ka lafz baar baar istemaal kiya gaya. To sawal ye paaida hota hai ke aakhir MUSHRIK kise kahenge ?

Kya ham kisi par Kaafir-Mushrik hone ka fatwa laga sakte hai
Kisi par Kaafir-Mushrik hone ka fatwa laga sakte hai
Aaj kaldekha jaraha hai ke Allah ki madad se jo navjawan Quran wa Sunnatc ki raah par chal rahe hai, aise navjawan jo log Kitab wa sunnat par nahi hai unpar kaafir, mushrik, biddati hone ke fatwe lagate huye dikhte hai.
Dekhiye, Fatwe dena sirf aur sirf ek Aalim ka kaam hai, aam awaam (public) ka kaam nahi hai. Ye aisa hi hai jaisa ke kaha jata hai ke “qanoon apne hath lena”.
Allah Mushrik ko kyun nahi BAKHSHEGA
Hadees ki sabse motbar kitab “Sahih Bukhari” me ek aisi Hadees hai jisme “Tawheed” ka “Ta” aur Shirk ka “Shin” bhi nahi paya jata hai lekin is Hadees ko Imam Bukhari ne apni kitab Sahih Bukhari me is Hadees ko “Tawheed” ke baab (chapter) me likha hai. Aaye dekhte hai Imam Bukhari is Hadees ko lekar kya sabit karna chahte hai.
Pahle wo Hadees ko dekh lete hai, Hadees is tarah hai:
Mughira(Rahamahullah) ne riwayat kiya ke:
“Saad bin Ubada Radhiyallahu ne kaha ke : Agar mai kisi admi ko apne biwi ke sath tanhaai me dekhlu to apni talwar se us admi ke sar ko uda dunga (kyunke Maaf karne ka sawal hi paida nahi hoga, zaani sirf talwar ka mustahiq hai). Ye khabar Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) tak pahunch gayi, is baat ko sunkar Nabi s ne kaha ke kya aap logo ko Saad ki gairat par hairat nahi ho rahi hai ? Allah ki qasam, Mai Saad se bhi zyada gairat-mand hu aur Allah mujh se bhi zyada gairat-mand hai. Apni gairat ke wajah se hi Allah ne saari behayaeeo ko aur gunah ko haram karar diya hai…..”.(Sahih Al-Bukhari, Kitabut Tawheed 97, Hadith No. 44)
Yaha gairat-mand se murad “Behaya’ee ko na-bardasht aur na pasand karne wala hai”.
Is Hadees ko Imam Bukhari apni kitab Sahih Bukhari ke Kitabut- Tawheed (Yani Tawheed wale chapter) me laakar ye sabit karna chah rahe hai ke:
Jis tarah ek admi apni biwi ke sath dusre gair-mard ki partnership (shirkat) ko bardasht nahi kar pata, gusse se beqaabu hokar us gair-mard ko jaan se maar dene ki baat karta hai to bhala Allah kaise bardasht karega ke uske rahte huye uska banda kisi aur ki ibaadat kare, isi wahaj se Allah Mushrik ko kabhi nahi baqshega jo hamesha hamesha ke Jahannam me jalta rahega.
Shirk Allah ke Gusse ka sabab hai kyunke wo apni TAWHEED me kisi tarah ki partnership (shirk) ko bardasht nahi kar pata hai.
Imam Bukhari ne, indirectly, is HADEES ko lakar shirk ko Zinaa se compare kiya hai, yaani Allah ke sath shirk karne wala ek tarah ka zaani shakhs hai kyunke wo apna Rab hote huye dusre ki ibaadat kar raha hai aur is zameen par sab se bada gunah SHIRK hi hai baaki kabira gunaho ka number iske baad ata hai.
Apna shohar hote kisi gair-mard se tallukat kayam karna us Aurat ki BEWAFAI hai.
Usi tarah Allah ke hote huye kisi gairullah ki ibadaat karna ye Allah ke sath BEWAFAI hai.
Alhamdulillah, Imam Bukhari ke zahaanat aur unki fiqhiyat ka pata bhi chalta hai ke wo Hadees se masle masail ka hal nikalne me kitne mahir the.
DARGAH ki SHARAI HAISIYAT
Sabse paheli baat jo samajni hai wo ye hai ke lafz “Dargaah” Islami Shariyat ka lafz nahi hai. Ye lafz Farsi se Urdu me aya hai jaise Khuda, Paigambar, Darood, Namaz, Roza saare Farsi alfaaz hai. Lekin hamari saari shariyat Arabi zuban me hai. Isiliye Arabi me Namaz ko “Salaat” kaha hai lekin “Dargah” ke liye Arabi me “Qabr” ke alawa koi dusra lafz nahi hai kyunke aaye ek Hadees dekhte hai :
Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ke Alaaz padhiye :
لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى اتَّخَذُوا ، قُبُورَ أَنْبِيَائِهِمْ مَسَاجِدَ(Sahih Bukhari, Hadees No – 5815)
Turjuma:
Ayesha Radhi (Radhi..) se riyawat hai ke Rasoolullah s ne farmaya ke:
“Yahood (Jews) wa Nasaaraa (Christian) par Allah ki laanat (gazab) ho kyunke Unone Apne Ambiya ki “Qabro” ko Ibadaat-gaah bana liya tha”.
“आएशा और हज़रत अब्दुल्लाह रदी अल्लाहू अन्हुमा से रिवायत है की रसूल अल्लाह सललल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया यहूद और नसारा पर अल्लाह की लानत हो क्यूंकी उन्होने अपने नबीयों की “क़ब्रों” को ईबादत की जगह बना लिया था, आप सललल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम इस बुरे अमल से ( मुसलमानो को) डरा रहे थे”.
(सही बुखारी , जिल्द 7, 5815)
Is Hadees me Qabr ke liye ” قُبُورَ ” ka lafz istemaal kiya gaya hai. Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ne Ambiya ko dafan kiye “Mubarak Jagah (place)” ko sirf “Qabr” kaha hai, to bhala jo log Ambiya se nichhle darje ke hote aise logo ke dafan kiye jagah ko “Qabr” ke bajay “Dargaah” ya “Mazaar” ka lafz kaise ham istemaal kar sakte hai. Marne ke baad Insan ke jism ko jaha dafan kiya jata hai us “jagah” ko Shariyat ne “Qabr” kaha hai. Isiliye Ambiya ke Sardar Pyare Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ki Qabr kitni “simple” hai, na waha phool chadhaye jaate na hi chadaar.
Is Hadees aur ek lafz aya hai “مَسَاجِدَ”. Lafz “Masajid”, ye “Masjid” ki jama (plural form) hai. Yahood wa Nasara Ambiya ki Qabro ko “Masjid” ka darja de rakha tha yani Masjid me jis tarah Allah ki ibaadat ki jaati hai jaisa ke Ruku, Sajde kiye jaate usi tarah Yahood wa Nasara ne Ambiya ki “Qabro” ko Masjid yani “ibaadat-gaah” bana liya tha.
Arabi me aur ek lafz hai jo (مزار) “Mazaar” kahelata hai lekin lafz “Mazaar” aur “Dargaah” me SHIRK ki boo aati hai isliye shayad Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) apni Hadees me Ambiya ki “Qabro” ke liye “Mazaar” ka lafz istemaal nahi kiya. “Mazaar” aur “Dargaah” gairullah ki ibadaadat-gaah ke liye istemaal kiya jata hai.
Aaj ke Musalman Yahood wa Nasaara ke naksh kadam par chalte huye apne apne Awliya ke Qabro ko Masjid ka darja de rakha hai, Qabro par jakar Ruku, Sajde kar rahe hai aur dua, mannat bhi mang raha hai.
Lihaaja ajke Musalman, Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ki bayan ki gayi Hadees ke mutabik :
Awliya ke Qabro (Dargaah) ko Masjid ka Darja de rakha hai.
Dargah par jana, waha Phool-chaadar chadhanaa, unse dua aur mannat mangna ye sab Allah ki Tawheed me SHIRK hai hi lekin hame aaj ye dekhana hai ke Dargaah banana Islami Shariyat ke Nazar me kaisa hai ?
Aaye dekhte hai,
Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne :
Qabro ko pukhta (mazboot) karne aur
un par tameer (construction) karne aur
un par baithne se
mana kiya hai.(Sunan Nasaii, Vol 1, 2032-Sahih, Jamia Tirmidhi, Vol 1, 1040-Sahih)
Is Hadees ke ain mutabik…
Dargah Unchi banai jaati hai.
Dargah pukhti (mazboot) banayi jaati hai.
Dargah par taameer (construction) kiya jaata hai.
Khulasa:
Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ke Hadeeso ke roshni me :
Qabro par Dargaah Taamir karna ye Yahood Wa Nasaaraa ka kaam hai yahi kaam aaj Islam ke naam par musalman kar rahe hai.
To bhala aise musalman kaha se Imanwale kahelayenge ?
Dargaah par jakar SAJDAH, RUKU, MANNAT, NIYAAZ, karna aur Dua mangna ye saare kaam ibaadat me aate hai, isliye aisa kaam karnewale musalman Dargah me dafn Awliya ki ibdaat kar rahe hai.
Ye shirk-e-Abkar hai. Jiski Tauba ke bagair Allah ke paas maafi nahi hai aur maut ke baad hamesha ke liye Jahannam hai.
Qabro par Dargaah Banana yani Qabro MASJID ka darja dene ke barabar hai.
Qabro par Dargaah taamir karna ye Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ke hukm ki nafarmani hai
aur
Islam Shariyat ke khilaaf hai.
Daargaah par jaakar Awliya se Dua, Mannat mangna ye sab amal Awliya ki ibaadat karne ke barabar hai aur isi wajah se Nabi (SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam) ne aise logo par Allah ki laanat bheji hai.
DARGAH par SAJDA, RUKU, QIYAM, MANNAT, DUA karna kaisa hai?
“Jab Maaz bin Jabal Sham (Syria) se wapas huye to unone Nabi SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam ko sajda kiya, Nabi s ne kaha, Maaz ye kya hai ? Unone kaha, Ye Allah ke Rasool, mai ne Sham me dekha ke log unke Ibadat guzaro aur sardaro ko sajda kar rahe the, aisa karne ki daleel unke Nabiyo se de rahe the. Rasoolullah s ne kaha : wo log jhoot bol rahe hai. Ye Maaz, agar mai kisi ko sajda karne ki izazat deta , to mai hukm deta ke Biwi apne Shohar ko sajda kare kyunke Shohar ka martaba biwiyo se bada hai. Ye Maaz, kya tu Sajda karne ko bsonchenga ke agar tera guzar mere Qabr ke paas se huwa to ? Unone kaha : nahi.

Rasoolullah Sallellahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Kaha:
”Ya Allah Meri Qabar Ko Buth (ibadatgaah) Na Banana Jiski Puja Ki Jaye. Allah Ka Us Qaum Par Saqt azab Nazil Hota Hai Jo Apne Nabiyo Ki Qabaro Ko Ibaadat Gaah Bana Lete Hai”.
(Muwatta Imam Malik 9 : 88)
Aisha (R) Farmati Hai ke SallellahuAlaihiWasallam Ne Aakhri Waqat Me Farmaya:
”Yahood Wa Nasara Par Allah Ki Laanat Ho, Unhone Apne Ambiya Ki Qabro Ko Sajda Gaah Bana Liya”.
Agar Is Baat Ka Khouf Na Hota Ke Rasoolullah Ki Qabr Ko Bhi Sajda Gaah Banaliya Jayega To Aap Ko Band Hujre (room) Me Dafan Na kia Jata Aur Aap Ki Bhi Qabr Khuli Hoti.

Is 3 Hadeeso ke mutabik…
Pyare Nabi SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam ne khud apni mazaar ya Dargah banane aur uski IBAADAT (Pooja) karne se roka hai.
Jab Nabi ki DARGAH banana jayez nahi to fir Nabi se nichhle darje walo ki DARGAH banana kaisa hai? kya koi Wali Allah ke Rasool se bada hota hai?
Agar DARGAH banana jayez hota to sab sabse pahle hamare pyare Nabi s ki Dargaah banayi jaati.
Aaj Dargaaho ko SAJDA GAAH bana liya gaya.
Awliya ke Qabro par yanai Dargaah par Ruku, sajde, qiyam (adab se thaherna), mannat, niyaaz, dua mangna ye saab unki Ibaadat karne jaisa hai. Isliye ye SHIRK hai.
Dargah taazimi ya ibadati SAJDA karna yani unki Ibadat hai yaani SHIRK hai.
Muhammadur Rasoolullah SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam ne DARGAAHO (Qabro) ki ibaadat karne walo par lanat bheji hai.
Isliye Allah ne kya khub kaha :
“Un me se Aksar log Allah par Imaan rakhne ke bawajood bhi MUSHRIK hi hai”.(Surah 12 Yousuf: Ayat 106)
“Yaqeen maano ke jo shaqs Allah ke saath shareek karta hai, Allah ta’ala ne us par JANNAT HARAM kardi hai (حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ ٱلْجَنَّةَ ), us ka thikaana jahannam hee hai aur gunehgaaro ki madath karne waala koyi nahi hoga(Surah 05 Maydah : Ayat 72)
Allah ke zaat, ibaddat aur Asmaa wa sifaat me kisi ko sharik karna SHIRK hai ham jisko sharik kar rahe wo chahe Nabi aur Wali hi kyun na ho.
Ya hamare ham sabko DEEN ki sahih samaj jo samaj tu ne Nabi SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam aur Sahaba ko di thi.
